Abstract

Pendidik Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini merupakan ahli professional dalam merancang, melakukan aktivitas belajar mengajar, dan mengevaluasi hasil proses belajar mengajar, juga melaksanakan bimbingan, mengasuh, merawat serta melindungi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis jenis-jenis pelatihan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan profesionalitas pendidik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melaksanakan pengumpulan data dengan metode studi pustaka. Data yang dikumpulkan bertujuan mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan guna tercapainya tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi pendidik dapat dilakukan dengan beragam metode pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) juga yang bukan diklat. Aktivitas Pelatihan (diklat) pendidik PAUD berguna mengembangkan tiga kompetensi jenjang pendidik PAUD (guru PAUD, guru pendamping dan guru pendamping muda) dengan cara berkelanjutan serta bertahap. Diklat tersebut terdiri dari diklat dasar, diklat lanjut dan diklat mahir. Diklat dibentuk atas kerjasama Dinas Pendidikan dengan Himpaudi. Ini dilaksanakan untuk usaha peningkatan kompetensi dna professional pendidik PAUD. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu solusi mengembangkan mutu serta profesionalisme guru PAUD.

Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is very important for children to be easily accepted in the community because children with interpersonal intelligence have many skills, namely the ability to empathize (sharing, helping and helping others), the ability to recognize other people's thoughts, the ability to make friends, and establish social relationships so that they can build relationships. positive relationships with others. Some of the inhibiting factors for children's interpersonal intelligence include the child's individual home environment, parenting patterns that are too authoritarian and overprotective. Therefore, teachers and parents should pay attention to every development and interpersonal intelligence of children so that children have good interaction skills in their daily lives

Abstract

This study aims to determine the professional development of teachers at TK Pertiwi III Ladang Panjang through increasing professional and pedagogic competence. Furthermore, this research was conducted in TK Pertiwi III Ladang Panjang. This research methodology uses a qualitative study with a case study approach. Respondents include the head of TK Pertiwi III Ladang Panjang, along with all teachers. Based on the results of research on teacher professional development through increasing professional and pedagogic competencies, namely: First, there is an increase in pedagogic abilities, learning design abilities, students' understanding abilities, process and outcome assessment abilities, ability to carry out learning processes, and ability to develop students' potential. Second, increasing professional abilities can be described by the ability to master the field of study according to the teacher's educational background based on academic qualifications and teaching teachers according to their expertise and majors, as well as having the ability and understanding of students, the ability to master educational learning through the ability to understand the types of subjects. lessons, organize subject matter and utilize learning resources

Abstract

The implementation of education requires solid cooperation between the family, the environment and the education unit. Article 2 of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 30 of 2017 means that the contribution of the family in the provision of education is intended to: (1) increase the awareness and responsibility between educational units, families and regions towards the implementation of education, (2) empower children's personality education (3) increase family awareness towards children's education (4) building energy of cooperation between educational units, families, and the environment, and (5) providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment in the learning process. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research with observation methods equipped with previous literature studies. Respondents were 2 principals from each kindergarten and 2 teaching teachers from each kindergarten. This study will examine how the implementation of Permendikbud Number 30 of 2017 on children's education in schools.From the results of interviews conducted in each kindergarten on April 4, 2022, namely. The results of interviews at the Amanah Kindergarten institution explained that parents and the community in the surrounding environment had participated in being involved in the education of their children and vice versa in the Pertiwi III Ladang Panjang kindergarten institution that parents and the community had also been involved in children's education. The results of the study describe the school's efforts in implementing Permendikbud Number 20 of 2917, namely involving parents directly in various school activities, parenting programs are also needed for parents of children. The school includes parents in every school agenda. . this is very much in line with the strategy of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 30 of 2017 as a reference base for families, the environment and schools in supporting children's education from an early age.
