Abstract

The study was conducted at experimantal field at Faculty of Agriculture, Asahan University, Asahan Regency on October 2020 until December 2020. The study aims to the find out the growth response and production of shallots (Allium cepa L.) to the concentration of coconut water and growth media veticulture. This study used randomized complete block design with two factors: (1) Concentration of coconut water (K) with 3 levels: K1 = 25% (250 ml coconut water + 750 ml water), K2 = 50% (500 ml coconut water + 500 ml water), K3 = 75% (750 ml coconut water + 250 ml water) and (2) growth media (M) with 3 levels: M1 = soil + cow manure (1:1), M2 = soil + cow manure (2:1), M3 = soil + cow manure (3:1). Observation parameters were plant height, number of leave, number of bulbs, bulbs weight. The results showed that coconut water concentration had a significant effect on the number of tubers per clump and tuber wet weight, but had no significant effect on observations. plant height and number of leaves, the best treatment at K3 = 75% (750 ml coconut water + 250 ml water). The planting medium did not significantly affect the observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump and wet weight of tubers. The interaction between the concentration of coconut water and growing media did not have a significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama pemberian pupuk Majemuk Intan Super dengan 4 taraf yaitu : I0 = 0 kg/plot, I1 = 0,5 kg/plot, I2 = 1,0 kg/plot dan I3 = 1,5 kg/plot. Faktor kedua dengan pemberian pupuk NPK Mutiara dengan 3 taraf yaitu N0 = 0 g/plot, N1 = 10 g/plot, dan N2 = 20 g/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk Majemuk Intan Super berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh peubah amatan dimana dosis terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan 1,5 kg/plot (I3) yang menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 27,50 cm, jumlah daun 12,44 helai, produksi per tanaman 168,72 g dan produksi per plot 4,01 kg. Pemberian pupuk NPK Mutiara berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh peubah amatan dimana dosis terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan 10 g/plot (N1) yang menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 27,48 cm, jumlah daun 12,38 helai, produksi per tanaman 164,25 g dan produksi per plot 3,91 kg. Interaksi pemberian pupuk Majemuk Intan Super dan pupuk NPK Mutiara menunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter amatan.Kata Kunci: pupuk Majemuk Intan Super, pupuk NPK Mutiara, Tanaman Sawi

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Tanjung Alam village, Sei Dadap Sub-district, AsahanRegency, North Sumatera with flat topography with height of ± 20 m above the sea level, Theresearch was conducted on February 09, 2018 to April 17, 2018. This research was arrangedbased on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 4 replications. Thefirst factor is the dosage of mycorrhiza with 2 levels ie: M0 = 0 g / plot, M1 = 15 g / plot. Thesecond factor was the application of fertilizer PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15, with 3 levels ie P1 = 600 g / plot, P2 = 450 g / plot, and P3 = 300 g / plot. The results of dosage of mycorrhizal dose showed a significant effect on the height 2 weeks after planting number of leaves aged 4 weeks after planting, with the best mycorrhizal dosage at 15 g/plot. application of PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer showed a significant effect on the growth of purple corn at leaf number 6 weeks after planting, with the best treatment at dose of 600 g/plot.The interaction between dosage of mycorrhizal doses and PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer on the growth and production of purple corn plant have a significant effect on plant height 4 and 6 weeks after planting and at the time of flowering.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Design (RAK) with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the application of liquid liquid organic fertilizer (H) consisting of 4 levels ie H0 (0 ml /l water/plot), H1 (1, 0 ml/ l water/plot), H2 (2.0 ml/ l water/plot), H3 (3.0 ml/ l water / plot) and second fator is Urea fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (Control), U1 (14.4 g / plot) and U2 (28.8 g/plot). The result of research that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of plant hormone has a significant effect on the growth and production of mustard kailan plant. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (H3) resulting in plant height 37,90 cm, number of leaves 13,55 pieces, production per plant 169,00 g and production per plot 3.06 kg. Treatment The treatment of urea fertilizer affects the growth and production of mustard kailan plants. The best treatment was obtained at concentration 3 ml / l water (H3) yield 37,90 cm height, leaf amount 12,12 strands, production per plant 159,26 g and production per plot 2,77 kg. The interaction of organic fertilizer of liquid hormone of superior plant and urea fertilizer showed no significant effect on the growth and production of mustard crop kailan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Sumantri, Kelurahan Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran,Kabupaten Asahan, Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan July sampaidengan Bulan Agustus 2017. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan AcakKelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan 2 faktor yang diteliti yaitu : Faktor pertama pemberian NaCl(P) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : Faktor pertama pemberian pupuk organik guano fosfat terdiri dari 3 taraf: G0 = 0 g/plot, G1 = 15 g/polibag, G2 = 30 g/polibag. Faktor kedua pemberian pupuk NPK Jago Tani, terdiri dari 3 taraf : N0 = 0 ml/liter air/polibag, N1 = 1 ml/liter air/polibag, N2 = 2 ml/liter air/polibag. Parameter yang diamati adalah luas daun, jumlah tunas dan panjang tunas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk guano fosfat berpengaruh terhadap luas daun umur 2 MST, jumlah tunas dan panjang tunas. Pemberian pupuk NPK Jago Tani berpengaruh terhadap luas daun umur 2 MST dan jumlah tunas. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara pemberian pupuk guano fosfat dan pupuk NPK Jago Tani terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman lada.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture University of Asahan, Kisaran Timur Sub-district of Asahan Regency, North Sumatera Province with flat tofografi located at an altitude of ± 15 m above sea level. the research time was carried out from June to July 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the provision of rabbit manure (K)with 3 levels ie: K0 = 0 kg / plot, K1 = 1.44 kg / plot, and K2 = 2.88 kg / plot. The second factor is the application of NPK Intan Super Compound fertilizer application, with 4 levels ie N0 = 0 g / plot, N1 = 7.2 g / plot, N3 = 14.4 g / plot and N3 = 21.6 g / plot. The results of rabbit manure showed the best treatment with a dose of 2.88 kg / plot (K2) resulted in plant length 171,98 cm, leaf area 585,04 cm, pod length per plant 13,71 cm and production per plot 594,58 g. Giving of NPK compound fertilizer showed the best treatment that is with dose 21,6 g / plot (N3) yielding plant length 174,88 cm, leaf area 572,39 cm, length of pod 13,33 cm and production per plot 561,111g. The interaction of rabbit manure and NPK compound fertilizer on growth and yield of stringbean showed no significant effect on all parameters observed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ujung Teran, Dusun I,  Kabupaten Tanah Karo, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018 dan berakhir pada bulan Februari 2019. Bahan – bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah benih kentang, laruatan auksin (IAA) dan tiamin, cocopeat, arang sekam, dolomit sebagai pupuk dasar, insektisida kardan 50 SP (bahan aktif kartap hidroklorida 50 %), fungisida cymoxil 50 WP (bahan aktif simoksanil 50 %) dan bahan-bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Alat yang digunakan adalah pisau catter, pinset, gembor, polybag, handsprayer, nampan atau wadah, meteran sebaagai alat ukur, papan kode perlakuan, kode ulangan, plat tanaman sampel, papan judul penelitian, alat tulis, kalkulator, timbangan, tali rafia dan alat-alat lainnya yang mendukung penelitian ini. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian IAA (I) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : I0 : 0 ppm (kontrol), I1 : 0,5 ppm, I2 : 1,0 ppm, dan I3 : 1,5 ppm. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian Tiamin (T) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : T0 : 0 ppm (kontrol), T1 : 0,5 ppm, T2 : 1,0 ppm, dan T3 : 1,5 ppm. Hasil penelitian pemberian IAA dan Tiamin menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata. Interaksi pemberian Auksin dan Timin terhadap keberhasilan Stek planlet kentang menunjukkan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter amatan pertama. pada minggu 1 MST dan pada minggu ke 2 MST di karenakan masih dalam ke adaan penyesuaian dengan keadaan tersebut. penelitian pemberian Auksin dan Tiamin menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata. Interaksi pemberian Auksin dan Tiamin terhadap keberhasilan Stek planlet kentang pada panjang akar menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata pada parameter amatan akhir. pada minggu  ke 3 MST dan stek planlet tadi mulai menunjukan cabang adapun cara mengukur dengan cara membelah wadah dan mulai membersihkannya lalu di lakukan pengukuran.

Abstract

This research was carried out at Durian street, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur, AsahanDistrict, North Sumatera. The study was conducted in April to June 2017. This research wasarranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3replications. The first factor was cutting of tubers with 4 levels ie: P0 = without cutting tuber, P1 = cutting tuber of 1/3 of shoot, P2 = cutting tuber of 1/4 of shoot, and P3 = cutting tuber of 1/5 of part shoots. The second factor of plant density with 3 levels of spacing is J1 = 20 cm x 10 cm, J2= 20 cm x 15 cm, and J3 = 20 cm x 10 cm. The results showed that tuber cutting treatment had significant effect on all observed variables, whereas cutting of tuber 1/3 of shoot (P1) was the best treatment. Treatment of plant density had significant effect on all observed variables, where the density with plant spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm (J3) was the best treatment. The interaction between tuber cutting and plant density had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bunut Barat, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat, Kabupaten Asahan padabulan Mei hingga Agustus 2017. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahRancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertamaadalah pemberian pupuk SP-36 terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu S0 = 0 kg/ha (0 g/plot), S1 = 100 kg/ha (10 g/plot), S2 = 200 kg/ha (20 g/plot). Faktor yang kedua Pemberian MOL rebung bambu terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu M0 = 0%, M1 = 25% (25 ml/l air/plot), M2 = 50% (50ml/lair/plot). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah buah per tanaman (buah), produksi per tanaman (g), produksi per plot (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk SP-36 hanya berpengaruh terhadap jumlah buah per tanaman. Sedangkan pemberian MOL rebung bambu hanya berpengaruh terhadap jumlah buah per tanaman. Interaksi pupuk SP-36 dan MOL rebung bambu tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman tomat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jln Anggur Lk V Kelurahan Sentang, Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur, Kab. Asahan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan empat ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah media tanam terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu M1 = tanah 100%, M2 = tanah + pupuk kandang 50% : 50%. Faktor yang kedua POC NASA terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu P0 = 0 cc/l air/bibit, P1 = 2 cc/l air/bibit, P2 = 4 cc/l air/bibit. Peubah amatan yang diamati adalah pertambahan tinggi tanaman (cm), pertambahan jumlah daun (helai), pertambahan diameter batang (mm). Analisis keragaman menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh media tanam terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun dan pertambahan diameter batang bibit gaharu pada umur 9 MST. Ada pengaruh POC NASA terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman dan pertambahan jumlah daun bibit gaharu pada umur 9 MST.
