Abstract

Tulisan ini berjudul perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat terhadap efek samping pasca pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Latar belakang tulisan ini yaitu dibuat karena masih ada keresahan yang terjadi di masyarakat mengenai perlindungan hukum apabila terjadinya efek samping pasca pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia sejak bulan Januari 2021 kemarin. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang, buku, dan internet yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Adapun tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat apabila terjadi efek samping pasca pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat terhadap efek samping pasca pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 yakni bentuk perlindungan hukum preventif dan bentuk perlindungan hukum represif yang berupa pertanggung jawaban negara yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 99 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID 19). Serta adanya upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat apabila tidak terlaksananya pertanggung jawaban tersebut ialah dengan upaya hukum gugatan perdata biasa, Citizen lawsuit, dan class action.

Abstract

In Batam International University, there has a program which is known as SEPORA (Society Empowerment Program). In this program each team of Student has to create an innovation about Community services in a certain area which has been determined by lecturer. Our mission is to provide the fastest way for citizens of Buliang to create their important documents such as ID Card, Family Card ,Business domicile and other important documents. We started this project by creating a website with the database that connected to each others so the citizens of Buliang can sign up for online queue, so they didn’t have to go to Buliang district office to handle it, they can sign up by fill up the form in the website that we provided and the information will be recorded into Buliang’s database system. We also taught several citizens of Buliang how to access the website and sign up the queue form from their own phone. We hope that our little project here can help to boost Buliang's government performance and can help the citizen of Buliang so they didn’t have to wait to submit their form.

Abstract

Employment Contract Limited Time (PKWT) is a work agreement between workers and the company in establishing a working relationship for a certain period of time or for certain jobs. The latest regulations governing PKWT are Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Employment Contract Limited Time, Outsourcing, Working Time, and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment. In a company, PKWT is one of the important documents because it can be valid evidence for both parties, namely the employee and the company. Therefore, the authors are encouraged to contribute in the form of PKWT design which is expected to help the company PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara in creating good working relationships with workers in carrying out their business activities. The main problem is that adjustments must be made to the latest law, but PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara has not carried out the adjustment due to the lack of manpower in the legal field. The implementation method used in this report uses empirical juridical. The empirical juridical method is a type of legal research that is examined directly in the field in the form of examining company documents or data obtained in the field which is then adjusted to the applicable law.
