Abstract

The purpose of the study to describe three things, namely the partial influence of discipline on work commitments, the partial influence of achievement on work commitments, and the simultaneous influence of work commitments of teacher madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Aceh Timur. The research method used is quantitative survey. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis is performed with regression test, t test, F test, and determination coeffesient. The findings showed that there was a partial influence of disciplinary variables on work commitments of 0.319 (31%), there was a partial influence of achievement on work commitments of 0.594 (59%) and there is a simultaneous influence of discipline and achievement together on teacher work commitments of 0.940 (94%) only 6% were affected by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

Some children often express mockery words known as verbal bullying. Verbal expressions of bullying are words of ridicule that can offend others. This study aims to determine the relationship between verbal bullying and the interpersonal intelligence of elementary level students in Gampong Teungoh Langsa. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to see the relationship between verbal bullying and interpersonal intelligence. Hasil of this study states that 1) The form of verbal bullying that occurs in children in Gampong Teungoh in 2021 is mocking, mentioning parents' names, giving inappropriate nicknames to friends such as the name of the comedian doyok, dono because his friend's teeth are boneng. This form of bullying is called verbal bullying, which is a form of bullying in the form of inappropriate words to be expressed to others. 2) The level of interpersonal intelligence can be seen from the results of the normality test that the significance value is 0.544 > 0.05. Then it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. 3) The relationship between verbal bullying and interpersonal intelligence where the correlation of the relationship between verbal bullying and interpersonal intelligence is a perfect correlation where the correlation value amounts to 0.998. This indicates that the higher the child's interpersonal intelligence, the higher his personality.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are the results that a person gets after going through the learning process. From the results of observations that have been made by researchers on students of grade IV MIN 4 Aceh Tamiang, there are student learning outcomes that are still relatively low because the media used by teachers is not varied. One innovative medium to apply is to use zepeto avatar animations and powerpoints. The purpose of this study was to see the differences in the learning outcomes of students who used zepeto avatar animations with students who used powerpoints in mathematics subjects in class IV MIN 4 Aceh Tamiang. The research uses a quantitative approach with the type of quasy experiment or pseudo-experiment with a posttest-only control group design. The research sample amounted to 35 students selected in two classes, namely the IVA class of 18 students and the IVB class of 17 students. The results of the hypothesis test using the independent sample t-test obtained the Sig value. 0.021<0.05.

Abstract

Learning Implementation Plan or RPP is a teaching device that must be prepared by teachers before conducting the teaching and learning process so that the results obtained can be taken into account in advance. With this preparation, it is expected that the learning process also runs systematically and in accordance with the desired stages. The purpose of this study is to validate IPA learning by using discrepancy evaluation models in MIS Paya Bujok Tunong. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study found that some planned items were not carried out, in implementation activities, the chosen approach was not all implemented, teachers also did not use learning media, and assessment only focused on aspects of knowledge only.

Abstract

The internalization of Islamic values must be done from the beginning, so that students understand and do not misunderstand gender equality in today's unstoppable flow of information. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of gendered media that are socialized through classroom learning. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research is 28 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of incorporating Islamic educational values through gender learning media in fourth grade students were successful, building on the problems that arose after researchers tried to introduce them into learning media by linking Islamic values. Students can recognize true Islamic values, especially those that are in accordance with gender roles that are in accordance with Islamic values. Students can recognize the significance of amanah content in learning

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the impact of the independent variable (achieving motivation, job satisfaction, and managerial principal) toward of dependent variable (teachers’s performance). The research was conducted on SD Negeri 7 Idi East Aceh with 30 respondents. The questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the analysis of the data indicates that (1) partially, independent variables of achieving motivation have a positive impact on teachers’s performance (t = 4.86 > ttable = 2.36); (2) the independent variable (achieving motivation, job satisfaction, and managerial principal of job satisfaction also positively impact on teachers’s performance (t= 3.20 > ttable = 2.36); (3) the principal managerial independent variables take part give a positive impact on performance guru (t = 3.21 > ttable = 2.36); (4) the simultaneous, independent variables does not give a significant impact on teachers’s performance (F = 2.00 < Ftable = 2.92); and (5) were obtained the equations of the regression of Y = 7, 71a + 0, 02X1 + 0, 33X2 + 0, 26X3 it means that when there is an increase in the motivation of overachievers, the satisfaction of teachers, and the principal managerial it will automatically improve the performance of teachers.

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media makes it difficult for students to understand the material. As a result, student test results have not optimally met the KKM score. Therefore, it is necessary to design a learning media so that the results achieved by students become better. The purpose of this study was to describe the stages of developing a magic box from recycled materials with the theme of weather at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Langsa, to determine the feasibility of developing magic box media, teacher and student responses, and to determine the learning outcomes obtained by students after using magic box media. This research method is (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages of development, including the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study are material expert validation of 80% "Feasible" criteria and media experts of 98.88% "Very Feasible" criteria. The results of the teacher response assessment amounted to 95% "Very Practical" criteria and the results of the student response assessment of 28 students amounted to 89.21% "Very Practical" criteria. Learning outcomes in this research and development have increased significantly as evidenced in the results of the paired sample t-test obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an increase in student learning outcomes between before and after using the magic box media.

Abstract

Madrasah digital saat ini merupakan salah satu program Kementerian Agama yang harus disukseskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa e-modul sederhana sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengajaran di kelas. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode CBR (Community Based Research) yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan penelitian, dan belajar & berbagi dalam penelitian. Responden adalah guru yang terhimpun dalam KKG MI Se-Kota Langsa. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang dilakukan diikuti dengan sangat antusias oleh responden, dan memberikan kepuasan sebab mereka mampu mendesain bahan ajar berbasis e-modul menggunakan aplikasi gratis heyzine.

Abstract

Islamic cultural history is one of the subjects that is considered boring. Using media can be an alternative to help the learning process to be more enjoyable. Likurdin is the media that modified the form of monopoly and the History of Khulafaurrasyidin. Developing this media aims to produce learning media on Khulafaurrasyidin History material and determine Likurdin media's effectiveness. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carry (1996) with 5 (five) stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques through media expert validator sheets, material experts, and student questionnaire sheets. Based on the results of the study, after being validated by validators from 2 teams of experts, namely media experts at 96% and material experts at 100%, which means that Likurdin learning media is "very effective" to be developed. Student responses to Likurdin learning media also obtained "very interesting" criteria with a percentage of 93%.Sejarah kebudayaan Islam merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang dianggap membosankan. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat menjadi alternative dalam membantu proses pembelajaran untuk lebih menyenangkan. Media pembelajaran Likurdin adalah media modifikasi berbentuk monopoli yang menyajikan materi Sejarah Khulafaurrasyidin. Tujuan pengembangan media ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran pada materi Sejarah Khulafaurrasyidin dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media Likurdin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Developmen) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Dick and Carry (1996) dengan 5 (lima) tahap, yaitu analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation),  dan evaluasi (evaluation). Teknik pengumpulann data melalui lembar validator ahli media dan ahli materi, serta lembar angket peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, setelah divalidasi oleh validator dari 2 tim ahli yaitu ahli media sebesar 96% dan ahli materi sebesar 100% yang berarti bahwa media pembelajaran Likurdin “sangat efektif” untuk dikembangkan. Respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran Likurdin juga diperoleh kriteria “sangat menarik” dengan persentase sebesar 93%.

Abstract

The importance of collaboration in the current era of Society 5.0 must certainly be linked to learning. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the essence of the collaborative approach from David W. Johnson's point of view. The method used is literature research. The result of the research confirms that the concept of interdependence emphasizes the importance of cooperation and the contribution of each team member in achieving common goals, while shared responsibility encourages active, proactive, and responsible participation in the learning process. Therefore, cooperative learning can stimulate academic achievement and develop social skills in a balanced manner, thus paving the way for comprehensive and collaborative learning.
