Abstract

This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), classroom action research. The research was carried out in class IV SDN 113 Hal-Sel. This research was carried out from June to July 2020. The subject of the research was class IV SDN 113 Hal-Sel which collected 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students). In the first cycle the average value was 59.25 or increased after improvements in the first cycle to 11 students who completed 55%. In the second cycle the average value of students became 66.75 the number of students increased to 95%. Based on data analysis, it is known that Civics lessons using the jigsaw method in the material values ​​contained in Pancasila have been successful. learning takes place very conductively and interactively students seem happy to learn Civics material values ​​contained in Pancasila. This can be seen from the students' learning outcomes which can be seen in their complete learning, the number of students who have completed has reached 95 (19 students who completed).

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan pendorong aktivitas dan inisiatif siswa yang mengarah pada ketekunan dan keberhasilan belajar siswa yang sedang dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran kontekstual (Contekstual Teaching and Learning) merupakan konsep belajar yang membantu guru mengaitkan antara materi yang diajarkannya dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa dan mendorong siswa membuat hubungan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaiaman penerapan sekaligus faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar pada siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu: 1) Mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode quantum Learning dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen; 2) Mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode quantum dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen. Adapun manfaatnya, yaitu 1) manfaat teoritis; dan 2) manfaat praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah Penggunaan metode quantum learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen. Rancangan penelitian ini, dilaksanakan secara bersiklus hingga mencapai hasil sesuai target. Hasil tes yang diperoleh siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen mengalami peningkatan dari tes awal nilai rata-rata 4,5 dengan kategori kurang, siklus I nilai rata-rata 6,6 dengan kategori cukup, dan siklus II nilai rata-rata 8,9 dengan kategori sangat baik. Dilihat dari nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada siklus I dan II sudah mengalami peningkatan. Maka, penelitian tidak dilanjutkan pada siklus berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan perlu dikembangkan guna meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, sehingga siswa mampu mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Peneliti menyarankan (1) guru hendaknya menggunakan metode quantum learning dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen, karena metode ini mampu membuat siswa menjadi kreatif dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran, dan (2) bagi peneliti lainnya agar dapat melakukan penelitian pembelajaran menulis cerpen dengan metode pembelajaran yang berbeda, salah satunya metode quantum learning, karena dengan Penggunaan metode ini dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih aktif.

Abstract

The Education Council was established based on Permendiknas Noumber 044/U/2002. The Education Council as an independent institution takes a role in improving the quality of education services as well as providing consideration, direction and support for personnel, and SARPRAS. It is also recommended as educational supervision at the national, provincial, district/city levels that does not has a hierarchical relationship. The research objectives described: 1) The role of the Education Council in improving educational services in Ternate, such as providing consideration, direction and support, SARPRAS and education supervision; 2) Obstacles of the Education Council in improving education services in Ternate. The research location was on the Secretariat of the Education Council. The research subjects were the administrators of the Ternate Education Council. The sources of data were informants, places and events/events, documentation. The data collection techniques were using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicated that the existence of the Education Council as a partner of the government has been effectively going on, although there are still many shortcomings. The role of the Board of Education basically covers; (1) giving consideration to the government in order to form a Mayoral Regulation Number 42 of 2017 concerning Compulsory Hours of Study for the Ternate Community, (2) supporting the DPRD in discussing the momentclature of transferring SMA, SMK/MA to the North Maluku Provincial Government, (3) controlling the transparency and accountability in the use of BOS and BOSDA. (4) taking a part as a mediator to bridge the community's rejection of two elementary school principals in Ternate. The obstacles faced by the Board of Education lays on; finances, lack of socialization, and the busyness of each board due to different work backgrounds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model in the social studies subject of cooperative materials to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD 66 Ternate. This research was conducted using classroom action research methods. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 66 Ternate with 27 students. This research has been carried out in two cycles. The procedures in each cycle include the following stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The effectiveness of the action in each cycle is measured from the results of observations and reading skills tests. Observational data are described, interpreted, then reflected to determine corrective actions in the next cycle. Meanwhile, the test results are analyzed by describing the test scores between cycles until the results can reach the specified completion limit, namely at least 80% of students can follow the lesson well and get a score of 65 or more as the limit for completion of learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes starting from the beginning before the action where in the pre-cycle the number of students who were able to reach the KKM was 13 people, in the first cycle it became 16 people and the second cycle became 23 people as well as the average student test scores before the action. was 64.44 after the implementation of the first cycle increased to 68.88 and the last after the implementation of the second cycle it became 80.18. Based on the actions taken, it can be concluded that the application of social studies learning cooperative materials using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 66 Ternate.

Abstract

This study used the Class Action Research (CAR) method with the subject of Class 1V SD Negeri 3 Ternate City with a total of 25 students consisting of 12 boys and 13 girls, this research was carried out in 2 cycles. The results of this PTK are as follows: in cycle 1 and the teacher is not familiar with the social studies learning atmosphere by using the cooperative learning model of snowball trowing type, student activity is still low, individual evaluation scores, students only get a slight increase, namely 6.6% from the desired KKM, which is 60 scores only get an average The average score is 66.6 of the total 25 students or 20% who still have not reached the KKM or are said to have not completed, and 12 students or 48% who are not involved in group discussion group discussions. In cycle ii students are getting used to the learning model given in social studies learning, especially the teacher who displays media images of social problems. Student activity got an increase as evidenced by all students involved in group discussions, student evaluation scores also increased by an average score of 74.8 or 74.8%. all achieved the KKM target and 4 students or 16% of students scored very well. Based on the study of research results, it can be concluded that social studies learning in Class 1V SD Negeri 3 Ternate City by using the cooperative learning model of snowball trowing type can improve student learning outcomes. Thus, the authors suggest that in the social studies learning process on the concept of social problems, use a cooperative learning model of the snowball trowing type in order to achieve the desired learning objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the student's ability to materialize the role and position of members in the family through picture media in social studies learning in grade 2 SDN Cobodoe, East Tidore District. In fact, teaching and learning activities are still experiencing various kinds of obstacles. The problem that arises is the lack of interest in students' learning which has an impact on their learning outcomes. conditions found in the learning process of Social Sciences in class II SDN Cobodoe, East Tidore district. The results of initial observations showed that students' understanding of certain materials was relatively low. The results of the study showed that the use of image media could increase the understanding of second grade students at SDN Cobodoe, East Tidore District in social studies learning about the position and role of members in the family. The data in the first cycle showed that the students' completeness was 13 out of 17 students or 76.5%. Mastery of students increased to 15 people or 88.3% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the application of the SAVI model through social studies learning about natural appearances and socio-cultural diversity in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 50 Ternate City. The research hypothesis is that if social studies learning is through the SAVI model, then the student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 50 Ternate City reach a minimum of 70%. The conclusions of this study are: Research on the application of the SAVI model in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects about natural appearance and socio-cultural diversity of class IV SD Negeri 50 Ternate City is successful, this can be seen from the enthusiasm, attention to the role and motivation of students increase when the teacher guides each student. In Cycle I, the student learning outcomes who completed at least 70%, while those who completed Cycle I were 8 (25%) and 24 students (75%). After being continued with Cycle II, there was an increase in student learning outcomes. 28 students (87%) completed and 4 students did not complete (12%).

Abstract

One of the learning objectives in Civics is to form an attitude of discipline. So, through the use of learning models in Civics subjects it is expected to develop the character of students. The purposes of this research were 1) to describe and find out the implementation of learning using the reflective pedagogical paradigm model (PPR) in Civics learning for Grade III students at Koli Public Elementary School in an effort to improve student discipline and 2) to improve and find out the increase in disciplinary attitudes in Civics learning for class students III SD Negeri Koli uses the PPR learning model. The research conducted is Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve students' disciplinary attitudes towards the rules that apply in society. The research was conducted for 2 cycles each cycle through the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used as a guide is an attitude scale questionnaire. The results of the research conducted on the use of the reflective pedagogical paradigm learning model in Civics teaching and learning activities in class III SD Negeri Koli can improve student discipline. The increase in students' disciplinary attitudes can be seen from the results of the average disciplinary attitude obtained in the initial conditions of 64.675, in cycle 1 of 77.825, and cycle 2 of 82.85. The percentage of students who have minimal discipline at the initial condition is 52.50%, cycle 1 is 95%, and cycle 2 is 95%.
