Abstract

The early agro education program is one of the agricultural lessons for children from an early age. This community service program was attended by first-grade students of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI) Hidayatul Insan. The community service program begins with a discussion with the teacher to formulate a local content curriculum for agro schooling that will be applied at MI Hidayatul Insan. The next program is the preparation of educational facilities and infrastructure for first-grade students, then providing training to children in gardening or planting starting from nurseries, cultivating land in small pots, and training to care for plants. The purpose of this community service activity is to open up the knowledge of elementary school-age children about agriculture so that their love for agriculture will emerge. The output of community service with this early agro education program is that the Faculty of Science and Agriculture, Islamic University of Batik (UNIBA) Surakarta contributes to its scientific fields, namely engineering, science, and agriculture to support government programs, namely sustainable agriculture. The early agro education program through agro schooling produces four basic competencies that students have, namely students' understanding of plant types, students understanding how plants can grow, understanding the germination process, and students getting to know plants in the Al-Qur'an.Keywords: agriculture, agro schooling, early agro education, sustainable agriculture

Abstract

Integrated Farming System is a management system for plants, livestock, and aquaculture with environment to produce an excellent product. The objectives of the community service activity were empowering Jatisari Village community to realize the Agrotourism Village, ensuring integrated farming systems run well and optimally, and making Jatisari Village a fostered village of the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Agriculture UNIBA. Integrated farming system is a system that combines agricultural activities, animal husbandry, fisheries, and forestry with other sciences related to agriculture in one land, so that it is expected to be one of the solutions for increasing land productivity, building programs and environmental conservation, and integrated village development. Entrepreneurship is also important to support the existence of agrotourism of Jatisari Village. Jatisari Village is prospective in developing agrotourism areas. Local potential, natural resources and human resources can be utilized to support the development of agrotourism areas

Abstract

ShopeeFood adalah lini bisnis baru dari aplikasi Shopee yang bergerak dibidang online food delivery. Saat ini ShopeeFood menjadi salah satu penyedia layanan online food delivery yang paling direkomendasikan oleh konsumen bersaing dengan aplikasi pendahulunya yaitu Gofood dan GrabFood. Berdasarkan review pengguna fitur ShopeeFood, masih banyak ulasan yang memberikan penilaian kurang memuaskan. Banyak review negatif dari pelanggan ShopeeFood menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan masih kurang terhadap kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan ShopeeFood serta untuk mengetahui item indikator yang perlu diperbaiki agar dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan tujuh dimensi dalam e-service quality, didapatkan nilai rata-rata kesenjangan antara tingkat harapan dengan tingkat persepsi yang diterima pelanggan terhadap kinerja ShopeeFood sebesar -0,26237 dan rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian 93%. Hal ini berarti masih terdapat 7% dari dimensi e-service quality yang belum memenuhi harapan dari pelanggan. Sedangkan, berdasarkan diagram kartesius terdapat dua item indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan agar kepuasan pelanggan terpenuhi.

Abstract

Batik menjadi salah satu warisan budaya dunia dari Indonesia yang wajib dilindungi dan dilestarikan. Dalam menghadapi tingkat persaingan perdagangan global, industri dituntut memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dan produk yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan memetakan rantai nilai dari produk batik tulis pada sentra industri batik di Bayat, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Analisis rantai nilai juga berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi tahap-tahap rantai nilai di mana industri dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah (value added) bagi pelanggan dan mengefisiensikan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Industri mampu menjadi lebih kompetitif melalui efisiensi biaya atau peningkatan nilai tambah (value added) yang di peroleh melalui aktivitas rantai nilainya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis dan pemetaan rantai nilai Porter (1985) dan digabungkan dengan metode menurut Pearce & Robinson (2009). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi langsung, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Batik is one of the world's cultural heritages from Indonesia that must be protected and preserved. To face the level of global trade competition, the industry is required to have high competitiveness and quality products. This study aims to analyze and map the value chain of batik tulis products at the batik industry center in Bayat, Klaten, Central Java. Value chain analysis also uses to identify the stages of the value chain where the industry can increase value added for customers and cost efficiency. The industry becomes more competitive through cost efficiency or increased value added (value added) through value chain activities. The method used in this research is the value chain analysis and mapping method according to Porter's (1985) and combined with the method according to Pearce & Robinson (2009). Data were collected by conducting direct observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. Sampling used the snowball sampling method.
