Abstract

Form of service to the public. is the main task of the citizens of all citizens, because the form of service can be done well, good performance is also needed. Factors that influence performance Then, emotional intelligence can be agreed to control the individual within yourself. The results found that the variable does not require emotional intelligence and the variable called normal distribution with the provisions of the two-way test value> Sig 0.05, which means all variables are normally distributed. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the path of positive calculation results with a value of Y = 9.885 + 0.805, which means the influence of emotional intelligence increases positive effect on employee performance, as well as the results of tests to answer the hypothesis (t test) shows the tcount data with a value of 10.898 for the variable emotional intelligence> with the results of ttable degree of trust received 1.99773 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05, the conclusion of this study received an answer from the hypothesis

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis deskriptif kualitatif variabel etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan termasuk bagaimana pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Sari Asih Nusantara Pematangsiantar. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Melalui penelitian ini didapati bahwa etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan sudah optimal, serta mengkonfirmasi semakin tinggi etos kerja pada Yayasan Sari Asih Nusantara Pematangsiantar, maka akan semakin optimal kinerja karyawannya. Sehingga diperlukan manajemen yang memerhatikan etos kerja pada organisasi baik itu organisasi profit maupun non-profit.Kata kunci: etos kerja dan kinerja.

Abstract

Kehadiran media sosial YouTube dewasa ini diharapkan mampu untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian dari konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial YouTube terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari google form terhadap responden yang domisili Kota Pematangsiantar dan Kabupaten Simalungun diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 132 responden. Untuk butir instrument kuisioner diperoleh hasil analisa bahwa hasilnya memiliki kriteria valid dan reliabel, serta memiliki distribusi normal karena seluruh variabel penelitian memiliki nilai asymp. sig. (2-tailed) > probabilitas 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi dari media sosial YouTube terhadap keputusan pembelian nilainya 38% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 61% yang artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Selanjutnya untuk pesamaan regresi sederhana bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki koefisien arah yang positif hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada persamaan Y = 8,044 + 0,524 X dan untuk hasil uji hipotesa parsial (uji t) bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital literacy learning at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Pematang Siantar is influenced by the learning model used during the pandemic. Hybrid learning system is used in learning has an impact on increasing student competence. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of digital literacy, hybrid learning system and student competence at Indonesian subject in grade XI, and at the same time figuring out the effect of digital literacy and hybrid learning system on student competence. This research was completed with a literature and field research design. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The test of instrument through a validity test and reliability test. The technigues of data analysis are the test of descriptive qualitative and quantitative tests. This study stated that digital literacy and hybrid learning system have a positive and significant effect on the competence of students. It was concluded that digital literacy, and hybrid learning system at the competence of student were useful. There was a positive influence, and having a strong relationship in this phenomenon. It is necessary in managing the challenges of the learning data access, improving learning facilities and infrastructure, carrying out supervision and competitions which increasing up the intrest and skills.
