Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems that occur in companies manufacturing in Pati regency about the effect of budget participation, information technology, and the quality of management information on managerial performance, in which the three variables are closely related to increase profits for the company. Data used by researchers primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of respondents used in this study were 190 respondents consisting of five managers (HR manager, Production, Operations, Finance, Marketing) in each company. The analytical tool used in this study using multiple regression.The results showed a positive and significant relationship between budget participation on managerial performance of 0.529. As for the second hypothesis, the test results showed a positive and significant relationship between information technology to managerial performance of 0.331. Hypotheses for the latter show a positive and significant relationship between the quality of management information on managerial performance amounted to 0,439.Keyword : Parcitipative budgeting, Information Technology, Quality Of Management Information, Managerial Performance

Abstract

Abstraksi   Dalam perkembangan jaman seperti saat ini dunia intrepreneur tidak hanya didominasi oleh kaum pria tetapi kaum perempuan juga telah mengambil bagian ini.Perempuan bekerja saat inipun telah banyak kita temui, posisi jabatannya beragam.Tetapi sebagai perempuan akan lebih tertarik untuk bekerja dengan pengaturan waktu yang lebih fleksibel dikarenakan untuk perempuan yang telah berkeluarga hal ini sebagai pertimbangan untuk tetap dapat mengurus keluarga.  Perempuan hadir dalam dunia usaha dan dunia kerja mempunyai beberapa alasan, diantaranya emansipasi, pendidikan yang semakin tinggi, membantu ekonomi keluarga, pengembangan diri dll. Dalam kenyataan masih banyak wanita bekerja sebagai entrepreneur berposisi sebagai co- intrepreneur . Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi proses pembelajaran dan menambah keilmuan dibidang kewirausahaan berdasar perbedaan gender dan hubungan dengan pengembangan usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Semarang, sehingga kewirausahaan perempuan dapat dipandang sebagai kekuatan utama untuk inovasi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja .dan dapat mengurangi kesenjangan gender dan standar hidup , terutama di negara-negara berkembang, dan para instansi terkait dapat memberikan fasilitas yang memadai dalam pengembangan UKM perempuan khususnya Kabupaten Semarang.Serta mengetahui factor-faktor dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi wirausaha perempuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha wanita di Kabupaten Semarang yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan makanan dan pengrajin, dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan quesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dilokasi penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor. Hasil olah data menggunakan program SPSS versi 17 diperoleh nilai   Component Matrix masing-masing faktor adalah faktor ekonomi (X1) 0,746, faktor tehnologi (X2) 0,981, faktor sosio demografi (X3)  0,957, faktor persepsi (X4) 0,968, faktor kurang percaya diri(X5) 0,988. Kelima faktor memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap aktivitas perempuan dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Semarang adalah kurang percaya diri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of E-Service Quality on E-Loyalty, and the effect of E-Satisfaction o E-Loyalty on the use of Goride in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is GoRide users in the city of Semarang. The sampling method is accidental sampling and purposive sampling, with a total sample of 99 respondents. The data analysis technique use is path analyser. The results showed the E-Service Quality (X) variable had a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction (Z) and E-Loyalty (Y). The E-Satisfaction (Z) variable has an insignificant positive effect on E-Loyalty(Y) meaning that E-Service Quality(X) can directly influence E-Loyalty(Y), but cannot indirectly influence E-Loyalty(Y), so E-Satisfaction(Z) cannot mediate the effect of E-Service Quality(X) on E-Loyalty(Y).

Abstract

Abstrak Harmonisasi  kesejajaran antara pria dan wanita adalah sebuah kondisi yang  memperlihatkan hubungan dan peran dinamis diantara pria dan wanita.  Pria dan wanita memiliki kesejajaran dalam hukum, kewajiban dan kesempatan, baik dalam kehidupan keluarga, partisipasi dalam kegiatan masyarakat, bahkan dalam skala nasional dan bangsa sebagaimana aktivitas pembangunan di semua bidang lainnya. Oleh Karena itu, adalah tidak adil apabila di era global ini, kita menomorduakan karier wanita dalam dunia pe ndidikan khususnya sebagai dosen.  Pandangan yang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan hanya bagi seorang laki-laki adalah pandangan yang keliru dan harus ditinggalkan.Tujuan penelitian dalam jangka panjang adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen wanita. Dalam jangka pendek adalah untuk mengetahui pengeruh faktor gender terhadap kinerja dosen. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana.             Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa gender memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, dan kinerja dosen pria lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan dosen wanita. Kata kunci : gender, kinerja, dosen AbstractHarmonious equalization between men with women is a condition relations and the dynamic role between men with the ladies. Men and women have the equation rights, obligation and opportunity, either in life of the party; participate in community events, national and state as well as in development activities in all fields. Sure it is not fair that in this global era  woman carrier  in the field of education ( lecturers ) just justified as the second option.  A view that leader needs the a man is a reflection that is fallacious and need to be left. Research purposes in the long run is to increase the performance of a woman lecturer. In the short term is to know gender factor on the performance of a lecturer. Methods used in this research is quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis. The results of research shows that gender have significant influence on  lecture performance, and male performance is lower than women.  Keyword:  Gender, performance, lecturers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of the Pemalang District Health Office. To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Pemalang District Health Office employees. To determine the effect of team work on the performance of employees of the Pemalang District Health Office. Based on this, the research is entitled "Analysis of Employee Performance Seen From Work Ability, Work Discipline and Team Work at Pemalang District Health Office Staff".The population in this study were all staff of the Pemalang District Health Office, which numbered 80 people. Sampling using census sampling technique is to determine the number of samples from all existing populations. The sample to be taken in this study is 80 respondents. The data used are primary data by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn. There is a positive and significant influence between work ability on the performance of the Pemalang District Health Office staff. With high work ability, the performance of employees will be able to increase. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of employees of the Pemalang District Health Office. With high work discipline, the performance of employees will be able to increase. There is a positive and significant influence between the team work on the performance of the staff of the Pemalang District Health Office. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of research is to determine the characteristics of the accounting information that is relevant, reliable, complete, timely, understandable,verifiable and decentralization on manajerial performance at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province. The population in this research was Head of Section at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province totaling 31 people, which is taken entirely as a sample or said as population research (census). The data used in this research are primary data  using  quetionnaire method. Analysis of data  using multiple linier regression analysis.The result showed that the characteristics of the accounting information that is relevant have positive and significant impact  on managerial performance at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province. Abstract

The meeting between generations is now starting to be felt in all organizations, and new things in Human Resources management. Differences in character, motivation, and characteristics in each create a contribution to the human resource management of an organization/company. This study aims to analyze Y-generation employees at ATC (Air Traffic Control) by examining the relationship between variables, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, quality culture, and intention to move. The research object is ATC employees of seven airports in Indonesia with a total population of 620. The sample of this study is Y-generation of the ATC employees, which is as many as 225, with a purposive sampling method. Research data processing using AMOS version 24 with job satisfaction as the second-order (internal and external dimensions). The results showed that perceived organizational support and quality culture affected turnover intention which was moderated by job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of job satisfaction which consists of external and internal dimensions that affect Y-generation in turnover intention.

Abstract

Pada saat terjadi pandemic Covid 19, tanaman jahe merupakan salah satu komoditas yang dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk diolah menjadi jamu instan atau minuman kesehatan. Masyarakat Desa Susukan memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dengan menanam jahe merah dan memproduksi minuman jahe sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Penduduk memanfaatkan lahan yang terbatas dengan menanam tanaman jahe pada polybag, selain mereka membeli bahan baku jahe merah untuk diolah. Metode pendekatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, bahwa jahe merah selain sebagai bahan obat juga dapat dibuat manisan dan sirup. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, serta mendorong maysarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga.
