Abstract

Abstract  Diabetes mellitus as a metabolic disease plays a very important role in a person's sexual identity and physical capacity to carry out sexual activities, this is because the whole system will change and affect one's sexual health and this requires comprehensive treatment.This study aims to: explore in depth information on Sexual Dysfunction in Men with Diabetes Mellitus in Makassar Grestelina Hospital.The type of research used is qualitative with a phenomenological case study approach of observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The results of the study of the objectives of informants whose desire is libido there are 5 informants who experience less arousal, mood, ejaculation disorders that experience premature ejaculation there are 5 informants and not ejaculate 2 informants while erectile dysfunction that experiences erection is not maximal 2 informants, fast lacking 4 informants difficult for informant erections. This means that sexual dysfunction occurs in early diabetes mellitus patients as assessed from interviews with research informants.Conclusions when increasing blood sugar levels or insulin resistance can inhibit the flow of blood vessels of the gout so that it can affect sexual problems and sexual dysfunction.It is recommended that all sufferers of diabetes mellitus be expected to conduct a comprehensive health check, control blood sugar at a time and pay attention to a healthy lifestyle, regulate diet and exercise. Keywords: Sexual dysfunction, Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

Lansia merupakan proses yang mengalami kemenduran fisik maupun sistem organ tubuh akibat proses penuaan. Masalah kesehatan yang dialami lansia hipertensi menjadi factor risiko utama panyakit kardiovaskuler menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi setiap Negara yang berkembang. Berdasarkan profil kesehatan Indonesia, pada tahun 2011 jumlah lansia yang menderita hipertensi sebanyak 640.862 dari 18.312.055 orang, pada tahun 2012 jumlah lansia yang menderita hipertensi sebanyak 765.324 dari 18.584.905 orang. Jumlah lansia di Sulawesi Selatan yang menderita hipertensi pada tahun 2011 sebesar 3.829 dari 1.653.438 orang dan pada tahun 2012 jumlah lansia yang menderita hipertensi sebesar 4.697 dari 1.755.635 orang. Tujuan setelah senam, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang senam hipertensi 2020. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dengan metode demostrasi kemudian peserta memperagakan kembali.

Abstract

Community knowledge about the initial treatment of broken bones is minimal, generally people bandage using improvised, non-sterile cloth and immediately move the victim to the side of the road without knowing the complications of the broken bone if the assistance given is not appropriate. This study aims to determine the effect of early treatment training in fracture cases. This research was conducted with a pre-experimental with one group pre post test design. The sample of this research was 50 students of Bachelor of Nursing study program level 2 IIK Pelamonia who understood the knowledge of fracture management. Data analysis was tested using the Wilcoxon Test to compare the results of the pre test and post test. The results of the study based on statistical tests obtained a p-value of 0.0001 p <0.05. In conclusion, there is an effect of training in initial handling of fracture cases on knowledge of fracture management.
