Abstract

Kegiatan perintisan desa wisata ini dilakukan di Desa Seloharjo, Kecamatan Pundong, Bantul Yogyakarta. Inisiasidilakukan di tiga dusun penyangga di Desa Seloharjo yaitu Dusun Poyahan, Ngreco dan Jelapan. Kegiatan dilakukandengan perintisan berdasarkan konsep 4 A dalam pengembangan wisata yaitu perencanaan atraksi, pengorganisasianpelaku (aktor), perencanaan sarana-prasarana (akomodasi) dan peningkatan daya dukung masyarakat (atmosfer).Pendekatan kegiatan dilakukan dengan survei potensi wisata, focus group discussion (FGD), studi banding wisata,sosialisasi (kampanye) dan lomba dusun dalam rangka wisata. Hasil inisiasi ini menunjukan bahwa awalnyamasyarakat belum tahu tentang konsep desa wisata, tetapi setelah memperoleh penjelasan, meraka sangatmendukung. Masyarakat telah berhasil mengindentifikasi potensi yang layak disajikan dalam desa wisata dariaspek potensi alam, kesenian dan kuliner. Masyarakat juga telah menginisiasi model pengorganisasian pengeloladesa wisata serta memiliki berbagai rencana terkait sarana dan prasarana. Dukungan masyarakat sangat tinggidalam wujud partisipasi dan besarnya harapan bahwa desa wisata dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatsetempat.Kata Kunci : Perintisan, Desa Wisata, Alam, Budaya

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis kuliner berbasis UMKM sangatlah pesat. Pemerintah mempunyai tanggunjawab terhadap keamanan dan kehalalan produk makanan di Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan penduduk terbesar di dunia, masyarakat muslim Indonesia menjadikan aspek halal sebagai prioritas. Pemerintah berkontribusi dalam menjaga produk halal dengan sertifikasi halal yang dikeluarkan Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan Obat-Obatan dan Kosmetika Majelis Ulama Indonesia (LPPOM MUI). Sertifikat Halal mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat yang berpengaruh positif terhadap penjualan. Sedangkan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik menjadikan UMKM akan lebih bersaing dan sejahtera. Permaslahan mitra timbul karena belum memiliki Sertifikat Halal dan belum memiliki pengelolaan keuangan yang memadai sehingga kurang optimal dalam melaksanakan ekspansi pasar. Tim pengusul mengajukan solusi atas permasalah tersebut dengan dilakukannya pelatihan dan pendampingan pengurusan Sertifikasi Halal dan pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa sertifikasi halal hasil dari pendampingan pengajuan sertifikasi halal kepada LPPOM MUI dan terlaksananya tata kelola keuangan usaha  dengan baik  oleh mitra pengabdian yang tercermin dari mitra pengadian telah mampu membuat pencatatan laporan keuangan sederhana serta menerapkan strategi pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik guna eksistensi keberlangsungan usaha.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how the fundraising strategies of zakat institutions are implemented, with a case study of LAZISMU Malaysia. This study is qualitative in nature, utilizing a case study approach. The methods employed for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 6 informants consisting of personnel in the Human Resources department, fundraising department, and head of the fundraising department. Data validity was tested using triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The findings of this research indicate that LAZISMU Malaysia has generally implemented fundraising strategies in line with both direct and indirect fundraising methods. Furthermore, these strategies have helped enhance the role of zakat institutions in poverty reduction through various productive zakat programs. However, the research also identified challenges in fundraising implementation, particularly in maximizing fundraising strategies, resulting in Indonesian communities residing around LAZISMU Malaysia being less familiar with LAZISMU. To address these challenges, LAZISMU Malaysia plans to alter its fundraising strategy by conducting educational campaigns targeting the Indonesian community in Malaysia to increase awareness about zakat, infaq, and sadaqah payments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of zakat institutions in economic empowerment of zakat recipients, with a case study at BAZNAS Jogja City & BAZNAS DIY. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. There were seven informants in this research consisting of the Program Manager, Implementing Staff for zakat distribution, Program Facilitators and zakat recipients at each Zakat Institution studied. The research results concluded that BAZNAS Jogja City & BAZNAS DIY have played an optimal role in efforts to improve the economy of zakat recipients. The two zakat institutions have implemented several productive zakat programs aimed at empowering zakat recipients in the businesses they run. The strategy used is providing provisions to potential aid recipients, business training and providing business capital to zakat recipients. There are several obstacles faced by BAZNAS Jogja City & BAZNAS DIY in empowering the economy of zakat recipients, including zakat recipients not being optimal in running their businesses, especially in increasing sales. Thus, BAZNAS City and BAZNAS DIY need to provide assistance according to the problems experienced by zakat recipients to help and improve the businesses of zakat recipients. Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how to optimize the role of LAZISMU Malaysia in supporting the businesses of zakat recipients, as a means to improve the welfare of the mustahik (zakat beneficiaries). This research was a descriptive qualitative study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review. The research findings concluded that LAZISMU Malaysia has played an active coaching role for small business activities run by zakat recipients. This role is carried out through a mentoring program for mustahik facing difficulties managing their business and capital to increase business income. The steps taken to assist zakat recipients include guidance on managing finances simply by applying an income and expenditure accounting model. Further assistance provided by LAZISMU Malaysia to boost mustahik income involved marketing training in collaboration with Muhammadiyah universities community services in Malaysia. Additionally, LAZISMU Malaysia provides support through the smart display program (arranging business premises) using a modern market approach prioritizing cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and friendliness for all customers. By assisting the businesses of zakat recipients, the mustahik can increase the income generated from the enterprises they run.
