Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation, and the two factors (leadership and compensation) on the performance of non-medical employees of Dr. Hospital. Sobirin, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection methods in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the T test on the leadership variable showed the tcount value was greater than ttable, namely 1.933 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level was 0.058. The compensation variable shows the value of tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.373 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level of sig is 0.001. The fcount value of = 9.117 is greater than the ftable value = 3.17 and the probability (sig. 0.004). In conclusion, partially leadership and compensation variables, and simultaneously leadership and compensation variables have a partial and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Dr. Hospital. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA, NPM, dan EPS terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan subsektor perkebunan periode tahun 2015 - 2017. Permasalahannya adalah terjadinya penurunan harga saham dan rasio perusahaan subsektor perkebunan disaat indeks harga saham gabungan menunjukkan kenaikan yang konsisten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel bebas (X) dan satu variabel terikat (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa : 1)Secara parsial Return On Asset (X1) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 2)Secara parsial Net Profit Margin (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 3)Secara parsial Earning Per Share (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 4)Secara simultan Return On Asset (X1), Net Profit Margin (X2), Earning Per Share (X3) bengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial tidak  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Asset (X1) dan Net Profit Margin (X2) terhadap Harga Saham (Y), secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Net Profit Margin (X2) terhadap Harga Saham (Y) dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Return On Asset (ROA) (X1), Net Profit Margin (NPM) (X2), Earning Per Share (EPS) (X3) terhadap Harga Saham (Y).Kata Kunci : Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran merupakan satu kesatuan yaitu Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People,Physical Evidence dan Process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketingmix terhadap volume penjualan di 5 Unit PT. Raihan Maju Mandiri dengan loyalitas karyawansebagai variabel iIntervening. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya beberapa hal yangmempengaruhi volume penjualan dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, salah satunya yaitu yangdisebabkan oleh ketersediaan produk, kebutuhan konsumen, serta minimnya follow up yangmenyebabkan omset penjualan semakin menurun kepada perusahaan, serta Marketing Mix yangtidak mampu berjalan secara efektif akibat dari turunnya omset penjualan yang disebabkan olehvolume penjualan yang rendah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahpendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan kuesioner online lewat google form. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, uji t, regresi linier berganda, uji f dan pathanalysis. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel pengaruhmarketing mix berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan dan loyalitas karyawan serta berdasarkanuji regresi jalur setiap komponen marketing mix berpengaruh secara terhadap volume penjualanmelalui loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalami penelitiani ini,i Penelitii menggunakani desaini tipei assosiatifi dengani bentuki hubungani kausal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, bahwai motivasi, Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaii nonmedis RSUD Sitii Aisyahi Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see The Effect of Income Level on the Financial Behavior Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Lubuklinggau. Sampling, using a purposive side. The number of samples was 98 respondents. The analysis tool used was SEM which was run with SmatPLS3.0 software. The results of this study are related to the theme of Influence of Income Level on the The Effect of Income Level on the Financial Behavior Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Lubuklinggau.The number of samples in this study used 98 respondents of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lubuklinggau with the willingness of respondents to fill out questionnaires with valid data totaling 89 respondents. After testing, it can be concluded that: This study found that income levels had a positive effect on financial behavior. This was due to the results of testing the hypothesis which shows that the income level with financial behavior shows the path coefficient value of the original sample estimate of 0.451 with a significance below 5% which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 5.625 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.984. the P-Value is 0.000. P-value (0.000) < α = 5 This study found that the level of income has a positive effect on financial behavior. This means that the higher the level of income, the better the financial behavior will be and this will have an impact on better financial management. This study made modifications to the data testing because there were several indicator results that did not meet the requirements so dropping or elimination had to be carried out on each variable indicator that did not meet the discriminant validity requirements. This research was useful for the academic environment and MSME managers in Lubuklinggau

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The population and samples used were 53 employees. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Supervision has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 4.905 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 2) Organizational Commitment has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance with tcount = 5.060 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 3) Supervision and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance with Fcount = 18.127 > Ftable = 3.18 significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that supervision and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and measure the effect of financial literacy and financial knowledge on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. The total population in this study was 8,071 students and the sample technique used was random sampling using the slovin formula. Data was collected using a questionnaire method from 381 students who were the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test (outer model and inner model) with the help of the PLS version 3.0 software program. The results of this study indicate 1) that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of private tertiary institutions in Lubuklinggau City with a statistical value showing a number of 1.600 which is <1.96 and it can also be proven that the P values ​​are 0.110 or called more greater than 0.005 2) that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of Lubuklinggau City Private Higher Education with a statistical value showing a number of 14.446 which is> 1.96 and it can also be proven that the P Values are worth 0.000 or are called smaller of 0.005 and 3) that financial literacy and financial knowledge have a positive effect on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. This is evidenced by the R-Square value of 0.628.
