Abstract

Orang tua menghadapi berbagai kesulitan saat mendampingi anak belajar dari rumah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kebutuhan, ditemukan bahwa orang tua memiliki keterbatasan waktu dalam pendampingan belajar, ibu masih mendominasi peran pendampingan, orang tua harus berbagi perhatian antara anak dan kendala pada anak yang tidak semangat belajar dan kurang konsentrasi. Dari kendala – kendala yang ditemukan, orang tua masih belum dapat berbagi peran antara ayah dan ibu pada pendampingan anak. Serta masih terbatasnya pengetahuan cara mendampingi belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar anak. Dengan adanya pembagian peran yang baik antara ayah dan ibu serta mengetahui gaya belajar anak dalam pendampingan, proses belajar anak di rumaha akan semakin efektif dan menyenangkan bagi anak. Untuk itu diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan orang tua dalam bentuk program parenting. Program ini menjadi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang pelaksanannya terdiri lima tahapan, yaitu: Analisa kebutuhan orang tua, tes awal, materi, tes akhir dan proyek orang tua. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat berupa seminar parenting bagi wali murid PAUD Alam Smart Centre Boyolali dalam bentuk daring pada tanggal 6 Juni 2021 dan total wali murid yang ikut berpartisipasi sejak awal hingga akhir sebanyak 16 orang. Hasil program parenting ini, terdapat peningkatan dalam jumlah mean, yaitu dari 25 menjadi 27. Namun program ini belum signifikan memberikan dampak pada orang tua. Rekomendasi bagi pelaksanaan rogram selanjtnya adalah, program ini dapat dilaksankan pada sekolah lain dengan memastikan kehadiran peserta, waktu pemaparan materi dan apresiasi bagi peserta.

Abstract

This research describes the meaning of peace from the perspective of generation Z women. This generation is also called the millennial generation or today's young people. Z generation women are part of the current generation of young people, who certainly have different perspectives in interpreting peace in this country.There is sufficient evidence regarding the increasing attitude of intolerance among students and today's students.From a number of results of studies of high school students and college students it was revealed that 9.5% of respondents tended to be intolerant of minority groups.From the Campus Islamic Research it was found that 65% of student respondents supported sweeping actions carried out arbitrarily by radical Islamic mass organizations (Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of National Education, 2007).This fact is interesting to examine further about how generation Z women interpret peace in this country. This research is applied qualitative research and uses the Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA) approach.The results show four main categories related to the meaning of peace from the perspective of generation Z women, namely making peace with themselves, not easily suspicious and prejudiced with others, respecting differences, and easily forgiving others.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of self-regulated learning of male and female studentsin junior high schools (SMP) in the residency of Surakarta. This quantitative studyinvolved 223 students consisting of 115 male students and 108 female students as theresearch subjects. The instrument used is the Self-regulated Learning Scale which wasdeveloped based on aspects of Zimmerman's theory with the results of the validity testusing a CVI of 0.68 to 1.00 and a reliability test with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.893. Thedata analysis method used in this study is Non Parametric with the Mann-Whitney Test.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the self-regulated learning of male students and female students during the pandemic period, the self-regulated learning of female students was higher than male students.
