Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bidang Pelayanan Depan DPMPTSP Kota Makassar; (2). Hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk perkembangan ilmu masa mendatang agar terus berkembang, khususnya pada jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi yang lebih membahas tentang budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji rehabilitas, ujiregresi liniear berganda, uji T(parsial) dan Uji F(serempak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di bidang pelayanan depan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar secara parsial atau yang berarti memiliki  pengaruh yang saling bertolak belakang, dimana semakin budaya organisasi dinaikkan maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin menurun. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil penelitian ini yang menunjukkan t hitung untuk variabel budaya organisasi (X1) lebih kecil dari t tabel, yakni -3,286 < 2,059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < α 0,05. Dari hasil ini dapat di buktikan variabel bebas secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya. Gaya Kepemimpinan partisipatif bebas tindak mempunyai pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja di bidang pelayanan depan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 5,888 > 2,059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α 0,05 yang berarti dapat digeneralisir mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Ini berarti semakin gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif bebas tindak dinaikkan maka semakin tinggi juga kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan demokratis tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, karena kedua gaya kepemimpinan tersebut memiliki nilai signifikansi > α 0,05.

Abstract

Pembelajaran online mengunakan beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran maupun jejaring sosial. Peran teknologi dalam pembelajaran online sangat di butuhkan sehingga kita harus memiliki pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang baik dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaan teknologi baik sebagai mahasiswa maupun dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana pola komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen dalam pembelajaran online di Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Islam Makassar. 2) Faktor-Faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pembelajaran online antara mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa:1) Pola komunikasi yang dominan terjadi dalam kuliah online yang dilakukan mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi yaitu pola komunikasi sekunder dimana proses penyampaian pesan oleh komunikator kepada komunikan dengan menggunakan alat atau sarana sebagai media kedua setelah memakai lambang pada media pertama. Komunikator yang menggunakan media kedua ini karena yang menjadi sasaran komunikasi yang jauh tempatnya atau banyak jumlahnya. Dalam proses komunikasi secara sekunder ini semakin lama akan semakin efektif dan efisien karena didukung oleh teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih.  Dalam kuliah online, komunikasi yang terjadi didukung oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi yaitu internet 2). Faktor pendukung pembelajaran online antara mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar yaitu adanya teknologi dan media yang digunakan sedangkan faktor penghambatnya jaringan internet menjadi salah satu hambatan yang di hadapi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran berbasis online serta model strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Mabello Melona dalam meningkatkan minat pembelian produk Mabello. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha menyajikan fakta dan temuan secara mendalam melalui penjelasan deskriptif.sumber data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap informan utama yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika Mabello Melona melakukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran berbasis online dengan menggunakan media social instagram dan tiktok serta penggunaan aplikasi shopee sebagai media penjualan utama. Selain itu model strategi yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan strategi perilklanan melalui instagram ads, tik tok ads, serta menngunakan endorsement dari public figure lokal dan nasional. Sementara dalam upaya promosi penjualan dilakukan dengan memberikan giveaway, diskon dan penjualan paket

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan analisis korelasi Pearson produk moment. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan  dengan membagikan kuesioner atau angket yang sifatnya tertutup pada karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar dengan nilai hasil hitung yaitu 4,049 yang lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 1,734, Adapun nilai a = 0,05 dengan tingkat signifikanya 5% ,dalam penelitian ini diperoleh yaitu 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti iklim komunikasi organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli Makassar. Dan hasil perhitungan SPSS nilai signifikansi iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat korelasi antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies of online shops employed by Mabello Melona inincreasing customers' interest in purchasing Mabello products. This is descriptive qualitative research by investigatingfacts. Data were obtained through interviews and observations of informants which were analyzed by a triangulationmethod. The result showed that Mabello Melona's marketing communication strategies employed Instagram and Tik Toksocial media and use a Shoopee marketplace application as the main sakes medium. In addition, this brand also advertised itsproduct in Instagram ads, and Tik Tok ads, and used endorsements from local and national public figures. Meanwhile, salespromotion efforts are carried out by providing giveaways, discounts, and package sales.

Abstract

Online learning uses several learning applications and social networks. The role of technology in online learning is needed so we must have good knowledge and skills in the use and management of technology both as students and lecturers. This study aims to determine: 1) How is the pattern of communication between students and lecturers in online learning in the Communication Studies Program at the Islamic University of Makassar? 2) What factors support and hinder online learning between students and lecturers in the teaching and learning process? The type of research used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that: 1) The dominant communication pattern occurs in online lectures conducted by communication science students, namely a secondary communication pattern in which the process of delivering messages by the communicator to the communicant by using tools or facilities as the second medium after using the symbol on the first media. Communicators use this second media because the target of communication is far away or many in number. In this secondary communication process, the longer it will be more effective and efficient because it is supported by increasingly sophisticated information technology. In online lectures, communication that occurs is supported by the development of information technology, namely the internet 2). The supporting factors for online learning between students and lecturers in the teaching and learning process are the technology and media used, while the inhibiting factor for the internet network is one of the obstacles faced by students in online learning.

Abstract

In an organization, communication has a very great influence on achieving goals. Communication flow would go well if the parties involved in the organization were able to cooperate. This study aims to determine (1) communication patterns between the task force and the volunteer team for the acceleration of covid-19 handling and (2) factors that affected the communication pattern between the task force and the volunteer team for the acceleration of covid-19 handling in Balangtaroang Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The research method used qualitative description. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used methods of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed (1) communication patterns between the COVID-19 task force and a team of volunteers in Balangtaroang Village using primary, secondary, linear, and circular communication patterns. These four patterns were considered the most routine and appropriate to be applied in an effort to deal with covid-19 (2) Factors supporting communication patterns between the task force and the volunteer team for the acceleration of handling covid-19 include the involvement of a number of parties consisting of health workers, security, religious leaders, youth leaders, and the community. The obstacles encountered in their communication process were the activeness of the sub-district task force in communicating with volunteers and the sub-district task force, as well as the difficulty of volunteers in convincing the community of the truth of covid-19.

Abstract

The 2019 student protests prompt the question of whether access to political news affects political participation, with political knowledge serving as a moderating factor. It is suggested that access to political news, as a source of political education for students, may have an impact on political participation. When students who are well-informed have access to political news, they are likely to engage in higher levels of political participation, with political knowledge acting as a moderating variable in this relationship. This study aims to investigate the relationship between access to political news, political knowledge, and political participation (both online and offline) among students. This is the first time that political knowledge is being analyzed as a factor that may amplify the effect of access to political news on participation. This study is a quantitative survey research that was administered to 465 students in Makassar. Of the participants, 64.7% were female (N = 301) and 35.3% were male (N = 164) with an average age of 20.54 (SD = 1.80). The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis by entering predictor variables and interaction variables, where the predictor variable is multiplied to determine the moderating effect of each predictor on the outcome variable. It found that access to political news is a significant predictor of both types of political participation, and that political knowledge moderates this relationship. This study conluded that political knowledge can act as a counter to potentially misleading information and news, furthermore with sufficient knowledge accumulation will result in real participation, both online and offline.

Abstract

Discipline is basically a must for a TNI soldier. The establishment of soldier discipline has been carried out since the basic soldiering education period, then it is the responsibility of the leader of each soldier to always maintain soldier discipline, including for the planning division leader at the XIV/Hasanuddin Makodam, soldier discipline is the responsibility of an Asren. From the explanation above a number of questions arise, what are the patterns of leadership communication in an effort to improve Soldier discipline and what are the factors that influence Soldier discipline in the planning department of the XIV/Hasanuddin Military Command Headquarters. This study used a qualitative descriptive method which took two months to collect and process data through interviews in order to answer the questions. Based on the results of interviews with key informants and secondary informants regarding leadership communication patterns in an effort to improve soldier discipline and the driving and inhibiting factors of soldier discipline, the researcher can conclude that basically efforts to increase soldier discipline have been carried out by the planning division leader of the XIV/Hasanuddin Kodam by using communication patterns. wheels and Y communication patterns. With these two communication patterns, soldiers feel more confident and comfortable communicating with leaders, because with these patterns, a soldier feels valued. In addition, several factors driving and inhibiting the communication and discipline of soldiers at the XIV/Hasanuddin Makodam include the leader's trust in subordinates, honesty, listening skills, and the use of appropriate language. Meanwhile, several factors inhibiting communication and soldier discipline are differences in status and position, language differences, and cultural differences which make communication unable to run efficiently.
