Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bagi pengembangan potensi ekonomi lokal khususnya Batik Tegalan.  Data dikumpul dan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner.  Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif, SWOT dan analisis General Electrics (GE). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT dapat diidentifikasi beberapa kekuatan dan kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman Batik Tegalan, sedangkan berdasarkan analisis General Electrics (GE) diperoleh informasi bahwa posisi strategis Industri Batik Tegalan adalah memiliki daya tarik menengah dan kekuatan persaingan rata-rata, sehingga strategi pengembangan yang cocok bagi industri batik tegalan adalah melakukan identifikasi segmen pertumbuhan, melakukan spesialisasi dan melakukan investasi secara selektif. Kata kunci: batik tegalan, analisis swot, analisis general electrics (ge) ABSTRACT This study aimed to formulate strategies to develop economy potency of Kota Tegal specialy Batik Tegalan. The data was collected using the interview method and quesioners. The analysis tools are qualitative analysis, SWOT and General Electrics (GE) analysis.Based on the SWOT analysis can be identified some strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Batik Tegalan, while based on the analysis of General Electrics (GE) obtained information that the strategic position Batik Tegalan Industry is having a mid-appeal and strength of competition is relatively low, so that a suitable development strategy for Batik Tegalan industry is to identify growth segments, specialize and invest selectively. Abstract

This research entitled, “The Influence of Products Availability and Service on Loyalty and Trust as intervening Variable". The aim of this research is to test the influence of availability, service to satisfaction, satifaction to trust, and to test trust and satisfaction to loyalty. This research was conducted in Banyumas and the objects were the customers who had visited Depo Pelita more than three times in the last six months. Based on Accidental Sampling Method, 100 customers were selected as research sample, because the exact numbers of Depo Pelita customers were not available. The method of analysis used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) by AMOS version 4.0. The result of this research showed that availability was influential to satisfaction but service was not influential to satisfaction. Then, satisfaction was influential to trust. Eventually, satisfaction created loyalty but trust not created loyalty.

Abstract

This research use experimental method, the experimental designs examine two variables which will compare in the result. In this research there are two kind of two pricing strategy, there are price discount and price ending. Each strategy will compare two variable, there are buying attitude and intention. The numbers of sample are 80 participants from student senior high school. In this research there are two groups of treatment, group A and group B. To measure the result used One-way ANOVA. And then, to measure the relation between variable regression linear used as the examination supporting tool. According to the result, finds that: costumer attitude to the price ending more highly than to the price discount; costumer intention to the price ending more highly than to the price discount; there is costumer intention positive attitude in price ending type.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of brand image, product involvement and advertising media toward consumer purchase behavior. Accidental sampling was applied to get 100 respondents. By using Multiple Regression this study found that brand image, product involvement and advertising media had positive effect on consumer purchase behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of the establishment of PD. BPR BKK Mandiraja Pagedongan Branch in Banjarnegara. Some aspects are analyzed in this study are legal aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, market aspects and financial aspects. Legal aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, market aspects, analysed by descriptive-comparative analysis while financial aspect is analyzed by investment criterion analysis: Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Index Profitability (PI), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Based on the analyzis, it can be concluded that establishment of PD. BPR BKK Mandiraja Pagedongan Branch in Banjarnegara is feasible to be executed.

Abstract

Research on the orientation of the strategy with the environment have been carried out by previous researchers, but still produces a variety of findings, in addition to the research is generally done in large companies. Therefore, research on strategic orientation fit and environment in small and medium-sized companies that use environmental typology of Dess and Beard, (1984) still needs to be done.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze the influence of using formalin to consumer’s tofu perception in Purwokerto. Primary data was collected using questionnaire. Sample of this research consist of 110 tofu consumer’s in Purwokerto. The analysis’ tool that used is non parametric statistic (Binomial test, Cochran test and Mc-Nemar test) with the help of SPSS Version 11 th.00 Software. The result of this research shown that tofu is associated with formalin by consumer. Variables that considered by consumers in buying tofu before break out of formalin issue are tenderness, color, smell, durability, esthetic performance, producers, seller and price. But after the break out of formalin issue, the variables that considered by consumers in buying tofu are tenderness, color, smell, durability and producers. Formalin issue make consumer worry to eat tofu, but level of switching tofu consumer’s to other product is low.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan Computer Physician Order Entry (CPOE) terhadap mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan di Instalasi Farmasi RS Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada pasien rawat jalan RS Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability consecutive sampling, yaitu sampel diambil dari responden yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel hingga jumlah subjek terpenuhi yaitu 110 responden. Validitas data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan dibantu software SPSS 20. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan Computer Physician Order Entry (CPOE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap waktu tunggu antrian pengambilan obat, kesalahan pemberian obat, dan komunikasi apoteker pasien. Penggunaan Computer Physician Order Entry (CPOE), waktu tunggu antrian pengambilan obat, komunikasi apoteker, dan mutu pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan arah positif.  Kesalahan pemberian obat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Computer Physician Order Entry (CPOE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan di Instalasi Farmasi RS Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto, namun berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Instalasi Farmasi S Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure KPPI in Purbalingga Regency performance increase. Primary data was collected using proportional random sampling. Sample of this research consist of 325 respondents. The result of this research shown that KPPI in Purbalingga Regency was perform well to their society with gave satisfying service.

Abstract

Puposes of this study were to explain the influence of marketing adaptabilitation on customer relationship and competitive advantage olso to analysis influence of customer relationship and competitive advantage on marketing performance. To test the empirical models, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. Sample size of this research were 200 owners and/or managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) running food and beverage sector in the residency Banyumas areas. The results showed that marketing adaptabilitation has a positive effect on customer relationship and competitive advantage, customer relationship and competitive advantage on marketing performance.
