Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of Local Government Revenue and Balancing Fund on Regional Expenditure, and look for which variable is the most dominant. This research uses time series secondary data 2007-2019 from Local Government Finance Office: The Financial Management Section of Each Local Government in Tapin Regency. Data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis testing uses coefficient of determination, F-statistic test, and t-statistic test with 5% significance level (0,05).The results of the tests indicate that the variable of Revenue Sharing Fund is the only independent variable that has a significant effect as well as being the most dominant variable to the Regional Expenditure. While the variable of Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund have an insignificant effect on Regional Expenditure in Tapin Regency.

Abstract

Research objectives:1) o see the impact of population, investment and labor simultaneously on economic growth in Paser Regency. (2) to see what factors have a major impact on economic growth in Paser Regency.The scope of this research is in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. Sources of data in the form of documentation and literature study obtained from books, the internet and existing archives related to the research to be carried out. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis using the eviews 10 application. The results obtained indicate the most dominant investment variable has a significant effect on economic growth in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine how much influence the poverty rate has on the Human Development Index in the Regency / City of the Province of South Kalimantan in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan Province. Secondary data used is panel data for 2015-2019 according to regencies / cities of Province South Kalimantan. Data analysis used panel data.The result of the research shows that simultaneously variable X (Poverty Level) affects variable Y (Human Development Index). Then partially, the poverty rate has a positive effect on the Human Development Index. With a regression coefficient of 7,709.
