Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style in SMA 5 Lubuklinggau, how the determinants of leadership style principles The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses this type of procedure to develop materials. The results of the study, the environment greatly affects the principal's leadership style, with a good environment can support the application of the principal's leadership style. Conclusion, that research is empirical, education and training, intelligence, skills and environment as capital for principals to be able to apply situational leadership styles, situational leadership styles are very relevant characters and personalities that are different from each other. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, how is the principle of increasing teacher permormance. The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses a type of procedure to develop materials. The results of research on principals have implemented leadership strategies well, by discussing the conditions and conditions of teachers, creativity in applying leadership styles, having tips and having motivations that improve to improve teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this study is used to improve the performance of high school students, and have high motivation to improve teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management in the SMA Negeri 2 Model Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview and documentation. To determine the validity (trustworthiness) of the data required inspection techniques. There are four criteria that can be used to test the validity of data, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability and the certainty of data and research results, data analysis techniques using techniques; editing, category, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusion, classroom management in Lubuklinggau City Model 2 Senior High School is quite good, this can be seen from the classroom atmosphere and students' motivation in learning quite well and then also adequate facility support in managing classroom management. Abstract

This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately.
