Abstrak :Kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi laparatomi dapat timbul karena kesiapan psikologis terhadap pembedahan belum terjadi. Salah satu cara mengatasi kecemasan yaitu dengan cara latihan lima jari untuk mereduksi stres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lima jari terhadap kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi laparatomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experimental dengan bentuk pendekatan non equivalent control group pretest-posttest. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 20 orang sampel dengan 10 kelompok eksperimen dan 10 kelompok kontrol di Irna Bedah RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang pada bulan Agustus 2013 sampai April 2014. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh latihan lima jari terhadap kecemasan pasien pre operasi laparatomi sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dengan selisih rerata 5,8 dan kedua kelompok samasama mengalami perubahan skor kecemasan yang bermakna (p ≤ 0,05) pada kelompok eksperimen dengan nilai p = 0,000 dan pada kelompok kontrol p = 0,040. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada institusi rumah sakit dapat mengaplikasikan hal ini dalam bentuk Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Perawat disarankan menggunakan tehnik ini dalam manajemen kecemasan pasien. Kata Kunci : Latihan Lima Jari, Kecemasan, Pre Operasi Laparatomi

Optimal growth and development of children can be achieved by exclusive breastfeeding for newborns up to the age of six months. Parental knowledge and family support play an important role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to know associated Parental knowledge and family support with exclusive breastfeeding in Pangkalan Village, Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted from September 2020 to February 2021. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 7-12 months with a total sample of 40 people who were taken by purposive sampling. The results of this study found that the knowledge in the good category was 20 people (50.0%), the majority of family support in the good was 22 people (55.0%), and 62.5% getting exclusive breastfeeding. There is a relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.001), and family support (p-value 0.005) with exclusive breastfeeding in Pangkalan Village, Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It is recommended that health officers at Pangkalan Puskesmas improve and create conditions that support mothers to breastfeed exclusively by engaging in persuasive communication.

There are several methods in nursing in providing care, one of the methods of his team. The team's method is applied by using a team of nurses who work heterogeneous, consisting of nurses propesional, and additional nurses to provide nursing care to a group of patients. According to the results of interviews with nurse researcher Dr. interne space RSAM Ahmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, Pre and conferences conducted with less than maximum conference, pre and post done not in accordance with the rules of the pre and post konferensi.Hal that affect nursing care given by nurses. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the pre and post nursing conference with the implementation of nursing care in inpatient hospital interne Dr Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Year 2015. The study was conducted on 13 to 1 August 2015 with a descriptive correlation design. The number of samples in this study were 31 teams of nurses with a total sampling sampling techniques, the instrument uses the observation sheet. From the analysis results obtained value of p = 0.01 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between the pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 12.80. There is a relationship between pre-conference with the implementation of nursing care with 12,800.Dari opportunities analysis results obtained value of p = 0.013 (p <0.05), which showed a significant relationship between post-conference with the implementation of nursing care with OR = 20 o'clock there is a relationship between post conference with the implementation of nursing care at the hospital is expected 20,00.untuk opportunity to follow standard operating procedures in providing nursing care

Background: Post-stroke patients had some problems after the patient was in the middle of the family, some of the issues that will be faced by post-stroke patients at home is paralysis on one side, impaired mental status, emotional problems and communication problems, and therefore required a plan before the patient is discharged. Discharge Planning Success ensure patients are able to do follow-up care measures are safe and realistic after leaving the hospital. This study aimed to identify the influence of Discharge Planning for readiness to face the return stroke patients in the hospital room Neuro National Stroke Bukittinggi.Methods: This study used the Quasi-experimental design, with the approach of one group pre- and post-test, the samples were taken using quota sampling technique of 20 people, wearing non-parametric analysis of T-dependent.Results: The results showed that the average prior to the Discharge Planning the readiness of respondents was 24.60 with a standard deviation of 3.299. While the average after Discharge Planning the readiness of respondents was 31.50 with a standard deviation of 0.889. Visible differences between the mean readiness to face the return stroke patients before and after Discharge Planning is 6.90 with a p value of 0.000.Conclusion: Based on the conclusions of this study, should be to prepare for stroke patients in the face repatriation done that more comprehensive discharge planning.

Kasus remaja dengan tindakan bullying mengalami peningkatan, yang membuat banyak dampak pada kepribadian remaja. Sehingga diperlukan tindakan preventif bagi remaja untuk tindakan bullying. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan remaja di panti asuhan muhammadiyah ranting cingkarang Banuhampu Agam dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan tentang bullying bagi remaja sehingga remaja dapat meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan bullying. Sehingga disarankan remaja untuk memiliki perilaku pencegahan untuk tindakan bullying, agar terjadi penurunan kasus bullying pada remaja.Kata Kunci: Bullying, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Remaja
