Abstract

Advertising smartphone is one factor very important in introducing a product to consumers. Foradvertising can affect mindset for consumers to use the offered by companies smartphone. Thisreport aims to understand analyze the influence of advertising smartphone in television stations ofinterest in buying the community in Sub District Johan Pahlawan District of Aceh West. This studyadopted qualitative approaches to explain data research obtained by using interviewing 10 sourceswho vote with used technique purposive sampling. According to the research has been discoveredthat viewing Any impact advertising smartphone presented on television stations of interest inbuying the community in Sub District Johan Pahlawan District of Aceh West. From the results ofresearch that has been done, can be stated that the impressions of smartphone ads can affectpeople's buying interest.Keywords: Advertising, Television, Interest, Smartphone

Abstract

Hak atas informasi publik dijamin oleh negara. Namun, pengelolaan informasi publik di Kabupaten Aceh Barat belum berjalan sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Hal ini dikarenakan masih terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan sumber daya aparatur pemerintahan dalam pelaksanaan ketentuan undang-undang dimaksud. Untuk itu, pelaksanaan pengabdian menjadi penting untuk percepatan layanan informasi publik di Aceh Barat. Tujuan umum pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan badan publik Pemerintah di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam melaksanakan UU KIP.  Sedangkan tujuan khususnya terdiri tiga bagian, yaitu menyampaikan umpan balik temuan pengabdian kepada badan publik Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat, meningkatkan kesiapan badan publik Pemerintah di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam melaksanakan UU KIP melalui penyusunan daftar informasi publik, serta meningkatkan layanan informasi publik di Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam menyediakan dan mengumumkan informasi berkala, informasi yang tersedia setiap saat dan informasi serta merata. Pengabdian  dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yakni melalui pertemuan awal dengan Sekretaris Daerah Aceh Barat selaku Atasan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Utama dan PPID Utama Kabupaten Aceh Barat, sosialisasi hasil pengabdian, workshop penyusunan daftar informasi publik, serta pendampingan dalam penyusunan daftar informasi publik. Berdasarkan pengabdian terhadap PPID Utama dan PPID Pembantu diperoleh bahwa proses koordinasi antara Tim Pertimbangan dan PPID Utama Kabupaten Aceh Barat menjadi penting dan strategis.  Berikutnya, proses pendampingan telah menghasilkan daftar informasi publik PPID Utama dan PPID Pembantu di Kabupaten Aceh Barat, serta adanya kerja sama antara perguruan tinggi, OMS (MaTA), PPID Utama Aceh, dan PPID Utama Kabupaten Aceh Barat semakin mempercepat proses penyusunan daftar informasi publik Kata Kunci: Informasi Publik, Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi, Badan Publik, Daftar Informasi Publik, Layanan Informasi Publik, Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of the rights of women workers at the Department of Transmigration and Manpower. The rights of women workers are the focus of the research, because the rights of women workers should be fulfilled by the government to provide protection for women workers. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to answer the research problem. Research analysis techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation, triangulation and combinations. as well as regulations governing the protection of the rights of women workers. The conclusions obtained based on the research conducted in the research have applied regulations related to the protection of women's workers' rights to employees of the Transmigration and Manpower Office. In this case, the employee has received special rights for female employees as regulated in the labor law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat menjelaskan efektivitas pengembangan sumber daya manusia, efektivitas pelatihan, manfaat pelatihan, faktor penghambat, faktor pendukung, dan efektivitas pemanfaatan keilmuan sumber daya manusia pasca pelatihan pada Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja (DISTRANAKER) khususnya pada bidang Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Balai Latihan Kerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah dukomentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menarik kesimpulan bahwa kefektivitas sumber daya manusia atau peserta pelatihan di UPTD BLK, sudah mengajukan kepada pemerintah untuk melakukan kerjasama pada dunia usaha dan dunia industri akan tetapi, pemerintah masih belum menanggapi hal ini. Dalam penelitian ini pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan pada SDM dilakukan berdasarkan kefektivitas pemanfaatan keilmuan SDM serta kebutuhan kemampuan dan keterampilan merupakan kebutuhan pekerjaan yang dimiliki, oleh setiap individu sesuai dengan bidang kejuruannya masing-masing. Manfaat pelatihan dan pengembangan sangat berdampak baik bagi SDM atau para peserta pelatihan yang ingin mengasah kemampuan yang sudah ada pada diri sendiri. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan potensi diri peserta pelatihan selama mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan di Balai Latihan Kerja, sehingga para peserta mendapat sebuah peluang dalam membuka suatu usaha pribadi atau mendapat pekerjaan yang baik pada instansi atau perusahaan yang ada kedepannya dan juga harus sesuai dengan keahlian yang telah diasah selama mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Faktor penghambat yang didapat yaitu kurangnya perhatian dari pihak Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja dalam sarana yang ada dibeberapa bidang kejuruan pada pelatihan dan juga kurangnya pemanfaatan waktu yang tepat dari instruktur pada beberapa bidang kejuruan tertentu

Abstract

Keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam Pemilukada sebagai wujud kepedulian sosial terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam memilih pemimpin yang dianggap layak dan cakap untuk kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana peran modal sosial dalam kemenagan Jadin pada Pemilukada 2017 Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang melibatkan informan secara purposive samplingterdiri dari 5 orang infoman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan penyelidikan dengan pengujian keabsahan data memakai triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sosial dominan yang berhasil dalam arena perpolitikan adalah dengan membangun interaksi dan saweu gampong. Pasangan Jadin intens melakukan silaturrahim ke semua lapisan masyarakat yang difasilitasi oleh tim yang dinamakan Tim Pejuang Jadin yang memang telah dibentuk sebelum Pemilukada, melalui kerja massa tim inilah yang kemudian memulai misi-misi serta program favorit Jadin tersedi pilihannya pada Jadin. Kata kunci; Interaksi Sosial, Tim Pemenangan, dan Pemilukada

Abstract

The current 4.0 revolution requires all lines to continue to transform in providing excellent service to the community. This is due to the development of science and increasingly sophisticated technology. Competition between fields is getting more challenging, including the government, highly highlighted for public consumption. All must be able to maintain the existence of their institutions to survive in the current 4.0 era. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in employee status on employee performance at the Office of the People's Welfare of Mandailing Natal Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a research population of fewer than 100 people, so all 30 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression (t) test. After statistical tests were carried out, it was obtained that the employment status had a positive regression coefficient value of 36,053. The results of this positive coefficient value indicate that employment status has a positive effect on employee performance. All statements of employment status and performance variables have a value of 0.33, meaning that the performance indicators, namely, work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence, are all good. Employees who have higher employment status will have better performance in service compared to non-status employees.

Abstract

This research concerns to existence of Santri in dayah which are had the aim purpose to learning and deepen religious, so then very far away about the political information related then active involvement. Nevertheless, the opportunity to funneling their rights as good citizens for participate in the election uncertainly blocked, especially many of santri are beginner voters. More specifically, aim of this study to know about santri political participation in Pemilukada in Aceh Barat Regency 2017. This research uses qualitative method by involving 20 informants selected by using purposive sampling technique. The results indicated that the santri political participation is passive participatory then they had have never been directly involved in the successing of the campaign, they use only their political right to vote when voting process in TPS at the day. This participation is referred as the conventional participation form and lowest level participation hierarchy above the total apathy bit. Keywords: Participation, Political, Santri, Dayah

Abstract

This paper discusses service innovations carried out by BPJS Health through the JKN Mobile Application. Jkn mobile application is the latest innovation from BPJS Health in improving services to the community, especially in the field of health, but many people who have not used this application because many people do not know about this application. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of service innovations provided through the mobile application jkn. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to the determination of purposive sampling informant techniques. Measurement of effectiveness through three indicators namely: time factor, accuracy factor, and service delivery style factor. Based on the results of the study showed that the services and information provided through the application have been effective when viewed from the time needed to provide services, carefulness in service delivery and service delivery style that is not discriminatory because it is systemized with the mobile application.

Abstract

This devotion realized in Mandailing Natal District regarding the Provision of Incentive Funds for Religious Teachers through Edward III's theory, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of this devotion consists to two stages: The initial stage of the research, to find out a complete figure of the implementation for previous activities in order to put the right formulation for the next implementation plan. The study used a qualitative method involving 5 informants from teachers in Mdta, Tpa, and Pontren selected by purposive sampling technique, using two types of data, primary and secondary data. The second stage of implementation/application, after the research conclution analyzed, then the author determines the right formulation for program implementation, refers to Edward III's theory. After coordinated to policy makers, then authors and other parties agreed to implement the program using Edward III's theory. Based on the results of the implementation that has been applied regarding the Provision of Religious Teacher Incentive Funds through the approach of 4 aspects refers to Edward III's theory, then it shows that the implementation of the Mandailing Natal Regency government's policy regarding the Incentive Fund giving for Religious Teachers has not been implemented well before, then after the implemented of these 4 aspects, the situation in implementing the policy has improved and tends to improve, although there are still some things that become obstacles, such as the implementation of open dispositions that are still a bit fully reluctant implemented.

Abstract

Legal assistance is legal services provided by legal aid providers free of charge to legal aid recipients. The recipient of legal aid is the person or group of the poor. While the legal aid providers are legal aid agencies or community organizations that provide legal aid services based on Law Number 16 Year 2011. This legal research focuses more on lecturers and law faculty students as legal aid providers. With the existence of Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid can open opportunities for students to train lawyers in the Court. This research used normative legal research method, the type of research used is normative juridical, the approach taken is the statutory approach (statute approach) Legal Aid Act exactly explains and expands the parties that can provide legal aid Not only advocates which can provide legal assistance but also paralegals, faculty and law faculty students, the provision of legal aid by lecturers and students of law faculties is an action that must be realized because it is the implementation of the third function of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, that is the dedication to the society In handling the legal matter communities, paralegals, faculty, and law faculty students are subject to the same procedural law.
