Abstract

Polinomial atas finite field GF (q) memiliki aplikasi cukup luas yang mencakup area seperti coding theory, cryptography, combinatoric, konstruksi dari error-correcting codes maupun teknologi terkini seperti telepon seluler CDMA. Area-area tersebut sering menggunakan suatu polinomial dengan sifat khusus yang disebut polinomial permutasi. Polinomial f atas finite field GF (q) merupakan polinomial permutasi jika pemetaan f:GF (q)-GF (q)adalah pemetaan satu-satu. Penulisan ini membahas ciri-ciri dari suatu polinomial atas finite field GF (q) agar menjadi polinomial permutasi.

Abstract

Microservice is an architecture that can solve many problems in a monolithic architecture. One of the problems is the ability to handle many concurrent users. The existing monolithic application can be restructured into microservices to increase robustness in handling a lot of users, without exception native mobile application. This study aimed to restructure the existing native mobile application named TemanBisnis into microservices. The restructuring process can be done by splitting the application features according to its business domain into one service. Two microservice architecture designs were proposed in this study, named 3-1 architecture and 2-1-1 architecture. Both architectures can handle up to 100 concurrent users, although they start to produce errors. By performance, the 3-1 architecture is better than the 2-1-1 architecture. In the end, an existing native mobile application can be restructured into microservices. The 3-1 architecture should be adopted to achieve the best results between these two architectures.

Abstract

Researches involving Artificial Neural Network (ANN) or its derivative have been published all around the world, spesifically to solve data mining problem, classification, clusterinf, or detection problems. Recurrent Neural Network is a class of ANN with Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) as its one of the architecture that commonly used in deep learning problems. On this paper, we use LSTM to detect hate speech on social media related with Indonesia President Election on 2019. There are several steps on this research, we start with literature study, data collection, data preprocessing, training step, and testing step. The dataset consist of 950 sentences, while the testing data consist of 190 comments on Facebook. The best model performance was reached with recall value 0.7021, which menas that from the whole relevant instances on the testing data, 70.21% were categorized as relevant, on this case as hate speech (HS). The other performance parameter value as in accuracy and precision still quite low due to the testing data that comes directly from social media which highly possible consist of inconsistent choises of words, informal words, or contains grammatically error sentences.

Abstract

Based on data from the National Cyber And Crypto Agency (BSSN) of the Republic of Indonesia from 2018 to 2021, the threat of cyber attacks continues to experience a significant increase. In 2021, a significant change that is likely to be faced is with the emergence of new smart devices, which are more than just end-users and remotely connected networked devices. Surely, gives it the attention of all parties. There are many types of cyberattacks including Malware, Phishing, Ransomeware, etc. IDS (Intrusion Detection System) is a method that can detect suspicious activity in a system or network. Implementation of the Fuzzy K-Medoids method by using the Matlab programming language that retrieves data from KDDCUP’99 which has been normalized. The data used are normal data and anomaly attack data which are categorized as DoS, Probe, R2L, and U2R. From the research conducted the accuracy percentage is around 60-89% with three types of data preprocessing

Abstract

Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat (Sambara) is an Android-based application developed by the West Java provincial government to check vehicle taxes in West Java. This study aims to measure the usability of the Sambara application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and USE Questionnaire methods. The SUS and USE Questionnaire methods are questionnaire-based methods with 10 and 30 questions. The study involved 42 respondents. The results of the validity test show that all data are valid so that they can be used for the research. The results of data processing with the SUS method showed an average value of 62.91. This value is categorized as OK with Grade C-, Percentile Rank 35%, Marginal Acceptability, and Passive NPS. This means that the Sambara application can be accepted by the community in marginal groups with passive users; users do not recommend the application to others. The results of data processing using the USE Questionnaire method obtained an average value of 76.1%, which means that the Sambara application is considered suitable for use. The average value of the questionnaire results is 5.32 out of 7. It means that usability of Sambara application is considered good.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di RW 22 Perum Metland Cileungsi Sektor VII untuk meningkatkan pemahaman matematika siswa dan kemampuan penggunaan Google Meet pada ibu-ibu. Kegiatan ini diilustrasikan oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematika dan kurangnya penguasaan teknologi oleh ibu-ibu. Dalam empat bulan, kegiatan melibatkan30 siswa dan 20 ibu-ibu, menggunakan metode pengajaran matematika kontekstual dan media visual, serta pelatihan penggunaan Google Meet dengan pendekatan hands-on. Evaluasi melibatkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman matematika, kecakapan penggunaan Google Meet, serta penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pelatihan dan modul pembelajaran matematika telah berhasilmeningkatkan daya saing siswa dan ibu-ibu. Pengabdian ini membuktikan pentingnya penerapan iptek dalam pendidikan dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pengembangan sumber belajar masyarakat. Dengan ini, kemampuan masyarakat dalam menghadapi era digital dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Kementerian Perdagangan merupakan salah satu Instansi Pusat pada pemerintahan memiliki banyak sistem informasi pelayanan namun sistem-sistem tersebut masih terpisah-pisah sehingga menyulitkan berbagi pakai data dan informasi. Tidak terintegrasinya sistem informasi pelayanan sangat menyulitkan bagi masyarakat ketika mengakses layanan publik dikarenakan untuk mengakses satu layanan publik, masyarakat harus berpindah ke beberapa sistem informasi pelayanan atau bahkan harus mengunggah dokumen-dokumen yang sama ke beberapa sistem informasi pelayanan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan Sistem Penghubung Layanan (SPL) menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) berbasis Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) untuk menghubungkan layanan dari berbagai sistem informasi pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan SPL yang menjadi solusi manajemen pertukaran data dan informasi antar sistem informasi pelayanan yang dapat mensimplifikasi bisnis proses layanan publik kepada masyarakat.
