Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of private vocational high school teachers throughout the Ciampea District, Bogor. This research used quantitative research. The data collected in the form of assumptions analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a non-testing questionnaire. The questionnaire was compiled systematically by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent, and returned to the researcher (Sugiyono, 2018). The questionnaire in this study is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that contains the answers given by the researcher, so that the respondent can only choose one answer that suits him/herself. The questionnaire in this study contained a series of statements, including five alternative answers, and both positive and negative statements were answered by the teacher. Based on the regression test obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work productivity and work environment.

Abstract

Kreatifitas kerja guru adalah kemampuan guru yang diwujudkan dengan sebuah tindakan dalam menciptakan suatu gagasan dan ide baru atau memodifikasi ide dan gagasan yang sebelumya sudah pernah ada, menjadi sesuatu yang berbeda dan unik dengan aspek kreatif serta inovatif dalam mengoptimalkan segala kapasitas, kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki guru dalam menjalani tugasnya sebagai pengajar seperti menciptakan kerangka pemikiran atau strategi yang pas dalam mewujudkan suatu perencaan pembelajaran, memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar, membuat suasana belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan, serta merancang media pembelajaran yang menarik, kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kreatifitas kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN se-Kecamatan Cibungbulang Bogor. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 guru, dengan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kreatifitas kerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin kuat pengaruh efikasi diri maka kreatifitas kerja guru akan semakin tinggi, oleh karena itu untuk menumbuhkan kreatifitas kerja pada guru diharapkan lebih memperhatikan efikasi diri.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on the learning achievement of students in class V Arabic at MI Al Azkia Tenjolaya Bogor. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 39 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with a saturated sample. Data collection uses questionnaires, non-participant observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 20.0 application. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, Fcount (11.247) > Ftable (3.26) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation together on learning achievement. This shows that the stronger the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation together, the greater the learning achievement produced by students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of electing women to become chairmen of study programs, leadership styles, and the obstacles they face. This research uses a case study approach with qualitative methods. The data source is a head of the women's study program, six lecturers, and two employees. The triangulation technique was carried out to assess the validity of the data. Factors for the selection of female leaders in the English Language Education study program at the Islamic Education Institute (IPI) Garut are good character, support from various parties, competent and experienced, have a vision, and are selected through a formal decision. The leadership style applied is transformational. The obstacle faced is in encouraging lecturers to manage and fulfill the requirements of functional positions.

The data collected in the form of numbers were analyzed by linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-testing in nature. The questionnaire is systematically compiled by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher. The questionnaire in this study is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that contains the answers given by the researcher, until a respondent can only choose one answer that suits him. The questionnaire in this study contains a series of statements, including five alternative answers, and both positive and negative statements are answered by the teacher. Abstract

This study aims to empower the people of Cibitung Wetan Village to recognize and make MiTel fertilizer independently and to find out the benefits of MiTel fertilizer applied to hydroponic plants. This research method uses a survey method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The subjects of this study were members of the Seroja KRL and the Kondang KRL. The results showed that 83% of the people were able to make and apply MiTel fertilizer to plants. This research also discovered that there are many benefits of Mitel Fertilizer applied to hydroponic plants, such as it can increase plant fertility, stronger plant stems, fresh green leaf color, and a nearly fast plant growth period. In addition, the results of this study indicate that MiTel Fertilizer can be used as an innovation in Cibitung Wetan Village by empowering the community. The sustainability of this research is to empower the community through the mass production of MiTel Fertilizer.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a problem which is known that there are still students who are not active in class VI in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects on ASEAN material, because IPS is a subject that has a lot of memorization and in the ASEAN material there are many country names. , figures and years that make students have difficulty with material about ASEAN so that domino cards are needed to concretize the material in these subjects. The purpose of this research is to develop educational game-based learning media DOSEAN (Domino Asean) on the material contained in the thematic books of SD/MI grade 6 theme 1 "Save Living Things" sub-theme 1 "Plants my best friend" on pages 8 and 9 of the IPS topic about ASEAN at SDN Tegallangkap 01, Bogor Regency. Research and Development (R&D) is the approach used in this study with a research design that is able to produce products, so using research that is needs analysis in nature, with the ADDIE method, but only up to the Analysis, Design, and Development stage. The results of media validation were obtained with a percentage of 95.3% and material validation with a percentage of 96%. Then the research results from the validation are categorized as "Very Valid" and DOSEAN learning media is feasible to use

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Ups and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) in science learning. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). However, this research is limited only at the development stage. This research involved fourth grade MI/SD students at MI Al-Husna Tenjolaya, Bogor Regency. Data collection in this study used interviews and a Likert scale questionnaire (product validation). The data collected was then analyzed descriptively to describe the feasibility of Pokari-Dahitu (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) in science learning. The results of the study showed that (1) the Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) had never been used before for science learning; (2) Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) get material validation with a percentage of 93% and media validation with a percentage of 81%, so that it is concluded that the development of powtoon media in mathematics subject matter "circumference and area flat wake" is feasible to use.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang terkumpul dalam bentuk angka dianalisis dengan dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan teknik survei, karena bertujuan untuk mendalami dan mengetahui korelasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup yaitu angket yang diberikan kepada responden dengan disediakannya jawaban sehingga responden menentukan satu jawaban yang sesuai dengan dirinya. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban yang terdiri dari pernyataan positif dan negatif. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0,009) < a (0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kinerja mengajar guru terhadap supervisi akademik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the driving teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang in cultivating the Pancasila character of students through the Pancasila student profile project. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through literature articles, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study show the role of the Mobilizing Teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang in realizing the Pancasila Student Profile which is in the very good category and is able to apply its role properly in every behavior and action in the school environment. This can be seen from learning activities and activities outside of learning with habits that can foster the Pancasila character of students by instilling the values ​​contained in Pancasila and several strategies that are integrated through intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular formal education activities which are packaged in entrepreneurial day project activities.
