Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM merupakan penggerak sektor ekonomi Indonesia, memilikipotensi yang sangat baik, namun masih memiliki kelemahan dalam pengelolaannya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada Hanik Bordir di Mojokerto.Metode yang digunakan mencakup idenfikasi masalah dan pendampinganberdasrkan kebutuhannya dengan materi penyusunan proposal pendampinganpenyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana dan pendampingan penyusunanproposal pengajuan pembiayaan atau investasi. Pelaksanaan program ini terbagimenjadi tahap perencanaan, penyerahan modul, tahap kunjungan ke mitra, tahap simulasi data, Berdasarkan beberapa tahapan yang sudah dilaksanakan, diketahui bahwa setelah kegiatan ini, mitra sudah paham tentang cara menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana,mampu membuat proposal investasi yang baik, serta mengetahui dan memahami kondisi keuangan saat ini seerta mampu mengidentifikasi laba usahanya. Abstract: SMEs are the driving force of the Indonesian economy, have very good potential, but still have weaknesses in their management. This dedication was carried out at Hanik Bordir in Mojokerto. The method used includes idenfication of problems and assistance based on their needs with the material preparation of proposals for assistance in preparing simple financial statements and assistance in preparing proposals for financing or investment proposals. The implementation of this program is divided into the planning stage, the submission of modules, the stage of visits to partners, the stage of data simulation, Based on several stages that have been carried out, it is known that after this activity, partners have understood about how to prepare simple financial statements, are able to make good investment proposals, and knowing and understanding the current financial condition and being able to identify the operating profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy ratio, loan to depositratio and non-performing loan on return on equity in banking companieslisted on the IndonesiaStock Exchange. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used isquantitative data. The data used is obtained from the company's financial statements that havebeen audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The analytical methodused is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression of panel data. The population of thisstudy is banking companies for the 2016-2020 period, which totals 40 companies. The sampleinthis study amounted to 36 companies. The results of this study indicate that the capitaladequacyratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, loan to deposit ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on return on equity. Capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and non- performing loan simultaneously have a significant effect on return on equity

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial Distress is a condition of financial difficulties where if this happens to the company foa along period of time, the company is in the initial stages before bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is a state of being or a situation in which company failed to or not able to meet obligations because firm experienced lack of. If the company goes bankrupt there will be many parties who are harmed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct financial distress analysis for early warning. The research aims to determine the financial health of the cigarette sub-sector companies by analyzing financial distress using three bankruptcy prediction models with Altman Z-Score, Springate, Grover and to determine which of these three models has the highest level of accuracy. The data used in this research is the company’s financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The population in this research is the cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. Based on the result of research shows that in the calculation Altman and Springate models, PT. Bentoel International Investama in the category of the company experiencing symptoms of bankruptcy. While in the Grover model calculation, all companies fall into category healthy companies. Of the three models that have the highest level of accuracy are Altman and Springate models by one hundred percent. This shows that Altman and Springate models have the correct prediction of the company correctly.

Production activities are one of the functions in company activities that require management planning and control, because the process involves various resources that must be used efficiently, so that control over these activities determines the success or failure of a company in achieving its objectives.

Abstract

Everyone must have a need to survive. However, an option if irrational needs make us interested in consuming something excessively, and make us fall into the category of consumptive people. Generation Z is said to be the generation of the internet which is always updated and keeps abreast of developments regarding fashion trends circulating in the internet world which has indirectly carried out consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the extent to which financial literacy, locus of control and e-money influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis based on primary data obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books, official websites, journals etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires (online) to respondents. The population in this study is generation Z, aged 20-24 years, the number of samples determined is 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that simultaneously financial literacy, locus of control and e-money have a significant effect on consumptive behavior in Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, financial literacy has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, locus of control has a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, E-money has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses that are generally managed individually or by business entities and MSMEs themselves, including business fields that have a positive contribution in advancing the national economy. However, it is not uncommon to find problems in running MSMEs, such as in terms of working capital which will later be used to finance business operations and financial management which is still not properly recorded so that it can hinder the progress of these business activities. This study aims to determine the significant effect of working capital and financial management on the income of UMKM Sanrico Store. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test using the SPSS program. Based on data management where the results of the T test in this study indicate that working capital has a positive and significant effect on income, and financial management also has a positive and significant effect on income. The simultaneous results with the F test in this study indicate that working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on income. The value of R Square (R2) is 0.958 which indicates that 95.8% of working capital and financial management have an effect on income.

Abstract

The cost of production is one of the important elements in determining the selling price of a product and the profits earned by a company. The calculation of the correct cost of production is very important for company management to assist decision making in setting selling prices and profits. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production of ordered goods using the method applied by UMKM Putra Berdikari, knowing the calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method at UMKM Putra Berdikari for making profit management decisions, knowing the difference between the calculation of the cost of production production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari using the job order costing method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the calculation of the cost of production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari and the calculation of the cost of production based on the job order costing method. The results of calculating the cost of production carried out by MSMEs are lower than the results of calculating the cost of production based on the job order costing method. This is because the calculation of the cost of production of Putra Berdikari UMKM is still relatively simple, UMKM still has not classified production costs correctly so that the profits obtained are not optimal.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak pesaing sejenis berupa cafe yang mendominasi di daerah Mojokerto khususnya gedeg,Dengan demikian Pemilik café lagend berlomba lomba untuk membuka dan menciptakan bisnis baru di sektor kuliner. Café Lagend adalah salah satu tempat kuliner yang lokasinya berada di desa jeruk seger,Kecamatan gedeg,Kabupaten Mojokerto aneka Minuman jenis kopi di cafe ini sangat beragam dari mulai dari kopi jagung buatan sendiri,aneka macam kopi,makanan dan lainnya. Café Lagend memanfaatkan sistem pemasaran melalui media online meliputi Instagram,Whatsapp dan Facebook serta media offline meliputi marketing mix 7p.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor Marketing Offline dan Online yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian di Café Lagend, dengan populasi sebanyak 115 responden yang menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis faktor yang meliputi perumusan masalah ,menyusun matriks korelasi dengan dua tahapan yaitu Bartlett Test Of Sphericity (BTS) dan Kaiser-Mayer-Olkim (KMO).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai eigenvalues, didapatkan 9 faktor baru yang terbentuk. Besarnya keragaman yang mampu diterangkan oleh faktor 1 sebesar 10,047%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 2 sebesar 18,659%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 3 sebesar 7,911%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 4 sebesar 6,993%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 5 sebesar 6,466%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 6 sebesar 6,286%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 7 sebesar 5,732%.keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 8 sebesar 5,726%. keragaman yang mampu dijelaskan oleh faktor 9 sebesar 5,053%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the hangout lifestyle and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the Gondang coffee retjeh shop. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using incidental sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the hangout lifestyle partially influences purchasing decisions (Sig 0.000 < 0.05, and tcount 5.928 > ttable 1.989) and word of mouth partially influences purchasing decisions (sig 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 4.909 > ttable 1.989). Hangout lifestyle and word of mouth simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Gondang coffee retjeh shop (sig 0.000 <0.05 and fcount 202,354 > ftable 3.09).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Innovation on environmentally sensitive performance. Green Innovation includes the sub-dimensions of green product innovation and green process innovation, while environmentally sensitive performance. has two sub-dimensions as environmental performance and competitive adventage. The sample of this research is batik SMEs in East Java that apply Green Innovation. The sample size is 221 batik SMEs which was carried out by random sampling technique. The results of testing the hypothesis through the Pearson Correlation data analysis technique show that there is a significant relationship between green innovation and environmental performance. In addition, green innovation also affects environmental performance and competitive adventage. The effect of green innovation on environmental performance was found to be higher than competitive adventage. This study reveals that, batik SMEs that apply green innovation receive positive perceptions and opinions from various groups, especially consumers who are fanatical about batik products that have a high level of environmental concern.
