Abstract

The onjectives of this research are to describe (1) the preparation of school self-evaluation in improving school accreditation; (2) The visitation in improving school accreditation; (3) The results of school accreditation. The type of the research is qualitative and uses ethnography design. The site of the study is SD Negeri 2 Mranti Purworejo District, Purworejo. Techniques for collecting data used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Preparation of school self-evaluation is conducted by a special team formed by the principal. The preparation done before the new school year, it takes place by collecting data from the SNP. EDS is consisting of EDS instrument and the physical evidence for each item SNP. The preparation is conducted byhaving a checklist for each item in the SNPs form that describes the real condition of the school; (2) the visitation process in improving schools accreditation runs smoothly and according to the procedure. The process begins with the submission of the letter that comes with the implementation of the accreditation document to School Accreditation Association (BAS) of district; (3) the accreditation result increases from 79 in 2005 to 86.81 in 2010.

Abstract

Most  of  Muhammadiyah  universities  in  specific  region  of  Yogyakarta  have  not implemented yet the quality assurance, exactly it demands both in the society and government that cannot be avoided . Therefore, this study aims to find a specific model of quality assurance in the university environment Muhammadiyah as an attempt to answer the demands in this atas. This research is qualitative research with a target of six colleges in the Muhammadiyah state uni- versities in specific region of Yogyakarta and Central Java. Those are Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, University of Ahmad Dahlan, Muhammadiyah University of Magelang, Muham- madiyah University of Surakarta, Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo and Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The procedure adopted to find the model of quality assurance through theoretical studies, collecting data from informants about the aspects that should be subjected to quality assurance, modeling and verification of quality assurance models. Data collection was carried out with questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with a description of the data, the analysis of flows (Flow Analysis), and contingency. The results of this study consist of two models: Model for quality assurance in learning and quality assurance models for lecturers. The  forms of quality assurance is a combination of a standard element of the quality of academic and ideologies of Muhammadiyah, while the quality assurancer are the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership, Daily Executive Agency (BPH) and the Directorate General of Higher Education. The quality assurance models found through networking opinion, in-depth interviews and document the aspects that should be subject to quality assurance to college Mu- hammadiyah Yogyakarta and Central Java. The advantages of the quality model assurance are efficiency in cost and simple in the tools and mechanism that fit to the character of Muhammadi- yah state universities. The mechanism of the model is done by committed leadership begins, then formulate the quality standards by the elements of quality assurance later implemented through institutional self-assessment and faculty independently. The development and ideology of the aca- demic community is done through the assessment.

Abstract

Academic supervision is series activity assist teachers to develop their abilities to organize learning process for reach the goal. Headmaster must arrange academic supervision at school as wellas implementation of Permendiknas No. 13 Tahun 2007. The problem ist facton the field which shows many headmasters feel reluctant to do it. So,it was held research at SMP Negeri 4 Pacitan with the goal to gain illustrations: (1) characteristic of academic supervision preparation at SMPN 4 P Pacitan, (2) Characteristic of academic supervision implementation at SMPN 4, (3) characteristic of the advantageous academic supervision implementationat SMPN 4 Pacitan.The research method was used of is qualitatif research with etnografi study approach by naturalistic paradigm. The data source an resource person were administration document, teacher, and headmaster. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was descriptife qualitatif with the data validity, Examination used triangulation technique.Based on the research, was gained descriptif results: (1) characteristic of academic supervision preparation, (2) characteristic of academic supervision was done when teacher was doing learning proces in calss, (3) characteristic of advantageousacademic supervision implementation at SMPN 4 between: increasingteacher and headmaster competence, so the would more professional and increasing students achievement.

Abstract

This study describes how teachers grade I, II, and III SDN Kemasan I Surakartamanage thematic learning from planning, implementation, assessment and anyobstacles encountered. This research used qualitative research with researchsubjects principals, teachers of class I, II, and III. The data collection techniqueare by interview, documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysistechnique used is interactive analysis model, namely through data collection, datareduction, data presentation and the conclusion. To obtain such data validity, thenused triangulation. The results showed that in planning the teacher has not madea competency mapping as it should. On implementation, the learning is dominatedby teachers and materials are still fragmentary. Learning has not centered on thetheme and learners. The types of assessment used by teachers are a field test, multiple choice and description. Teachers assessed only on the cognitive domain alone while on the affective and psychomotor yet done. Teachers are still obstacles to the plan that is preparing a syllabus of thematic learning. Another obstacle encountered in the implementation of the teacher is still difficulty in creating a student-centered learning and the lack of teaching aids also be a limiting factor in the implementation of thematic learning in SDN Kemasan I Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkembangkan budaya organisasi, dengan studi kasus di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Permasalahan yang diteliti difokuskan pada bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam mensosialisasikan, memelihara dan mengembangkan budaya organisasi bagi guru dan karyawan di SMPIT Nur Hidayah. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkembangkan budaya organiasi bagi guru dan karyawan di SMPIT Nur Hidayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Subyek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian dengan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interractive analysis model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penyajian data serta kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sosialisasi budaya organisasi bagi guru dan karyawan diarahkan kepada upaya memperluas informasi dan pemahaman guru dan karyawan tentang budaya organisasi (2) Pemeliharaan budaya organisasibagi guru dan karyawan dilakukan untuk melestarikan budaya organisasi yang telahada tertanam semakin kokoh dalam diri guru dan karyawan dalam proses perjalanan organisasi sehingga memberikan ciri khusus organisasi (3) Pengembangan budaya organisasi dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pelaksaan budaya semangat, kebersamaan, keilmuan dan nilai perilaku hidup muslim amar ma’ruf nahi munkar menuju akhlaqul karimah.

Abstract

Aliran listrik ke rumah-rumah sangat dibutuhkan sekali dan telah menjadi menjadi kebutuhan pokok warga Indonesia, tetapi besar tegangan listrik yang ada di saluran listrik kerumah-rumah kadang-kadang naik turun atau sering disebut drop tegangan. Sebagai contoh tegangan listrik 220 Volt tiba-tiba turun menjadi 200 Volt, 190 Volt atau lebih rendah lagi. Batas normal dari tegangan 220 Volt AC PLN adalah antara 198 Volt sampai 231 Volt. Melebihi itu atau kurang dari itu dianggap tegangan tidak normal. Penyebab terjadi drop tegangan ada tiga, pertama, terbatasnya suplai daya listrik dari pembangkit saat beban puncak, kedua, adanya aksi pencurian listrik, temasuk pemasangan PJU (penerangan jalan umum) illegal, ketiga, faktor teknis kawat jaringan tegangan menengah yang saat ini 95% di Jateng DIY tanpa pengaman. Dampak dari drop tegangan sangat mempengaruhi alat elektronik dan jika sangat sering terjadi dapat merusak alat peralatan elektronik. Untuk itu kami mengambil judul Alat Pengukur Tegangan Listrik Berbasis SMS Gateway sehingga ketika terjadi drop tegangan alat ini mengirimkan besar tegangan saat itu juga kepada user melalui SMS

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research will elaborate four Indonesian contemporary choreographers, which lead to open the significant of embodiment process on Indonesian dancers. With a focus on four choreographers, Mar- tinus Miroto, Mugiyono Kasido, Hartati, and Jecko Siompo. A case study of body of those four choreo- graphers has reached its “institutional” level, so choosing those four characters, as a representation of Indonesian dancer is the right thing to do. With the complexity discipline and body work training, the four dancers and choreographer strengthening on how procession to achieve and advancing body work is located in some important process: exercise, training, and performance. This is different from the pro- cess of body works quality and the achievement of most dancers and choreographer outside of Indonesia. Usually the dancers outside of Indonesia only stress on two things: Training and performance. The four dancers in the work have had a typical body works each of them, but it is undeniable that there is a role in the respective Sardono as the maestro. Sardono’s strong influence thus again took place in forming a model to the body or body-dance attitude of dancers who then the outcome was, in fact, different from Sardono’s works. Keywords: contemporary, embodied, training, rehearsal, performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas empat koreografer, dalam membuka wacana proses ketubuhan penari di Indonesia. Empat koreografer tersebut, Martinus Miroto, Mugiyono Kasido, Hartati, dan Jecko Siompo, memperlihatkan betapa kompleksitas proses ketubuhan mereka berbeda dengan penari dan koreografer pada umumnya, terutama dari luar Indonesia. Mereka mem- berikan pengalaman yang detail tentang pendisiplinan tubuh mereka untuk mencapai sebuah capaian dan keunggulan. Dengan kompleksitas disiplin dan training ketubuhan, keempat penari dan koreografer ini menggukuhkan betapa proses pencapaian dan kemuktahiran tubuh terletak pada beberapa proses penting: Training, Latihan, dan Pementasan. Jika ditilik secara ke- seluruhan, keempat penari ini mempunyai pengalaman belajar, atau setidaknya pernah men- galami proses menari bersama Sardono W. Kusumo. Ketubuhan yang yang dieksplorasi adalah ciri khas dari Sardono yang dikenal dengan laku dalam bahasa Jawa. Walaupun belajar dari Sar- dono, keempat koreografer tersebut mengembangkan tarian yang berbeda dengan Sardono. Kata kunci: kontemporer, ketubuhan, training, latihan, pementasan

Abstract

ABSTRACTSardono W. Kusumo, an Indonesian dance master and choreographer once stated that the way to understand dance should start with the study of embodiment before moving to the study of dance in its performative art form. A dancer should be able to process his/her dance by recognizing the complexity of the body and the nerves system and muscles through a creative process, resulting a confident work of performing arts. Through a historical perspective and based on the theory of embodiment, this article tries to convince that dance needs to stand as a repository of cultural memories and therefore is able to represent the habitus of Indonesian dancers. A comprehensive evaluation of the development of Indonesian Dance Festival (IDF) and Sasikirana Dance Camp (SDC) is used as real evidences of how this form of the arts must put forward physical approaches first before creating a reasonable discourse to the acts. Keywords: Dance Camp, choreographylab, embodiment  ABSTRAK          Sardono W. Kusumo, maestro dan penata tari Indonesia mengungkapkan bahwa untuk memahami tari harus dimulai dengan mempelajari ketubuhannya sebelum bergerak pada studi tentang tari dalam aspek performatif pertunjukannya. Seorang penari harus mampu memahami dan mendalami kompleksitas tubuh bersamaan dengan system syaraf dan otot tubuhnya sebagai proses kreatif untuk kepercayaan tubuhnya dalam pertunjukan. Melalui perspektif sejarah dan bersumber pada teori ketubuhan, tulisan ini bertujuan menyakinkan para penari, bahwa tubuh tidak hanya sebagai tempat agensi kultur masa lalu, sehingga lebih meyakinkan bahwa tubuh tari Indonesia berakar dari habitatnya. Evaluasi komprehensif atas kegiatan Indonesian Dance Festival (IDF) berserta Sasi Kirana Dance Camp (SDC),dijadikan sebagai pembuktian tentang pentingnya pendekatan fisikal untuk ketubuhan penari sebelum merujuk pada pendekatan bidang seni lainnya. Kata kunci: Dance Camp, lab koreografi, tubuh tari

Abstract

ABSTRACTFire is made up of three elements, such as: heat, combustible materials and oxygen. Fire has heat and light. Fire is used in real life in various human life from cooking, to marriage and to burning dead bodies. Fire is available in space, on earth, and in oneself. Symbolically the fire is employed as a symbol of spirit, a sanctification, a destruction, enlightenment, heating temperatures, fire of romance, and fire of revenge. Overheated is possible when one ignores norms, ethics, and rules. Library studies, interviews, observations, and experiments are the methods used in this compilation. Fire both as symbol and text, functioned according to the capacity / role of each, both in and outside themselves, the use of it must be controlled for the harmony of the macrocosms and microcosms, when is the right time is to use small, medium and large fire, because all of them is important.Keywords: function, fire, symbol, harmonic.ABSTRAKApi terbentuk dari tiga elemen yakni, panas, bahan mudah terbakar dan oksigen. Api memiliki panas dan cahaya. Api digunakan dalam kehidupan manusia dari memasak, penerangan, perkawinan sampai pembakaran jenazah. Api terletak di angkasa, di bumi, dalam diri. Api dijadikan simbol semangat, penyucian, peleburan, pencerahan, api asmara, api dendam. Terjadi over heated/panas berlebih yang tidak lagi mengindahkan norma, etika, aturan. Studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dan percobaan merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan ini. Seyogyanya api baik sebagai simbol maupun teks, difungsikan sesuai kapasitas/perannya masing-masing, baik dalam diri maupun diluar diri, semua itu harus dikendalikan penggunaannya, agar keharmonisan bhuana alit dan bhuana agung dapat terwujud, kapan menggunakan api kecil, sedang maupun besar, karena semuanya penting.Kata kunci : fungsi, api, simbol, harmonis.

Abstract

By services regular of education, so become accomplish service for gifted student ignore. It has been nesecerry streghtening the Madrasa institution for competent give of serve through diversivication of learning so that gifted student avoid the underachievement and potential of inovaton and productie them not lost. one of method of empowering to the Madrasa institution through implementation of semester credit system that have capacity to follow of character and learning style of gifted students. Methode of the research used R&D and method of gathering data with interview method. Data analysis with folw analysis. Final result of this research is conversion of packet curriculum method to SKS and application of curriculum based SKS method special for gifted SKS. Research location in Madrasa Amanatul Ummah at Pacet Mojokerto east Java. Model of pocket curriculum convertion appreciated 1.88 hours  and model of proposing of curriculum based SKS using duration time about 4 semester with long time have been instruction 4 months. SKS that taken every semester on everage as many as 40 SKS. For accomplish of curriculum applied compacting curriculum to discovery essential courses.  Dengan layanan pendidikan yang regular, maka layanan untuk siswa cerdas menjadi terabaikan. Diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan Madrasah untuk mampu melayani melalui diversifikasi layanan belajar agar siswa cerdas tidak mengalami underachievement dan potensi inovatif dan produktifnya hilang. Satu cara untuk menguatkan Madrasah melalui penerapan sistem kredit semester yang mampu mengikuti karakter dan irama belajar siswa cerdas.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode R&D dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode interview. Analisis data menggunakan analisis mengalir. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah menemukan model konversi kurikulum paket kedalam SKS dan model penerapan kurikulum berbasis SKS khusus siswa berkecerdasan tinggi, lokasi penelitian di Madrasah Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto.Model konversi kurikulum paket dihargai 1.88 jam dan model penyusunan kurikulum berbasis SKS menggunakan durasi waktu 4 semester dengan 4 bulan kegiatan belajar. SKS yang ditempuh setiap semester rata-rata 40 SKS. Untuk keterlaksanaan kurikulum dilakukan pemampatan kurikulum untuk menemukan materi esensial.
