Abstract

This study to determine the effect of learning methods and parenting styles on learning outcomes in Lubuk Pakam. This study used a 2 x 2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 30 students. The data analysis technique was a two-way analysis of variance and at the α level of significance = 0.05. To test the normality of the data using the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test using the Barlett test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Social studies learning outcomes in groups of students who are taught using the google classroom method are higher than social studies learning outcomes in groups of students who are taught using the Expository learning metode. 2) The social studies learning outcomes of students who cared for using the democratic pattern are higher than students who are cared for using the authoritarian pattern. 3) There is an influence of the interaction between learning methods and parenting styles on students' social studies learning outcomes. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar di Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain factorial 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur danpada tingkat signifikansi α= 0.05. Untuk menguji normalitas data menggunakan uji liliefors dan uji Homogenitas menggunakan uji barlett. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan metode google classroomlebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Ekspositori. 2) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang diasuh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola Otoriter. 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Evony Coffee Shop Siantar, (2) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Evony Coffee Shop Siantar, (3) pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Evony Coffee Shop Siantar, (4) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening padaEvony Coffee Shop Siantar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Evony Coffee Shop Siantar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis jalur dengan bantuan regresi sederhana dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 7,040 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,409; (2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 5,001 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,479; (3) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 5,873 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,282; dan (4) kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada Evony Coffee Shop Siantar karena koefisien intervening sebesar 0,0887 lebih kecil dari nilai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,409

Abstract

Research to describe online learning information  results of learning mathematics for students learning to teach at home. Research using descriptive qualitative research. Sample of study were parents and teachers, class II students at SD Negeri 091320 Raya Tongah, totaling 25 people, namely 12 students, 12 parents and 1 class II teacher. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, observations namely. The results of the analysis of the research data obtained show that the impact experienced by students, teachers and parents learning activities of students' math scores has increased, what parents and teachers feel is still lacking in mastery of technology, additional internet quota fees, additional work in accompanying children learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced.

Abstract

The. This is to find out, whether using the discussion starter story method can increase the creativity of learning science in Class V 094162 Commerce students for the 2018/2019 academic year, and whether using the discussion starter story method can improve students' natural science learning abilities on the subject of logic. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 3 cycles with 6 meetings while the research instrument used is class action text and class observation. The subjects in this study were 30 students in Class V 094162 Commerce for the 2018/2019 Academic Year, while the object of this study was teaching with the Discussion Starter Story Method. From the results of the study it can be seen an increase in students' creativity and learning abilities in logic material. From the cycle I test, it was obtained from 30 students who reached the level of completeness, only 15 students (50%) and students (50%) did not complete, then increased to 22 students (73, 33%) who completed and 8 students 26.67%) did not complete in cycle II and students who completed increased again in cycle III to 27 students (90%) while the level of student creativity during the learning process. In progress also experienced an increase from the average student creativity of 15 with very less creativity in the second cycle to 21 in the sufficient creativity category and in the third cycle to 3 4 in the good category, because the classical completeness level had reached 90%, this research stopped in the first cycle. III Thus the research conducted in Class V094162 Commerce for the 2018/2019 Academic Year has proven that there is an increase in creativity and students' natural science learning abilities by using the Discussion Starter Story method on logic material

Abstract

The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 091711 Pasar Baru which is located at Mayang Bosar Maligas, Simalungun Regency. 20 students consisting of 10 males and 10 females The method of this research is Classroom Action Research. objective test in the form of a questionnaire In cycle 1. of the 20 students who were the subjects of this study, it turned out that only 13 students (65%) already had active learning, while the remaining 7 students (35%) did not yet have active learning. the average obtained only reached 68 from the second cycle of learning activities obtained later again reduced and presented in tabular form using the same formula as cycle 1. It turns out that 17 students (85%) already have active learning, while the remaining 3 students (15%) do not yet have active learning. The average value obtained only reaches 78 The conclusion in this study is "There is an increase in student learning acuity in social studies material on patterns of economic activity through the application of inquiry learning models in class V SD Negeri 091711 Pasar Baru academic year 2018/2019"

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder with a multifactorial etiology. This disease is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and affects the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Examination of the urine sediment is often referred to as microscopic examination. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of erythrocytes, leukocytes, bacteria in organic urine sediment in the urine of people with diabetes mellitus. This research is descriptive in nature which was conducted in July 2019 at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center. The research sample is 30 samples taken by total sampling method. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the organic sediment of urine in patients with diabetes mellitus contained abnormal amounts of erythrocytes, leukocytes and bacteria. There were 21 samples of abnormal Erythrocytes (70%) and normal as many as 9 respondents (30%), in 21 samples the number of Leukocytes was above normal i.e. abnormal (70%), in 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal (70%). The results of the study found that there were 9 samples of Normal Erythrocyte counts and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Leukocytes and 9 abnormal samples, in 9 samples the number of Normal Bacteria and 21 samples the number of Bacteria was abnormal in people with diabetes mellitus at the Karo Pematangsiantar Health Center . From the research results are expected to be a scientific contribution and information in enriching knowledge. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 122374 Jln. Kesatria Pematangsiantar. Sumber data diperoleh dengan Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi di lapangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode yang sifatnya memberikan gambaran atau penjelasan tentang suatu gejala atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya atau sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi dilapangan. Hasil yang peneliti peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah Peran perpustakaan sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 122374 Jln. Kesatria Pematangsiantar sudah terlaksana, tetapi belum secara optimal. Hal ini dapat di lihat dari kegiatan dan upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh pihak perpustakaan seperti dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa, Minat baca di Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 122374 Jln. Kesatria Pematangsiantar masih kurang, adapun yang menjadi faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca siswa yaitu pihak perpustakaan sekolah hanya menyediakan banyak buku pelajaran, siswa tidak dibiasakan membaca sejak dini, lingkungan bermain, serta semakin canggih nya teknologi. Hambatan-hambatan atau tantangan yang dihadapi pihak perpustakaan sekolah yaitu fasilitas yang masih kurang memadai, dan kurangnya sumber dana untuk pembenahan perpustakaan tersebut.
