Abstract

Bullying merupakan bentuk perilaku agresif yang sering dilakukan anak atau individu secara sengaja dan berulang-ulang untuk menyakiti anak atau individu lain demi mendapatkan kepuasan dan kebahagiaan. Orang tua berperan sangat penting untuk membentuknya dan selanjutnya mampu mencegah timbulnya perilaku yang tidak baik seperti bullying. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam mencegah bullying, demi mewujudkan desa layak anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rural Apraissal, dengan pendekatan dalam proses pemberdayaan dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, yang tekanannya pada keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan pada orang tua sebanyak 23. Kesimpulan, meningkanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dapat mencegah bullying pada anak, sehingga akan mendukung terwujudnya desa layak anak.

Abstract

Social care is a person's empathetic attitude where one party can feel what is being experienced. The purpose of this service is psychoeducation as a method to broaden understanding in order to increase the cultivation of social care attitudes for students of Sarbini Grabag Islamic Junior High School. The methods applied in this activity are lectures, group discussions, games, and training. Implementation in this service activity includes the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the service activities obtained are that students begin to understand the importance of instilling social care attitudes and can foster student awareness to increase empathy for others in the surrounding environment and students can apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF THE EARLY INTERVENTION MODEL FOR CHILDREN DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR IN PAUD OF MENAYU, MAGELANG REGENCY. Children with all potential are the next generation that needs to be stimulated according to their stages and characteristics. Disruptive behavior in children is a negative behavior that is harmful to themselves and others. Children's internal and external factors cause the formation of disruptive behavior. This study aims to find out the profile of disturbing child behavior and the formulation of early childhood intervention models that interfere with behavior. Data collection in this study uses observation and Focus Group Discussion. Observations are made on children using the "time sampling" or "sampling interval" approach, and the FGD is imposed on PAUD educators. The research method uses research and development approaches. The research subjects were 50 children and 10 PAUD educators. The results of research on profiles of disturbing behavior of children indicate: (1) fighting 54%; (2) grabbing friends toys 60%; (3) do not want to sit quietly (walk) 54%; (4) screaming and crying 48%; and (5) do not want to be left by parents / caregivers 40%. Early childhood intervention models that interfere with behavior can be used by educators (formal, non-formal, and informal) in giving treatment to children who show disturbing behavior. Implementation of appropriate early interventions can optimize all potential children.

Abstract

The success of the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools is determined by one of the personality competencies possessed by the counselor. Personal competency standards are one part of the counselor competency standards. Counselor competency standards are minimum standards that must be known, achieved and performed proficiently by counselors. The purpose of this study was to produce an instrument in the form of a counselor personality competency scale. This study uses a Research and Development design up to the product trial stage on a limited basis. The data collection instrument used a personality competency scale. The results showed that using the personality competency scale that had been tested, it was seen that 97% were in the medium category and 3% were in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh teknikbehavioral contract dan homework assigment terhadap peningkatan pemahaman tanggung jawab siswa terhadap tugas. Penelitian inimenggunakan randomized pretest-postest comparison group design.sampel diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 siswa terdiri dari 5siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan teknik behavioralcontract, dan 5 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen denganhomework assigment. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikrandom sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan angket tanggung jawab. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan yaitu analisis parametrik One Way Anova. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik behavioral contractdan homework assigment terhadap peningkatan pemahaman tanggungjawab siswa terhadap tugas. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji statisticparametric one way anova dengan probabilitas nilai sig ( 2-tailed)0,000 <0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, terdapatperbedaan skor rata rata angket tanggung jawab antara kelompokeksperimen dengan teknik behavioral contract sebesar 43,75% dankelompok eksperimen dengan teknik homework assigment sebesar33,62%. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konselingkelompok teknik behavioral contract lebih efektif meningkatkantanggung jawab dibandingkan dengan teknik homework assigment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's independence throughOut Bound activities for 4-5 years group A in BA. Al-Kautsar TIDAR Islamic BoardingSchool in Magelang City using the CAR (Classroom Action Research) method. This typeuses 2 cycles with stages including planning, implementation, observation and reflectionstages. The research subjects were students of group A in BA. Al-Kautsar, totaling 12children consisting of 5 girls and 7 boys. The data collection method uses non-test in theform of observation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can beconcluded that the increased independence skills of child A in BA. Al-Kautsar can beimproved through circuit games. The increase that occurs can be seen from the researchstage, namely observations made during pre-action, implementation of actions in cycle Iand cycle II. his is indicated by the results achieved by the subject from the initialconditions or before the increased independence ability action was carried out in the lowcategory. Group A in BA. Al-Kautsar experienced an increase in increased independenceskills from pre-cycle by 441,1% , increased in cycle I to 65,9% and increased to 87,2% incycle II. From these results it can be seen that the increased independence skills ofchildren have reached the success criteria expected by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how group counseling with self-management approaches affects self-identity in students in class VIII D at SMP N 1 Kranggan. This is a quantitative research method. Experimental research is the name given to this type of study. A pre-experimental one group pretest posttest was used in this study's design. SMP N 1 Kranggan Kab. Temanggung in class VIII D hosted the implementation of this study. The participants in this study were eight eighth-grade students from SMP N 1 Kranggan who had a low sense of self-identity. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A posttest was given to 8 students who had a low level of self-identity and were given group counseling treatment using the Self Management technique. The Paired Sample T-test was then used to test the results. The significance results show that 0.123 is greater than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that group counseling with Self Management techniques has an effect on increasing students' self-identity after treatment with Self Management techniques.

Abstract

As a student, many demands are imposed, starting from the needs of academic and non-academic values, participating in various intra and extracurricular activities to add value and expertise, fibre and much more. From the many demands that exist, students often experience academic stress. For this reason, high academic resilience is needed to cope with academic stress. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of group counselling with the WDEP technique to improve students' academic resilience. This WDEP technique is one of the techniques in reality therapy which is an acronym for Want, Doing and Direction, Evaluation and Planning. The research was conducted on grade VII G students at SMP Negeri 3 Magelang. Pre-experiment, using one group pre-test post-test design. Where the design uses one group that will be used as an experimental group to be given treatment in the form of WDEP technique group counselling services. By using a purposive sampling technique, from 32 students in the class, 8 students were taken as members of the experimental group to participate in group counselling activities. Meanwhile, the method for analyzing the data used parametric statistics paired sample t-test with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study show that the WDEP technique of group counselling affects increasing students' academic resilience.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times and culture's contact from outside, the moral boundaries that are firmly held by the community are increasingly unclear. At school, for example, many students experience a decline in moral reasoning. However, the limited literature that focuses on improving moral reasoning with a quasi-experimental approach, the author will examine psychological interventions Rational Emotive Behavior Counseling (REB) and Psychoeducation (PSE). This study aims to identify differences in effectiveness between group counseling interventions with PSE and REB in improving students' moral reasoning. The author uses a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest follow-up design. The study subjects were Sarbini Islamic Junior High School students who had low moral levels. The research subjects consisted of 22 students divided into 11 students in the PSE group and 11 students in the counseling group with the REB approach. The data analysis results showed differences in students' moral reasoning in the REB and PSE groups. The average increase in students' moral reasoning was higher in the REB group than in the PSE group. The author concludes that group counseling with REB and PSE approaches can be applied to improve moral reasoning in students in schools, especially those based on Islam. However, for more optimal results, the authors suggest using REB.

Abstract

Intensi berwirausaha merupakan faktor penting yang harus dimiliki individu untuk memulai usaha. Intensi berwirausaha akan mengawali terjadinya perilaku berwirausaha yang dapat berdampak positif pada menurunnya pengangguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk skala intensi berwirausaha, mengetahui kontribusi setiap aspek dan indikator dalam merefleksikan variabel intensi berwirausaha, dan menguji fit atau tidaknya model teoritis konstruk intensi berwirausaha dengan data empiris. Intensi berwirausaha terdiri dari tiga aspek yang merefleksikan intensi berwirausaha, yaitu memilih jalur usaha daripada bekerja, memilih karir sebagai wirausahawan, serta perencanaan untuk memulai usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri “X” di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 225 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala intensi berwirausaha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan CFA 2nd order melalui program Lisrel 8,71. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan model pengukuran (measurement model) skala intensi berwirausaha sesuai (fit) dengan data empirik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semua aspek dan indikator yang membentuk konstruk skala intensi berwirausaha dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, serta dapat merefleksikan intensi berwirausaha. Skala intensi berwirausaha ini layak digunakan untuk mengukur intensi berwirausaha khususnya pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan.
