Abstract

Data yang menumpuk dari waktu ke waktu, tidak akan memiliki nilai yang berharga jika tidak dilakukan analisis. Untuk menganalisis data historis, maka perlu digunakan metode yang tepat. Penambangan data atau dalam istilah lainnya Data Mining merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk menganalisis data historis tersebut. Tumpukan data tersebutlah yang hendak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik penambangan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pola mahasiswa baru STIE-GK Muara Bulian tahun akademik 2021/2022. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengayaan data mining. Adapun algoritma yang penulis gunakan dalam penambangan data ini adalah Algoritma Apriori. Sedangkan software yang digunakan adalah Weka Data Mining. Pengujian menggunakan software data mining Weka didapatkan 10 rule terbaik. Dengan fokus pada kecamatan asal mahasiswa baru tersebut, maka kombinasi yang didapat adalah Jika mahasiswa baru tidak berasal dari Kecamatan Pemayung dan Bajubang sebanyak 1 orang, maka juga tidak berasal dari Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu sebanyak 73 orang dengan tingkat confidence 90%.

Abstract

The title of this research is the Analysis of Maximum Production in Meeting the Needs of Consumers as well as the Calculation of Business Profits in the New Business Brick Industry Sungai Buluh Village, Muara Bulian District. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of production development, sales volume, and operating profit in the new brick industry of Sungai Buluh Village. Data analysis method is using quantitative descriptive approach. Intended for the problem by describing the data obtained through observation, interviews in the literature in accordance with the problems studied. Data obtained directly from employees and leaders of the New Business Bricks Industry. The results of the study that the authors found in the field are as follow. From the data of the development of new brick business production in Sungai Buluh Village in 2018-2019, the production development experienced an instability every month. The highest increase occurred in November 2018, an increase of 33%. Then the lowest increase occurred in September 2018 5.6% with an average production development of 0.005%. And If seen from the data development of potential business demand for new brick businesses in Sungai Buluh Village in 2018-2019, the development of potential demand on a monthly basis is experiencing instability. The highest increase occurred in November 2018, an increase of 5,0%. And then the lowest increase was only 5,6% due to the decline in purchasing power of new business products in Sungai Buluh Village with an average potential growth of 2,4%. When viewed from the sales volume data at the New Business Bricks Company is unstable or up and down. The highest increase of 11,4% was due to many factors, one of which was the increase in consumer demand for products from the new brick business because of the large number of housing and other buildings. And then the lowest increase was only 10,2% due to the decline in purchasing power of new business products in Sungai Buluh Village. That is expected due to declining economic factors so that people's purchasing power is decreasing. So the profit in the brick business is a new business in producing 40,000 bricks which is Rp. 4.170.000.

Abstract

Marketing is a combination of activities that are interconnected to determine the needs of consumers and develop promotion, distribution, services and price. So that consumers can be properly satisfied at a certain level of needs. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect to product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Material Store Building Umran Jaya Abadi Muara Bulian. The analytical methode used is qualitative, the data used are primary and secondery data, the analitycal tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression tools. Testing the significance of the influence of product quality variabels (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) as independent variabels, and customer satisfaction Y as the dependent variabels by t test, f test and determination. Based on the result of the research, the component that influences dominant factor is services quality , which has the highest vvalue of 4,663 compared to the product quality factor 4,440 the price factor is 1,759. While the adjust R Square obtained a value of 0,45 or 45% meand that product quality, price and services consunmer satisfaction by 45%.

Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomena showing that employees have not been able to work optimally in a government agency. The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain a study about the effect of career development, work motivation and competence on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 39 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study, the independent variables consist of career development, work motivation and competence, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. While the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and R².
