Abstract: The development of information and technology are rapidly giving a major influence on many areas of industry, one of the industry is video games and animation, therefore ther is a need for a place that can accommodate activities in the field of video games and animation. Video Games and Animation Center in Yogyakarta is a place that serves to accommodate all industrial activities in the field of video games and animation to enhance the potential of the industry in Yogyakarta. These activities include production activities , educational activities , promotional activities , and recreational activities for the general public. The goal of the Video Games and Animation Center that is intended for people who want to learn and create games and animations, games and animation studio production who want to promote their products, as well as a gathering place for the community of gamers and animation to socialize. The goal is to create a physical place as a place of production , education, promotion , and recreation in order to increase people's appreciation for video games and animation industry by providing infrastructure facilities required as well as providing a place for socialization for gamers and animation community using metaphor architecture approach to the realization of the building form. The approach chosen so that the characteristic and elements of metaphorical architecture of a video game and animation can appear in the form of a building with an analogy of form/ element on an object that is associated with video games and animation. Abstract: Batik is a cultural heritage that has been recognized by UNESCO as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. This makes Indonesian Batik is known by the world community . Batik is not only as a commodity city , but also a tourism commodity. Batik increasingly popular, batik tour terms so as to appear. Batik tours not only offers tourist to shopping batik products, but they can also know the history, the development, to the manufacturing process of batik. Solo or Surakarta is one of the producers of batik. Batik is one of the many cultures in the Solo. Solo image as a city batik not just as producers, but also because of the existence of the Batik Village that had existed in the past that still survives to this day, namely Laweyan. Laweyan in the past has big area. The area in the past, includes kelurahan pajang, sondakan, bumi and laweyan. Among these areas, Sondakan have the potential as a Batik Centre because it has the human resources as well as batik artist community. The problem, is how to plan and designing the batik tourism which support the development of human resources and engineering batik at Sondakan. The approaches used in planning and perancangaan Central Batik Solo, namely the Local Wisdom. The existence of UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) Center in Surakarta motivated by the high potential of UKM in Surakarta and the lack of facilities for the center of UKM in Surakarta. The purpose of the final research is to get the plan and design concept of UKM Center in Surakarta that were able to accommodate trading activities, human resource developing, and promoting UKM product, using Neo Vernacular Architecture as design approach. The problem that arises is how to translate the characteristic of Neo Vernacular into the design of UKM Center. The method used is qualitative descriptive graphical which is decomposition of data and information with picture/visual illustration as media based on existing normative theory. In this research, studies are done to obtain the application of the characteristic of Neo Vernacular Architecture for UKM Center in Surakarta. The result is a design concept of UKM facility, which serves as a means of trading, developing and promoting in the form of building area by applying the characteristic of Neo Vernacular in the appearance of the building so as to create the atmosphere that is present but do not leave the local character.

Wonogiri contains great potential in the tourism sector. The local government have current programs to develops 9 DPK (Destinasi Pariwisata Kabupaten), one is Nampu Beach. Nampu Beach has natural scenery in the form of a charming white sand, and the waves that collided with a rock. These waves are very heavy because Nampu Beach is included in the row of the south coast which is directly related to the Indian Ocean. Until now, Nampu Beach still remains the responsibility of citizens around the coast to reap revenue. There is no qualified places for Nampu’s tourists yet. Nampu Beach requires a resort to accommodate visitor activities. Resort refers to building or a group of buildings designed in a particular setting to cater for both relax and recreational activities. This resort plan design and development concerning environmental issues that carry out the ecological concept. There will be a balance between human and nature in this resort design and plan. Ecological Architecture can be applied to the design of resort in the regulation of site, shape, building mass, and composition of site. Tawangmangu horticulture agrotourism is more specific agro present for agro tourism which includes fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, and medicinal plants that have been cultivated and developed in the Tawangmangu. Agro horticulture design by many potential and prospects for development of agro tourism in Tawangmangu, and the number of outstanding issues which states that the existence of an agro tourism will damage and affect the balance of nature that result in natural disasters, such as flooding, erosion (landslides), and global warming. This happens due to the lack of principles of local wisdom that underlie the surrounding communities in the preservation of the environment are becoming increasingly eroded and disappeared. In the planning concept and its design, Agro horticulture uses the concept of local wisdom approach as the basis of planning and design which emphasizes environmental conservation and cropping patterns communities around the site right as part of the concept of local knowledge on which the architectural approach of the Agro Horticulture Tawangmangu. The problem is how to plan and design Agro horticulture educational and recreational as well as local wisdom characterized agro tourism. The method used is the technique of collecting data and analyzing them through the principles of local knowledge as an architectural approach. With the Agro horticulture of the local wisdom, is expected to produce an Agro Horticulture as a recreational vessel agro tourism and educational that can accommodate various types of tourist activities. In determining the design strategy football stadium that has a large scale requires some management that can provide design strategy of football stadium. this large-scale stadium will have an impact on energy, water, sewage, land and comfort and surrounding environment also impacts of. Therefore this football stadium sould be minimize the negative impact on the environment, the application of green architecture was chosen. So the application of the green architecture concept to the football stadium in Sragen district aims to support the green city development program in Sragen regency. The research method that is used is the initial idea of exploration method, searching data and processing data. Design strategy of football stadium in Sragen district with green architecture approach is by using of solar panel as a renewable energy source. The application off windows in football stadium will be provided in some spaces. The implementation of community paths are pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes, access lines for the disabled and motor vehicles. The application of green land amounts about 40% of the total available land and the application of membrane material to provide natural light.

Abstract: Jakarta Provincial Government initiated the concept of integrated development Marunda towers that are intended for low-income residents who live in the area of potential flooding. Location of Marunda area located in the North Coast Jakarta potentially has access to the attainment of the region using the waterway. Procurement as a water taxi transportation facilities for residents Marunda towers insufficient capacity Marunda residents who want to use the water taxi, so it requires a regional port that connects to the towers Marunda other strategic places. Integrated port Marunda an attempt to summarize all activities and support facilities for residents surrounding the towers Marunda regional ports and traditional markets. The purpose of the planning and design of the (1) How integrated port Marunda able to provide support facilities to meet the transportation needs in the form of regional ports and primary needs, (2) How to maintain the ecological balance of the environment through the grades. Integrated port Marunda required the principles of ecological design as a method to preserve the environment for the present and the future. Designing International Hotel & Spa in Bali is motivated by the growing number of domestic and foreign tourists visit in the field of tourism and business, the increasing number of distribution of tourist attraction in Bali, and the efforts to preserve Balinese spa as the cultural activity. There are modern and traditional elements of human needs at the background, so the purpose of this scheme is to offer traditional spa function on an international standard hotel in order to support tourism in Bali with a building design that shows smelting architecture of the present and the past through regionalism architecture. The issue is: how to design a commercial building that is multifunctional hotel and spa in Bali that have international standards using the approach of regionalism architecture as a design methodology. This time, in the modern era, human lifestyle are increasingly changing the human habit who makes them more concern with a worldly life and tarnished their needs of God, thus starving of their spirit has been ignored. For some people to go to church only be regarded as a formality or just things that do not even need to do. This makes human have lack understanding about the human essence which are part of God creation. Now, the church only seen as a building which is place to worship, the true meaning from the church is the human itself. This deconstruction of meaning are writer try to reverse back as a basis of Church planning and design. The problem in this design process is how to design church which can make physical and psychological impact to the user. The Universal Church of Metaphysics approach is most suitable appointed because the elements of Metaphysics Architecture can give impact to user psychical and physical. The Universal means intended to accommodate all of the Nazarenes, not only for Christian or Catholic believes, as well as to facilitate all people physical condition, normal people or disabilities people. Metaphysics Architecture can be achieved from some aspects consist of archetype, nature, light, materials, human, and memories which will be creating particular feel and atmosphere in the design. The main target of this architecture form is the user that is human. All of senses and sensors on the human body become essence in this work. Through planning location, nature, and all of architectural details which writer implemented to Universal Church and Retreat Facilities design, which have an aim to restore the human essence and can ‘presenting’ the God inside of the design. Abstract: Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) as the manifestation of Islamic education system based on Islamic perspective which combines general education and Islamic education in one single curriculum has been having a significant increase in the number of applicants in the last five years in Kabupaten Bogor, which unfortunately is not followed by the increasing number of facilities to be able to accommodate this growing number of applicants. Therefore, additional SIT facility is needed in Kabupaten Bogor. SIT curriculum can run well if the building is designed by a method that is capable to create a learning atmosphere based on Islamic perspective, which takes natural environment and creatures of Allah as the main source of learning through observation and direct interaction. Organic Architecture-based design method which emphasizes harmony between people, building and the environment is appropriate to be applied to SIT building, since the application allows the intensive interaction between human and nature through the integration between the building and the site. The application of Organic Architecture in the building is planned to be applied through the chosen four design aspects of Organic Architecture, where the design is inspired from nature; emphasizes integration with the surrounding environment; optimizes the potential of nature; and utilizes local materials. This can be realized by the selection of sites with supportive environment potential, emphasis on the integration between the interior and exterior through the space module which underlies the shape and appearance of the building, building mass system, and the selection of materials and structures.
