Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara kecerdasanemosional terhadap rasa percaya diri dan pengaruh langsung antara kecerdasan emosional dan rasapercaya diri terhadap penguasaan konsep matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metodesurvey, dengan jumlah sampel 75 (tujuh puluh lima) orang yang diambil menggunakan teknikMulti Stage Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan hasil tes matematika siswa.Data diolah dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 20, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakanmetode analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruhlangsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap penguasaan konsep matematika; (2) terdapat pengaruhlangsung rasa percaya diri siswa terhadap penguasaan konsep matematika; dan (3) terdapatpengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap rasa percaya diri.

Abstract

This research aims to develop MONOTIKA learning media (Monopoly Mathematics) and test the feasibility of MONOTIKA learning media (Monopoly Mathematics) in algebraic materials for middle school students. The learning development model is the ADDIE design model. This study's sources of needs analysis are SMP Negeri 126 and SMP Negeri 209 east Jakarta area. Data collection techniques used are teacher interviews and polling stations. Validation of the development of this learning media between 2 validators is material experts and media experts and students response usage if MONOTIKA media is used in schools. This media trial was conducted on 41 students in grades 7 G and 7 H at SMP Negeri 209 Jakarta. This study showed that MONOTIKA (Monopoly Mathematics) obtained a total average score for all aspects of all is 4.50 material expert validity and 4.28 valid expert media, which is an average media that deserves good both as a learning medium. Student poll results showed an average score of 4.47, which the average student gave responsibility for positive MONOTIKA (Monopoly Mathematics). Thus, the results of the development of MONOTIKA (Monopoly Mathematics) learning media for junior high school students in grade VII are valid and eligible for use.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan LKS berbasis multiple intelligences, tingkat validasi pengembangan LKS berbasis multiple intelligences dan kefektifan LKS berbasis multiple intelligences yang dikembangkan bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang mengikuti langkah-langkah metode Borg & Gall dan mengacu pada prosedur yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menyimpulkan : (1) Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis multiple intelligences dikembangkan dengan beberapa langkah. (2) Hasil pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis multiple intelligences dikembangkan dan di uji validitas dari ketiga ahli dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa LKS berbasis multiple intelligences valid dan layak digunakan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran, matematika khususnya pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). (3) Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis multiple intelligences yang dikembangkan sangat efektif dan praktis digunakan karena sudah memenuhi kelayakan isi, kelayakan Bahasa, dan kelayakan tampilan. Hal ini diperkuat oleh pendapat para ahli dalam memvalidasi produk LKS yang dikembangkan, dan juga diujikan kepada siswa. Setelah di uji dengan uji beda rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa setelah belajar dengan LKS berbasis multiple intelligences lebih tinggi dari siswa yang belajar sebelum menggunakan LKS berbasis multiple intelligences.

Abstract

E-learning madrasah is a learning media that aims to facilitate learning activities in order to get good learning outputs during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of a preliminary study conductedon all MTs Negeri in indramayu districts during covid-19 showed that there were still many teachers who had not yet utilized this learning media in the learning they have done and the output of learning outcomes had decreased. This decrease can be seen from the average repetition of 54 from the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) which is set at 76. This study aims to explain the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by students and teachers in learning science using madrasa e-learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study type. This research was conducted on science learning at the madrasah tsanawiyah level in Indramayu districts. Respondents involved in this study were 458 class VIII students and five madrasah tsanawiyah teachers who were selected using two sampling techniques, namely cluster random sampling and purposive sampling. The supporting instruments in this study were observation sheets and interview sheets. Observation sheets were used to collect data related to the use of e-learning madrasah in science learning. Meanwhile, the interview sheets were used to obtain information about respondents' experiences in using e-learning madrasah and to digest information about the observed phenomena. The results showed that the use of e-learning madrasah in science learning had inhibiting and supporting factors including IT (Information and Technology) capabilities, adequate equipment, learning methods and modes, characteristics of teaching materials, network availability, parental support, and training on the use of e-learning madrasah for students. These seven things act as supporting factors and inhibiting factors that support the characteristics of each school.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to answer several problems including: 1) The definition and meaning of epistemology. 2) the basic concept of education management. 3) the function of education management. 4) Principles or General Principles of Education Management. 5) Organizational Divisions in terms of Education Management Epistemology. The writing of this scientific article uses a literature study or literature study approach by collecting various relevant literature sources. The results of the study show several things including: 1) Epistemology of education is understood in various ways according to the views of Idealism, Realism, Pragmatism and Existentialism. 2) Management functions include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling 3) Education management is divided into divisions so that the education management function can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect and indirect influence of a variable. The research data was processed and analyzed using path analysis method. Conclusions are obtained (1) There is a significant direct effect of intelligence numeric on the results of formative tests; (2) There is a significant direct effect of learning discipline on the results of formative tests; (3) There is a significant direct effect of learning motivation on the results of formative tests; (4) There is a significant direct effect of intelligence numeric on learning motivation; (5) There is a significant direct influence of intelligence numericalon learning discipline; (6) There is a significant direct effect of learning discipline on learning motivation; (7) There is no significant indirect effect of intelligence numericon motivation to learn through learning discipline; (8) There is no significant indirect effect of intelligence numeric on the results of formative tests through learning discipline; (9) There is no significant indirect effect of intelligence numeric on the results of formative tests through learning motivation; and (10) There is no significant indirect effect of intelligence numeric on the results of formative tests through learning discipline and learning motivation.

Abstract

This article is a literature review that discusses normative ethics in management and education, the purpose of writing this article is to discuss how normative ethics exist and develop in society, especially in the educational community related to students, teachers and all teaching staff and education, reveals various problems of violations of normative ethics that often occur in the world of education and how to instill good ethics in students as one of the goals of educational management. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature study from various sources such as books, journals, and also news about ethical issues in education. In the discussion of this article, it discusses the types of ethics that develop in society, namely descriptive ethics, normative ethics and meta-ethics, how ethics are used in management which become ethical principles, namely the principle of autonomy, the principle of honesty, the principle of justice, the principle of mutual benefit and principles of moral integrity and case studies on ethical violations in education.
