The development of tourist areas is directed as a mainstay sector to boost economic growth, increase local revenues, empower the economy of the community, expand employment and increase the introduction and marketing of typical tourism areas. Ngebel Lake is a natural lake located in District Ngebel, Ponorogo Regency which has a stunning natural scenery with the condition is still natural, save a million potential to be developed. Development of Ngebel Lake tourism area should be planned thoroughly and use appropriate strategies in order to obtain optimal benefits for the community. The objectives of this research are: 1) to analyze the condition of external factors including opportunities and threats, 2) to analyze the condition of internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, appropriate for the development of tourism area Ngebel Lake using SWOT Analysis. Based on SWOT analysis, Telaga Ngebel tourism area has an external opportunity as well as an enormous internal strength to be developed. Result of internal and external matrix (IE), hence alternative of appropriate strategy to develop tourist area of Telaga Ngebel is SO Strategy (Strenght-Opportunity) that is a strategy chosen by using strength to utilize or seize opportunity. Implementation of the strategy is done through the development of tourism products, market development and market penetration. Important policies need to be taken, such as improving road infrastructure, developing tourism products, promoting promotion, providing souvenir shop area, handicraft and food, providing street lighting, improving hygiene and waste handling and cooperating with various parties including investors.Â Keywordsâ€”: strengths; weaknesses; opportunities; threats; development.

Abstractâ€” This study aims to find out the partial and simultaneous influence of transformational leadership style variables and compensation on the performance of KPRI Sejahtera Madiun employees. The population in this study was kpri Sejahtera Madiun employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Samples taken by 40 employees. Research instruments use questionnaires. In this study, the data used were primary data, namely questionnaires measured using Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the tests have shown that: (1) Transformational leadership styles partially affect employee performance variables. (2) Compensation partially affects employee performance. (3) Transformational leadership style and compensation jointly (simultaneously) affect employee performance.Â Keywordsâ€”: Transformational Leadership Style; Compensation; Employee Performance.

This research aims to test the Effect of Strategy of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning on the Purchase Decision of Respiro in the City of Madiun. The population in this research are consumers of Respiro products in Madiun. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The amount of data obtained is 100 respondents. The data obtained were tested with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 18.00. The results of this research indicate that the segmenting variable has a partial influence on purchasing decisions on Respiro products in Madiun, the targeting variable has no partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun, positioning has a partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun and Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision on Respiro Products in Madiun.

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of partially or simultaneously workload, communication and work environment on the performance of employees at the Kebonsari District Office, Madiun Regency. This research is anassociative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Kebonsari District Office, Madiun District Court, amounting to 30 person. The sampling technique in this study used a saturatedsample technique, where the entire population was taken as a sample. The instrument in this study used a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient ofdetermination (R2), hypothesis testing using t test and F test and classical assumption test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 program. The results showed that: (1) Partially Workload has a significant effect on the Performance of Kebonsari District Office Employees, Madiun Regency. (2) Partially, communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Kebonsari District Office, Madiun Regency. (3) Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Kebonsari District Office, Madiun Regency. (4) Simultaneously workload, communication and work environment affect the performance of employees at the Kebonsari District Office, Madiun Regency.

The purpose of investors investing in the capital market is to obtain rewards or income from the funds invested. Investors who invest their funds in a company's shares aim to earn income in the form of dividends and returns. This study aims to analyze the effect of right issue and dividend announcements on stock price movements between before and after the announcement date of rights issue and dividends, and analyze the effect of right issue and dividend announcements on expected stock returns. The population of this study amounted to 10 companies that issue rights issues and dividends on the KOMPAS100 Index which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used is companies that issue rights issues and dividends in the period 2016-2020. The data analysis technique in hypothesis testing was carried out using the paired sample t-test difference test because the data were normally distributed. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of the rights issue on stock price movements. As for dividends, it shows a significant difference to stock price movements.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of cooperatives using ratio analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2018 to 2021. The data analysis technique uses ratio analysis techniques, the ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Liquidity Ratio Analysis of KPRI Sakti Rasa; (2) Solvency Ratio Analysis of KPRI Sakti Rasa; (3) Profitability Ratio Analysis of KPRI Sakti Rasa.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Restaurant Tax, Parking Tax, and Street Lighting Tax on Regional Original Income of Madiun City in 2014-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data that is time series from 2014 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and test the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The results showed that: (1) Restaurant Tax (X1) partially had no significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Income (PAD) in 2014-2020. Restaurant tax t count < t table where 0.129 < 2.776 with a significant 0.906 > 0.05; (2) Parking Tax (X2) partially has no significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014-2020. Parking tax t count < t table where 0.266 < 2.776 with a significance of 0.807 > 0.05; (3) Street Lighting Tax partially has a significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014- 2020. The value of t-count Street Lighting Tax > t table where 5.783 > 2.776 with a significant 0.010 < 0.05; (4) Restaurant Tax (X1), Parking Tax (X2), Street Lighting Tax (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Madiun City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) in 2014-2020. The calculated F value > F table (41.685 > 5.14) where the significance value is 0.006 < 0.05.

The development of tourist areas is commonly targeted as a backbone sector to support economic growth, increase regional income, empower the economy of the community, expand employment, and improve the overview and marketing of local products of tourist destinations to improve local community welfare. This development requires holistic and comprehensive planning in order to optimize the benefits for the local community and contribute to the regional income of a region. Ngebel Lake, one of the tourist attractions in East Java, has a considerable potential to be developed into a leading lake tourist destination. Located in Ponorogo Regency, this place is prospective for its pristine natural beauty and other favorable elements such as culture, community lifestyle, and the potential as a tourist attraction. The half kilometer-wide lake was naturally formed and is surrounded by a five-kilometer road. This study aimed at analyzing the satisfaction of Telaga Ngebel visitors as an effort to identify satisfaction attribute on service quality using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). This approach was aimed to provide recommendations in evaluating visitors’ satisfaction. The research was not merely targeted to identify whether visitors’ expectations were already accomplished, but it was aimed to identify the functional and dysfunctional attributes of service.The results have shown that the attributes requiring improvements include the availability of adequate parking lots, the quality of roads around the tourist area, and the willingness of the staff to prioritize and recognize the needs of visitors. This research is the first step in setting recommendations for strategies that can become local government priorities in the development of the Ngebel Lake tourist area. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the rations of liquidity, profitability, and solvency. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive analysis research with data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used is the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability rations. The sample in this study is the balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the last 4 years published from the official website www.bri.co.id for the period 2019 to 2022. the result showed that the liquidity rations, namely the quick ratio, asset to loan ratio, and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) were in very good condition in accordance with BI standarts. In the profitability ratio, namely net profit margin, return on asset, and return on equity in a very good condition in accordance with BI satndarts. And in the solvency ratio, namely the primary ratio, capital ratio, and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) in very good condition in accordance with BI standarts.

This research aims to examine the effect of non-performing loans consisting of substandard loans, doubtful loans and bad loans on liquidity and profitability. The sampling technique uses the quota sample method. Data was obtained from secondary data from the monthly report of the Arta Makmur Rejoso Nganjuk Cooperative with canonical correlation with the SPSS version 25 program. The canonical weight shows the highest variable results, namely bad credit 1.08872 and profitability 0.88710. The canonical loadings show the highest variable results, namely bad credit 0.95348; liquidity 0.94779 and profitability 0.99907. Canonical cross-loading shows the highest variable results, namely substandard credit 0.65801; bad debt 4.21658 and profitability 4.09189. The results of the hypothesis research show that the variable that has no influence is doubtful credit. From the results of canonical weights, canonical loadings and canonical cross-loading, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between substandard credit and liquidity. There is no significant influence between doubtful credit and liquidity. There is a significant influence between bad credit and liquidity. There is a significant influence between substandard credit on profitability. There is no significant influence between doubtful credit on profitability. There is a significant influence between bad credit and profitability. There is a significant influence between non-performing loans on liquidity and profitability.
