Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode-metodepembelajaran menulis di SMA Negeri sekabupaten Nagan Raya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bidang studi Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Kabupaten NaganRaya tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dari 4 sekolah, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Jeuram, SMANegeri 2 Kuala, SMA Negeri 1 Beutong, dan SMK Negeri 1 Nagan Raya. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara berurutan sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran menulis di Sekolah Menegah Atas di kabupaten Nagan Raya guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga suasana pembelajaran menulis menjadi tidak kondusif sehingga siswa menjadi pasif. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil observasi ada juga sebagian guru sudah mulai menggunakan metode-metode pembelajaran yang mengaktifkan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis. Hasil observasi pada guru di SMA 1 Nagan Raya berada pada kategori baik atau 70%. Selain itu, subjek penelitian lainnya berada pada kategori cukup dengan perincian, SMA Negeri 1 Beutong berada pada katagori baik atau 67,86%, SMA Negeri 2Kuala berada pada kategori cukup atau 68,75%, SMK Negeri 1 Nagan Raya berada pada kategori cukup atau 67,86%. Dengan kata lain, penggunaan metode-metode pembelajaran menulis di SMA kabupaten Nagan Raya berada pada kategori cukup. Adapun metode yang dominan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis di sekolah menengah kabupaten Nagan Raya meliputi metode field trip, metode pengamatan objek langsung. Guru menghadapi berbagai bentuk kendala dalam menerapkan metode-metode pembelajaran menulis. Kendala tersebut meliputi terbatasnya media pembelajaran menulis, kurangnya kegiatan pelatihan penerapan metode-metode pembelajaran menulis, dan tidak adanya motivasi siswa untuk menulis. Diharapkan penerapan metode pembelajaran menulis mampu menjadikan siswa tidak hanya mengetahui ilmu-ilmu tentang menulis, tetapi juga lebih penting adalah menjadikan para siswa terampil dan kreatif dalam menulis.

Abstract

Corruption has become a serious problem in Indonesia and the prevention of corruption needs to be done from an early age. One effort that can be taken is to conduct socialization on corruption prevention through problem-based learning methods at TK Al-Kawanad. This method can help children understand the dangers of corruption and how to prevent it through direct experience in solving corruption problems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning methods in socializing corruption prevention at TK Al-Kawanad. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that problem-based learning methods are effective in improving children's understanding of the importance of corruption prevention and how to prevent it. In addition, children are also more motivated and involved in learning through this method. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in efforts to prevent corruption in Indonesia through character education from an early age.

Abstract

This report discusses the dedication to strengthening literary material for Indonesian Language Education lecturers at FKIP Bumi Persada University. The aim of his service is to increase the understanding and competence of lecturers in teaching and studying Indonesian literature. The initial needs analysis involves surveys and interviews to identify faculty shortages and challenges. The program includes seminars, group discussions, and teaching practice. The results show an increase in lecturers' understanding and competence, enabling the application of more varied teaching methods and more in-depth analysis of literary works. This program provides significant reinforcement of literary material, with a positive impact on teaching and student learning in the field of Indonesian literature. The success of this activity is measured from the process and results of the training. The success of the process is measured by observing several aspects of attitude, such as activeness, cooperation and responsibility. Performance assessment is carried out when participants in groups discuss the results of developing their literary material. Evaluation of activity results is measured based on mastery of training material which includes the results of independent practice, namely compiling Indonesian language literary material.

Abstract

Improving Language and Literature Research Materials for Indonesian Language Lecturers at FKIP Almuslim University is a collaborative effort carried out by lecturers at the Language and Literature Study Program, FKIP Unsyiah, with their colleagues at FKIP Almuslim. The aim of this community service is to enrich understanding and research skills in the field of Indonesian language and literature among lecturers. Through a series of activities, including workshops, training and interactive discussions, Unsyiah lecturers share experiences, methods and resources to increase the research capacity of Indonesian language lecturers at FKIP Almuslim. It is hoped that this collaboration will make a positive contribution in improving the quality of research and teaching of Indonesian language and literature in the academic environment of FKIP Almuslim University.

Abstract

Community service aims to enhance the substance of research in the field of language and literature for Indonesian language lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Jabal Ghafur University. The project is implemented by involving lecturers as change agents leading community engagement activities and engaging the local community. Strategic steps include enhancing the research capacity of lecturers, providing training, and developing educational and literacy programs in the community. Through training sessions and workshops, Indonesian language lecturers are empowered to adopt innovative research methods relevant to the developments in language and literature. Additionally, they actively participate in initiating literacy and language programs that directly benefit the local community, such as writing workshops, language lectures, and creative literacy activities. The results of this community engagement show a significant improvement in the quality of research and literacy activities among Indonesian language lecturers. Lecturers are able to integrate their research findings into curriculum development and teaching materials, thereby positively impacting student learning. Furthermore, community literacy activities contribute significantly to enhancing understanding and appreciation of language and literature at the community level. This community service not only enhances the competence of lecturers but also encourages the transfer of knowledge and skills to the community. The project can serve as a model for the development of similar activities in various communities, providing sustainable benefits in enhancing the substance of language and literature research at the local level.
