Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very significant impact on the Indonesian economy. Therefore, it is important to do research in order to determine the condition of current performance and analyze the factors that influence the development of MSMEs and to provide strategic advice on the development of MSMEs in Surakarta. Long-term goal is the development of MSMEs in Surakarta in the future as measured from the increase in sales, so the SMEs entrepreneurs increase revenue, reduce unemployment and ultimately can reduce the level of poverty in Surakarta by particular and Indonesia by general.The study took a sample of 91 MSMEs entrepreneurs spread across five districts in the city of Surakarta. Each district taken by SMEs entrepreneurs with purposive sampling method. Mapping MSMEs performance conditions were analyzed descriptively to describe various aspects such as firm age, labor, raw materials, capital and problems faced. While the factors that influence the development of MSMEs were statistically analyzed with multiple regression models.The results showed that the performance of the mapping conditions of SMEs in Surakarta average face problems in raw material costs, labor costs and promotion costs, as well as in the capital. Capital cost and total variable evidenced by the positive and significant impact on the development of the business. While the age factor and the company's workforce does not have a significant influence on the development of SME. It can be understood that the main problem in SMEs are raw materials and capital. There is a type of business that is not easy to obtain raw materials in the market. Therefore SME development strategy with more emphasis on the supply of raw material, marketing, production, and capital.

Abstract

The role of leadership will be important and necessary to harmonize the various needs and also to create a conducive working situation. This study aims to determine to know the influence of leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and OCB at PT Nindya Karya Makassar Branch. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing research the researcher must find the problem and hypothesis to be tested based on the criteria specified and the path analysis tool that is Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of the variable. The result of this research shows that situational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, situational leadership has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees, while situational leadership has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. As the mediation variable of job satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance while Organization Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant effect on employee performance. For situational leadership mediation perspectives have no significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction while situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of liquidity, solvability, profitability, and market value of stock prices the industrial sector base and chemical in Indonesia stock exchange 2013-2016 period, whether partial and simultaneously, and to know variables influential dominant to share prices. The methodology used is statistics method linear regression multiple. The sources and types of the data used were internal data and secondary in the form of the annual financial report. The sample techniques used in research is sampling purposive, and produce 20 firms as the sample. The research results show simultaneously variable liquidity and the solvability has no significant impact on the price of the stock, variable while reducing the market value of significant impact on the price of the stock with a variable that exerts influence dominant is the market value of. Simultaneously liquidity , the solvability , its satisfactory profitability as, and the market value of significant impact on the price of the stock coefficient of determination (r square) obtained value of 0,400 which indicates that 40% stock prices can be explained by liquidity, the solvability, its satisfactory profitability as, and the market value of the remaining 60% stock prices influenced by other variables subjects in this study. The limited number of this research is only examines the influence of liquidity, the solvability, its satisfactory profitability as, and the market value of a stock on the prices. While the other variables that affect the price of the stock is expected to researched by next researchers. Keyword: Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, Market Value, Stock Prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan budaya organisasi, moralitas individu dan sistempengendalian internal terhadap pencegahan kecurangan. Sistem pengendalianinternal dalam penelitian ini berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Pengujianpenelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi daripenelitian ditujukan kepada beberapa pegawai swasta di Indonesia denganberbagai level posisi sebanyak 200 orang dan sampelnya sebanyak 102 orang.Kuesioner tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural EquationModelling) dan di olah dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS Versi 24. Hasil daripengolahan data tersebut menunjukan variabel budaya organisasi, moralitasindividu dan budaya organisasi dengan sistem pengendalian internal sebagaivariabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pencegahankecurangan.

Abstract

This study aims to form a model of work ethics for employees in the accounting department in organizational change at Islamic banks. Specifically, this study aims to investigate the implementation of the work ethic of employees in the accounting department in organizational change in the Islamic banking environment in the city of Semarang. In the second year, the research was continued to design a decision making model for the internal accountant of Islamic banks. The work ethic is measured by using parameters: cognitive ability, affective component, and behavioral component. The hypothesis is formulated as follows: (1) H1: Work ethic has a significant effect on the Cognitive dimension of the attitude of accounting employees in organizational change. (2) H2: Work ethic has a significant effect on the Affective dimension of the attitude of the accounting department employees in organizational change. (3) H3: Work ethic has a significant effect on the behavioral tendency dimension of accounting employees in organizational change. The sample of this research is the employees of the accounting or finance department of Islamic banks in the city of Semarang. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire sent to Islamic banks in the city of Semarang. The data was processed using SEM and PLS. The results of research on work ethics, in this case Islam, affect the cognitive, affective, and behavioral tendencies of employees in the accounting department in changing the organization of Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Individual Morality, Internal Control and Organizational Culture on Accounting Fraud Trends. The theory used in this study is the Fraud Triangle Theory. The population in this study were 100 village officials spread across 25 villages in Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample was taken as many as 60 village officials in 15 villages in Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency. Data collection is done by questionnaire method. Processing data using the SPSS version 22.0 application. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that individual morality has a significantly positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, internal control and organizational culture in a positive way have a significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Individual morality, internal control and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant positive influence on accounting fraud tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Traditional Market Revitalization on marked trade Revenues (stud at the Traditional Market in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Regency lamongan. The independent variabel sudied was Market Revitalization impact (X). With the dependent variable being Merchant income (Y) at the Traditional Market of the Bulubangsi Village. The population in this study is that all trades of the Bulubrangsi Traditional Market who are regularly selling on the market evry day. The sampling technikue used in this study is Jenu Sampling technique with a total sample of 98 resondents. Based on the results of testing through partial T test Revitalization variable has a significant effect on the income of traditional market trades in the village of Bulubrangsi t count =23,159>t table=0,254 with a signivicant value 0,000<0,05 From these result it can be concluded that Ho is rejected while Ha is acceoted. This shows that the Revitalization carried out in the Bulubrangsi village Tradistional Market is a positive effect on merchant income.

Abstract

This aim of the research is to find out the proof and the clarity about phenomenon influence of fundamental factor and systematic risk on stock price of manufacturing business which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISX), either is partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is all of the manufacturing business enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISX) since 2010 – 2013, and publish the financial statement, getting profit and have obligation during observation year. Technique test of data is by using simple linear regression to test by parsial and multiple linear regression to test by simultan, by level significant alpha 5%. The result of this research prove that the fundamental factor and systematic risk influence on stock price, while ROA, DER and Beta have influenced on stock price simultaneously, and BVS does not influenced on the stock price significantly.

Abstract

Bappeda as a institution which is responsible in course of planning of development area have to synergy and coordinated all element, society element and existing potency in one directional movement, systematic and inwrought. As according to problems focus which have been formulated, hence target of research which will reach is to: 1. identitying strength factor and internal weakness and also threat and opportunity of external influencing performance of BAPPEDA, 2. identifying and formulating strategic issues to face and which must be done by BAPPEDA in order to execution of duty planning of development of area reached by performance in an optimal fashion. This research use secondary data obtaided from on duty or related institution like documents and archives related to target and problems of research. To fulfill the target of research hence used SWOT analysis. This analysis used to analyse qualitative about strength, weakness, threat and opportunity to company. This based of analysis of SAP and ETOP. Then tes litmus to strategic issues, hence obtained four strategy able to be applied to make up of performance of BAPPEDA Mojokerto that is as follows: a. exploit SDM which good to improving professionalism as planner b. develop information system development of district and c. upgrade and quality of product planning of development of area and d. improve, repair planning process and observation of planning of development of area. Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, as well as recruitment and selection that has an important role in achieving the goals of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on the performance of employees of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo , (2) To know the effect of selection on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo , (3) To know the effect of recruitment and selection together on employee performance, (4) To know which between recruitment and selection Which has a dominant effect on employee performance of PT.Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. In this study using the type of quantitative research is more based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid quantitative interpretation. In this study using data analysis techniques reliabilitas test, validitas test, t test, f test and multiple regression analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS computer apication taken from the data number of respondents. The results showed that: (1) recruitment partially affect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung> ttable (4.568> 2.03951) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) partial selection affects employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung> ttable (3.899> 2.03951) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) recruitment and selection affect simultaneously or simultaneously to employee performance. This can be proved by the value of Fhitungt> Ftable (124,391> 4.15) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) recruitment is the most dominant variable influential. This can be proved by the largest regression coefficient value of 0,503 when compared with the value of regression coefficient of selection that is 0.442 and besides recruitment has the largest thitung value is 4.568 when compared with the value of thitung selection is 3.899.
