Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi produk peternakan sebagai upaya peningkatan gizi dan daya tahan tubuh di kala pandemi Covid-19. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 di Kecamatan Punung, Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah dua kelompok belajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan, mengingat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Pemaparan materi yang dilakukan adalah mengenai mengenai protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah virus corona dan materi mengenai pentingnya mengkonsumsi produk peternakan. Praktek langsung mengenai protokol kesehatan dilaksanakan dan juga pemberian produk peternakan kepada peserta. Peserta kegiatan menjadi sadar pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan dan pentingnya mengkonsumsi produk peternakan. Produk peternakan dapat meningkatkan daya imun tubuh di kala pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: produk peternakan; daging; susu; telur. ABSTRACTThis service aims to provide education so that it can increase public awareness in consuming livestock products as an effort to increase nutrition and endurance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The service was carried out in December 2020 in Punung District, Pacitan Regency, East Java. Participants who took part in this activity were two study groups. This activity was carried out by implementing health protocols, given the Covid-19 pandemic. The presentation of the material carried out was regarding health protocols to prevent the corona virus and material on the importance of consuming livestock products. Practice about health protocols was carried out and given a livestock products to participants. The participants became aware of the importance of implementing health protocols and the importance of consuming livestock products. Livestock products can increase the body's immune system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: livestock product; meat; milk; egg.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran mempunyai peran penting bagi suatu bisnis karena berperan untuk menentukan nilai ekonomi perusahaan baik jasa maupun barang. Dalam usaha agribisnis, penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat berpengaruh dalam strategi pemasaran produk pertanian dan mempermudah dalam penyampaian informasi. Saat ini internet merupakan kebutuhan setiap orang, hal ini merupakan peluang besar untuk memasarkan produk secara online, sehingga muncul istilah online marketing yaitu praktek memanfatkan saluran berbasis web untuk menyebarluaskan informasi produk yang akan dipemasaran. Akan tetapi, dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam sistem pemasaran juga perlu memperhatikan komponen pemasaran yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi 4p yaitu product, price, place, promotion.Salah satu Pondok Pesantren di Wonogiri berlokasi di area perbukitan, yang sebagian besar masyarakat pondok bekerja sebagai petani dengan memanfaatkan lahan disekitar. Hasil panen hanya digunkan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Keterbatasan kemampuan dalam memasarkan hasil pertanian dan jarak distribusi yang sangat jauh merupakan kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakatBerdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, tim pengabdian mengadakan pengabdian kegiatan “Penyuluhan Strategi Pemasaran Online di Pondok Pesantren Quran Nirwana Tirtomoyo, Wonogiri”. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam memasarkan produk pertanian dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui sistem Online

Abstract

The early agro education program is one of the agricultural lessons for children from an early age. This community service program was attended by first-grade students of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI) Hidayatul Insan. The community service program begins with a discussion with the teacher to formulate a local content curriculum for agro schooling that will be applied at MI Hidayatul Insan. The next program is the preparation of educational facilities and infrastructure for first-grade students, then providing training to children in gardening or planting starting from nurseries, cultivating land in small pots, and training to care for plants. The purpose of this community service activity is to open up the knowledge of elementary school-age children about agriculture so that their love for agriculture will emerge. The output of community service with this early agro education program is that the Faculty of Science and Agriculture, Islamic University of Batik (UNIBA) Surakarta contributes to its scientific fields, namely engineering, science, and agriculture to support government programs, namely sustainable agriculture. The early agro education program through agro schooling produces four basic competencies that students have, namely students' understanding of plant types, students understanding how plants can grow, understanding the germination process, and students getting to know plants in the Al-Qur'an.Keywords: agriculture, agro schooling, early agro education, sustainable agriculture

Abstract

Integrated Farming System is a management system for plants, livestock, and aquaculture with environment to produce an excellent product. The objectives of the community service activity were empowering Jatisari Village community to realize the Agrotourism Village, ensuring integrated farming systems run well and optimally, and making Jatisari Village a fostered village of the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Agriculture UNIBA. Integrated farming system is a system that combines agricultural activities, animal husbandry, fisheries, and forestry with other sciences related to agriculture in one land, so that it is expected to be one of the solutions for increasing land productivity, building programs and environmental conservation, and integrated village development. Entrepreneurship is also important to support the existence of agrotourism of Jatisari Village. Jatisari Village is prospective in developing agrotourism areas. Local potential, natural resources and human resources can be utilized to support the development of agrotourism areas

Abstract

Lahan pekarangan menjadi lingkungan yang memberikan kenyamanan, estetika dan memberikan kesehatan apabila dipelihara dengan baik, diantaranya dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai lahan pertanaman hortikutura terutama tanaman yang dapat dikonsumsi sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan tanaman hortikultura dan cara budidayanya, yang berdampak pada perbaikan gizi dan peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK Desa Bakalan, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi, penyerahan benih dan bibit tanaman hortikultura dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan budidaya tanaman hortikultura di lahan pekarangan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang tanaman hortikultura terutama di lahan pekarangan yang sempit, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang cara budidaya tanaman hortikultura (sayuran dan tanaman hias) untuk lahan sempit. Hasil budidaya tanamannya juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk gizi keluarga dan kelebihan hasil dapat dijual sehingga bisa menambah perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the inoculation of antagonistic biological agents in controlling stem rot disease caused by the pathogenic fungus Fusarium spp., and to increase the growth of fig stem cuttings (Ficus carica L.). This research was conducted at the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta (UIBS), from September 2020 to December 2020. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD)., with 6 types of treatment, consisting of control, Trichoderma, Gliocladium, Corynebacterium, PGPR, and synthetic fungicide Mancozeb as a comparison, with 3 repetitions and 3 sub-repetitions. Observations consisted of several parameters, namely: disease incubation period, disease incidence, disease severity, shoot growth period, shoot height, leaf number, leaf area, root length, and number of roots. The results showed that Trichoderma treatment gave the best results for all observed parameters, even better than Mancozeb which is usually used by farmers. This is because Trichoderma has the ability of antagonistic in the form of very aggressive competition, producing antibiotic, and mycoparasitic mechanism against the pathogenic fungus Fusarium spp., so its utilization can be applied in organic farming to control stem rot disease which is more environmentally friendly. Trichoderma can also be used as biofertilizer because it has the ability as a good biodecomposer, its can breakdown nitrogen nutrients, dissolve phosphate, and provide micro nutrients, and even release the hormones auxin, cytokinins and ethylene, so that its effectiveness can stimulate and increase vegetative growth of fig plants in the form of shoots, leaves and roots. Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of chicken manure dose on growth and yield on three kinds of lettuce (Lactuca sativa, L.) planted in a polybag. This research was conducted from November 2019 until January 2020, in Gerdu Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency, between 450 - 650 m above sea level. The research used a factorial method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consist of two treatment factors. The first factor is dose of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels (D1 = 62.5 g/ polybag, D2 = 125 g / polybag, D3 = 187.5 g/ polybag). The second factor was varieties of lettuce (V) consist of 3 types (V1 = Grand Rapids Variety, V2 = Kriebo Variety, V3 = Bisi SL 02 Variety). Analysis of variance was used to analyzed the data, with the F test at 5% and 1% levels and then followed by Duncan's multiple range test at 5% level. The results showed that chicken manure dosage significantly affects fresh weight and consumption weight per plant. The best dose of chicken manure for the treatment is 125 g / polybag. The varieties significantly affected plant height, fresh weight, and consumption weight and significantly affected leaf width per plant. The interaction between the dose of chicken manure and varieties of lettuce (DxV) showed the best results on the combination 125 g / polybag chicken manure dose with the Kriebo variety (D2V2). This treatment combination gives the highest consumption weight, which is 76.52 g. While the treatment combination of 62.5 g / polybag chicken manure dose and Bisi SL 02 variety (D1V3) had the lowest consumption weight (39.68 g).

Abstract

Philanthropy merupakan salahsatu strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang paling mudah dan sederhana. Strategi ini digunakan mengingat masih di saat pandemic covid 19 pada bulan-bulan di akhir tahun 2021. Philanthropy dalam bentuk pemberian stimulus sembako bagi masyarakat terdampak covid 19 di Desa Wonoboyo, Wonogiri.Tujuan dari program philanthropy adalah: 1) memberikan stimulus berupa sembako langsung kepada masyarakat terdampak covid 19; 2) Memberikan perhatian dan pendampingan bagi masyarakat di Desa Wonoboyo oleh pemerintah desa yang bersinergi dengan perguruan tinggi yaitu UNIBA Surakarta. Pelaksanakan kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan tiga tahapan; 1) survey awal untuk memastikan peserta penerima stimulus sembako; 2) Pelaksanakan pemberian stimulus sembako bagi masyarakat yang sudah terdaftar; 3) pendampingan berkala antara pemerintah desa Wonoboyo dan perguruan tinggi yaitu UNIBA Surakarta dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil dari philanthropy ini adalah sebagai berikut 1) Masyararakat sangat terbantu untuk kebutuhan pokok sehari hari 2) Pemerintah desa Wonoboyo merasa bangga dan aktif dalam pemdampingan masyarakat terdampak covid 19 yang bekerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi UNIBA Surakarta

Abstract

ABSTRAKTrichoderma sp. merupakan jenis jamur yang umumnya banyak ditemui di area tanah khususnya tanah yang memiliki kandungan bahan organik yang cukup tinggi sehinga dapat membantu pertumbuhan tanaman. Pembuatan agen hayati dari jenis Trichoderma sp. sebagai agen pengendali hama tanaman telah dilaksanakan di kelompok tani SERUT, Desa Kenokorejo Kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo.  Biakan agen hayati Trichoderma sp. diperbanyak melalui media beras kukus, hal ini bertujuan agar petani mampu membuat agen hayati Trichoderma sp. sendiri dengan bahan dasar yang selalu ada di lingkungan petani. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani tentang manfaat jamur Trichoderma sp. sebagai agen hayati yang murah dan ramah lingkungan serta cara pengaplikasiannya pada tanaman. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa petani di kelompok tani SERUT menerima dengan baik cara membuat biakan Trichoderma sp dan mampu memperbanyak biakan Trichoderma sp. serta mengaplikasikannnya pada tanaman padi di lahan sawahnya. Kata kunci: Trichoderma sp. agen hayati; bahan organik ABSTRACTTrichoderma sp. is types of fungi that are generally found in soil areas especially with high organik matter content so that it can help plant of growth. The production of the type Trichoderma sp. as a plant pest control agent has been implemented in the SERUT farmer group, Kenokorejo Village Polokarto Districts Sukoharjo Regency. Biolgical agent culture of Trichoderma sp. reproduced by steamed rice media, which aim to the farmers are able to make a biological agents of Trichoderma sp. with the materials that are always available in their sphere. The implementation of community service aims to increase the knowledge of the farming community about the advantage fungus of Trichoderma sp. as biological agent culture that easy and are environmentally benign. The results of this study showing that the SERUT farmer group can accept as well were able to reproduce Trichoderma sp. and apply it to rice plants in their fields. Keywords: Trichoderma sp. biological agents, organik matter.

Abstract

Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a colony of bacteri on roots that plays an important role in plant growth. This research was conducted in Jaban RT 03 RW 06, Segaran, Delanggu, Klaten, Central Java, in August-October 2020. The method used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications, namely variety (V) consist of 2 levels (varieties), namely: V1=Vima-1 and V2 = Vima-2. PGPR (D) consist of 3 stages (dosage), namely D1 = 5 cc/liter dose; D2 = Dosage 10 cc/liter; and D3 = Dosage 15 cc/liter. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by the DMRT test if there were significant and very significant differences between treatments or treatment interactions. The results showed that the interaction of PGPR treatment and varieties had a significant effect on plant height and number of pods per plant and had a very significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds. However, the treatment interactions have no significant effect on seed weight per plant and root volume.
