Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) The influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the Industry and Trade Service of Musi Rawas Regency, 2) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Industry and Trade Service of Musi Rawas Regency, 3) The Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously on the Performance of Employees at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency. Hypothesis Testing partially independent variables (Organizational Culture) on the dependent variable Employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency that is equal to 3,173 ≥ table 1,674. While partially independent Hypothesis Test (Work Motivation) on the dependent variable employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency that is equal to 3,042 ≥ (1,674) At a significant level of 5%, then partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable . Variations in changes to the dependent variable (Employee Performance) can be explained by the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Motivation) simultaneously (57.0%) and the remaining 43.0% is influenced by other variables. Regency Testing Hypothesis Testing with the F test obtained a Fcount value of 32.477 ≥ 3.18. and the significance level simultaneously sig F is 0,000 α α (0.05), at a significant level of 5%, the Organizational Culture and Work Motivation together on the Performance of employees at the Department of Industry and Trade Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The lack of analytical, critical and creative attitudes occurs because of the mindset of students or their teaching staff. This explanation is the basis for why researchers try to study with the aim of making a Comparative Study Model for Research Methodology Courses in Improving Student Competencies to Arrange Final Projects in PTS (Private Universities) in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas Districts. The research population of 5,604 students spread across well-known private Universities in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas District, researchers took a sample of 1%, with a uniform distribution. The researcher uses the frequency crosstab analysis (cross percentage), for the comparative type the researcher uses the technique of One Sample T Test, Independent Sample T Test, and One Way Anova. Research results (1) There are differences in each PTS in the application of learning models in general; (2) There is no difference in each PTS in the application of specific learning models, both the parametric approach model and the micromorph approach model; (3) There are differences in student competencies in each in terms of physical competence; and (4) There are no differences in student competencies in each in terms of intellectual competence; personal; social; and spiritual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital in the company under study, find out the company's profits in the research site, make a company development strategy. This research was conducted at the Roti Tiga Berlian company in the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with working capital, profit and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the capital system is put to good use, working capital management has gained profits, recommendations for company development, namely: 1) increasing the understanding of bread variants; 2) opening factories in strategic areas; 3) build special otlets for three-diamond bread products. Conclusion, the condition of the Lubuklinggau City Tiga Berlian Bread Company in managing working capital owned to obtain profit is in a healthy condition, so that for 5 (five) years it is known that it is able to use the working capital owned to obtain profit Keywords: Development Strategy, Working Capital, Profit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation, and the two factors (leadership and compensation) on the performance of non-medical employees of Dr. Hospital. Sobirin, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection methods in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the T test on the leadership variable showed the tcount value was greater than ttable, namely 1.933 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level was 0.058. The compensation variable shows the value of tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.373 > 0.679 with dk = 60 (60-3) and the significant level of sig is 0.001. The fcount value of = 9.117 is greater than the ftable value = 3.17 and the probability (sig. 0.004). In conclusion, partially leadership and compensation variables, and simultaneously leadership and compensation variables have a partial and significant effect on the performance of non-medical employees at Dr. Hospital. Abstract

The problem in this research is the fluctuation in the amount of net sales, total assets, and net income. That is, this also affects the company's financial performance. To find out the company's financial performance, it can be calculated using financial ratios. The research method used is a qualitative research method using quantitative data through primary and secondary sources. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interview data collection techniques. Based on research using Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin in measuring financial performance at CV. Subur Lestasi Jaya Bersama Lubuklinggau, the results of this study indicate that the value of Return On Assets has fluctuated or fluctuated over the last five years, from 2014-2018. The value of Total Asset Turnover is in the very good category, with the lowest decline in 2018, the highest value in 2017. Net Profit Margin has fluctuated or fluctuated during the last five years, namely 2014-2018. This means that this company has not been effective in terms of financial performance, seen from the fluctuating value during the five periods of ROA. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA, NPM, dan EPS terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan subsektor perkebunan periode tahun 2015 - 2017. Permasalahannya adalah terjadinya penurunan harga saham dan rasio perusahaan subsektor perkebunan disaat indeks harga saham gabungan menunjukkan kenaikan yang konsisten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel bebas (X) dan satu variabel terikat (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa : 1)Secara parsial Return On Asset (X1) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 2)Secara parsial Net Profit Margin (X2) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 3)Secara parsial Earning Per Share (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). 4)Secara simultan Return On Asset (X1), Net Profit Margin (X2), Earning Per Share (X3) bengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham (Y). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial tidak  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Asset (X1) dan Net Profit Margin (X2) terhadap Harga Saham (Y), secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Net Profit Margin (X2) terhadap Harga Saham (Y) dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Return On Asset (ROA) (X1), Net Profit Margin (NPM) (X2), Earning Per Share (EPS) (X3) terhadap Harga Saham (Y).Kata Kunci : Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuklinggau dengan jumlah populasi 30 orang, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan hubungan kausal dan jenis data primer.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan media kuisioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SMART-PLS(Partial Least Square) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konstruk eksogen beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dengan konstruk kepuasan kerja karyawan. Nilai t-statistik sebesar 9,513 lebih besar dari 1.96. tetapi pada konstruk eksogen beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (O=0.148) dengan konstruk kinerja karyawan. Nilai t-statistik ini sebesar 0.596 lebih kecil dari 1.96. untuk kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dengan konstruk kinerja karyawan. Nilai t-statistik pada hubungan konstruk ini sebesar 2,458 lebih besar dari 1.96, dan nilai p value sebesar 0.014 lebih kecil dari 0.05. di nilai indirect effect untuk pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. nilai t-statistik 2,238 lebih besar dari 1,96 (t-tabel). Dengan Nilai signifikansi 0,026. Serta hasil Uji Goodness Of Fit (GOF) diperoleh nilai 0.5.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Rawas secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Musi Rawas sebanyak 40 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1). Penempatan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,580. 2). Penempatan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,258. 3). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,521. 4). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,233. 5). Motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,457. 6). Penempatan kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,265. 7). Kompetensi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,238..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and competence on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. The population and research sample amounted to 39 employees. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis. The results showed that leadership has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 5.583 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Competence has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 4.675 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 5.122 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership and Competence have an effect on motivation with Fcount = 10.210 > Ftable = 3.26, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership and Competence affect employee performance with a value of Fcount = 29.773 > Ftable = 3.26, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership has an effect on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable with a value of tcount = 2.286 > ttable = 1.685. Competence affects employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable with a value of tcount = 1,947 > ttable = 1,685. The conclusion is that leadership and competence affect employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the method of collecting data using questionnaires and analyzed using the help of SPSS Statistics 20 with the population and sample in the study amounting to 40 employees. Data analysis activities include data processing and data presentation, performing calculations to describe data and testing hypotheses using statistical tests. The results of the study 1) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance at the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 8.505 > ttable = 1.684 and a significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. 2) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 2,327 > ttable = 1,684. The conclusion that the hypothesis put forward is accepted
