Abstract

Everyone must have a need to survive. However, an option if irrational needs make us interested in consuming something excessively, and make us fall into the category of consumptive people. Generation Z is said to be the generation of the internet which is always updated and keeps abreast of developments regarding fashion trends circulating in the internet world which has indirectly carried out consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the extent to which financial literacy, locus of control and e-money influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis based on primary data obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books, official websites, journals etc. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires (online) to respondents. The population in this study is generation Z, aged 20-24 years, the number of samples determined is 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that simultaneously financial literacy, locus of control and e-money have a significant effect on consumptive behavior in Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, financial literacy has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, locus of control has a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency. Partially, E-money has no significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses that are generally managed individually or by business entities and MSMEs themselves, including business fields that have a positive contribution in advancing the national economy. However, it is not uncommon to find problems in running MSMEs, such as in terms of working capital which will later be used to finance business operations and financial management which is still not properly recorded so that it can hinder the progress of these business activities. This study aims to determine the significant effect of working capital and financial management on the income of UMKM Sanrico Store. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test using the SPSS program. Based on data management where the results of the T test in this study indicate that working capital has a positive and significant effect on income, and financial management also has a positive and significant effect on income. The simultaneous results with the F test in this study indicate that working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on income. The value of R Square (R2) is 0.958 which indicates that 95.8% of working capital and financial management have an effect on income.

Abstract

The cost of production is one of the important elements in determining the selling price of a product and the profits earned by a company. The calculation of the correct cost of production is very important for company management to assist decision making in setting selling prices and profits. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production of ordered goods using the method applied by UMKM Putra Berdikari, knowing the calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method at UMKM Putra Berdikari for making profit management decisions, knowing the difference between the calculation of the cost of production production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari using the job order costing method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the calculation of the cost of production carried out by UMKM Putra Berdikari and the calculation of the cost of production based on the job order costing method. The results of calculating the cost of production carried out by MSMEs are lower than the results of calculating the cost of production based on the job order costing method. This is because the calculation of the cost of production of Putra Berdikari UMKM is still relatively simple, UMKM still has not classified production costs correctly so that the profits obtained are not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in the JDM PROJECT printing business. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using incidental sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools in the form of the IBM SPSS 21 program. The results show that product quality partially affects consumer satisfaction (Sig 0.000 <0.05, and t count 3.056 > t table 1.989) and price partially affect consumer satisfaction (sig 0.000 <0.05 and t count 6.192 > t table 1.989). Product quality and price simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction in the JDM PROJECT printing business (sig 0.000 <0.05 and f count 22.075 > f table 3.09).
