Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to design a batik business strategy using Business Model Canvas. This type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The location of the study was conducted in the city of Madiun. The selection of key respondents was conducted purposively by considering factors of understanding of the strategy carried out by the company, understanding of the company's condition, understanding of the company's internal conditions, understanding of the company's business model, understanding of the company's main competitors. The analysis techniques used are internal and external environment analysis, SWOT analysis, and Business Model Canvas. The results showed that the analysis of the internal and external environment produces an alternative strategy Strength-Opportunity as a strategy using strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities, Weakness-Opportunity as a strategy to fix internal weaknesses by using external opportunities, Strength-Threat as a strategy using internal strengths to avoid external threats , Weaknesses-Threat is the most defensive strategy, avoiding threats and minimizing weaknesses. Batik Kota Madiun requires improvements to its business model, namely the addition of six blocks, namely Key Partnership, Key Activities, Value Proposition, Customer Sement, Channel, Cost Structure, and Revenue Streams. Keywords—: Business Model Canvas (BMC); SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to find out the partial and simultaneous influence of transformational leadership style variables and compensation on the performance of KPRI Sejahtera Madiun employees. The population in this study was kpri Sejahtera Madiun employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Samples taken by 40 employees. Research instruments use questionnaires. In this study, the data used were primary data, namely questionnaires measured using Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the tests have shown that: (1) Transformational leadership styles partially affect employee performance variables. (2) Compensation partially affects employee performance. (3) Transformational leadership style and compensation jointly (simultaneously) affect employee performance. Keywords—: Transformational Leadership Style; Compensation; Employee Performance.

Abstract

he Covid-19 pandemic in various countries around the world, including Indonesia, has encouraged an increase in financial and banking transactions carried out by the public through internet banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial literacy, digital marketing and word of mouth on the interest in using internet banking for customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo during the Covid-19 pandemic. Population in this study were customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo from November 2020 to November 2021, totaling 1552 customers. The research sample amounted to 100 people whose size was determined by the Slovins formula. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that; 1) Hypothesis 1 was rejected. This means that Financial literacy had no significant effect on customers' interest in using internet banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Hypothesis 2 was accepted. This means that digital marketing had a significant effect on customers' interest in using internet banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Hypothesis 3 was accepted. This means that word of mouth had a significant effect on the interest in using internet banking for customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of partially or simultaneously service quality, membership, and price on buyer decisions on Vape Move Ngawi. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were 100 consumers as regular customers who bought products on Vape Move Ngawi. This research uses purposive sampling method. That is the sampling technique by setting special characteristics or special conditions with the aim of being able to answer the research statement. The data collection method used is a questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers as regular customers. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that (1) service quality, membership, and price were overall partial significant effect on the decision of product buyers on Vape Move Ngawi. (2) Simultaneously shows that service quality, membership, and price have a significant effect on buyer decisions on Vape Move Ngawi.

Abstract

This research aims to test the Effect of Strategy of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning on the Purchase Decision of Respiro in the City of Madiun. The population in this research are consumers of Respiro products in Madiun. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The amount of data obtained is 100 respondents. The data obtained were tested with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 18.00. The results of this research indicate that the segmenting variable has a partial influence on purchasing decisions on Respiro products in Madiun, the targeting variable has no partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun, positioning has a partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun and Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision on Respiro Products in Madiun.

Abstract

The purpose this research are how concept of superior human resource? What strategies can be taken? And why should workforce be superior human resources? Thi research is qualitative wih phenomenological approach. Subject in this research are workforce in industry area at Mojokerto district. For get result of research good quality, this research was carried out for one year. The result of research show that concept of superior human resource are human with eight attitude and behavioral of superior human resources. They are 1) breaking the rule, 2) get started and make a change, 3) create creativity, 4) become a reliable source of information within the unit or company, 5) create innovation, 6) direct others, 7) give inspiration, 8) motivate other work force. Workforce can do some strategies to be superior human resource. They are 1) maintain health, 2) work with health protocol, 3) do company rules, 4) achieve productivity according to company standards, 5) training or education, 6) always want to learn, 7) can find side job. In order to workforce can survive and maintained by company in pandemic and digital era  like this, workforce need to become superior human resource. Superior human resource can value added themselves and they have high competitive power

Abstract

This study aims to determine optimal raw material purchasing planning using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) approach at the Somber Berkah Sukosari Dagangan Madiun Regency company and to provide input regarding planning and controlling raw material inventory so that it has the potential to increase profit efficiency in the company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The descriptive analysis technique used to analyze data regarding the problem of planning and controlling raw materials to optimize company profits is to use the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), TIC (Total Inventory Cost), Safety Stock, Reorder Point, MI (Maximum Inventory) methods. From the research results it is known that the purchase of raw materials using the EOQ method total raw material inventory is less than using the method used by the company today. Besides, the frequency of purchasing raw materials using the EOQ method is smaller than using the company's method. In addition, there are also safety stocks, reorder points and MI (Maximum Inventory) that have been calculated, so that they can anticipate excess or shortage of raw material supplies. Therefore the EOQ method is very important to be applied in companies in order to achieve more optimal company profits.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of review content, product quality, and lifestyle on students' interest in using local products fashion. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Merdeka Madiun University, users of local products fashion. The sample size in this study was 152 people. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that the content review variable partially had a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, product quality variables partially has a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, lifestyle variables partially have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion, and simultaneously the review content variables, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant effect on students' interest in using local products fashion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, promotion, and discounts on customer interest in making transactions using the EDC merchant machine owned by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch. While the sample in this study were 96 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of advertisements, promos and discounts on customer interest in transacting using the merchant's EDC machine owned by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Madiun Branch. Advertisements, promos and discounts can customer interest for making transactions using EDC merchant machines by 92.1%.
