Diabetes mellitus is a disease that threatens global health and most are classified as type 2 diabetes mellitus caused by interactions between factors to the environment. Environmental factors that are expected to increase the risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus are not adhering to a diet, changing one's lifestyle, including unbalanced eating habitsThis type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a design using the one group pretest posttest approach. The total sample of 35 people was taken by purposive sampling technique. Pre test was carried out before being given m-diabetic application media and given a post test after being given m-diabetic application media. This study used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and a different Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant change in the form of increased knowledge (p = 0,000) and an increase in adherence to a type 2 diabetes mellitus diet (p = 0,000). The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in knowledge after being given m-diabetic application media and there are differences in adherence to the diet type 2 diabetes mellitus. Melitus type II, and further researchers can use an android-based application as an educational medium for sufferers of other diseases.

Abstract

Thin nutrition is an acute nutritional problem, as a result of events that occur in a short time such as lack of food intake. The high prevalence of thin underweight nutrition in infants is influenced by three main factors namely poor quality of quantity pangan food consumption as a result of low family food security, poor patterns of foster care and low access to health facilities. The impact of underweight nutrition in infants can reduce intelligence, productivity, creativity, and very influential on the quality of HR. This type of research is a Quasi-Experiment with the design used is pretest-posttest design with control group design. The number of samples for each group of 28 people was taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used parametric statistical tests and non-parametric tests. The results of the analysis of differences in knowledge before and after nutrition education in the two treatment groups there was no significant difference (p = 0.271). For weight gain in children under five given intervention that is the average weight of the pre-test 9.91kg and the average weight of the post-test was 10.13kg with the results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant weight gain (p = 0, 00). The conclusion of this study is that there is no difference between the treatment and control groups for the knowledge of mothers under five and there are differences in the treatment and control groups for toddler weight gain. Parents of toddlers are expected to have more access to information about health through various mass media such as newspapers, magazines, radio and television. In addition, it is also important to get a lot of information by participating in empowering organizations

Abstract

Stunting is a problem of poor nutrition based on height for age (TB/U) suffered from childhood and is an indicator of chronic malnutrition. Determination of stunting toddlers generally begins with taking anthropometric measurements in the form of toddler height. The aim of the community service is to increase knowledge of measuring height after being given training twice and to improve skills in measuring height with microtois. Community service is carried out at the Telaga Biru Health Center with the target of cadres and nutrition officers with a total of 18 respondents. Community service is carried out from May to July 2022. Training is given 2 times and evaluation monitoring is 1 time. The results of the training were seen from the knowledge of height measurement and height measurement skills. The data were analyzed by using the dependent test if the data was normally distributed and the Wilcoxon rank test if it was not normally distributed. The results of this community service show that there is a difference in knowledge of height measurement between the first and second training (p = 0.002). Respondents took more measurements in order (88.9%). In addition, 55.6% of respondents have done all stages of height measurement. It is necessary to refresh cadres by involving nutrition lecturers as companions every 3 months, especially in terms of measuring toddlers' height.
