Abstract

Educating the life of the nation is the task of the state agains it’s people. Education is the noble ideal that has been outlined since this nation was born. With education this nation can contribute with other nations in the world. However, in reality access to education in society has not been evenly distributed. There are still areas, leading and left behind that require a lot of educational touch. Equity is required for access to education so that every citizen who has the same opportunity is educated. Government program ssuch as the SM3T or Bina Daerah program become the chosen strategy. However, it should be supported by the community as a Civil Society. People must also move to develop education.

Abstract

The new curriculum (2013 curriculum) encourages implementing the higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) approach in learning Islamic religious education in each academic unit in Indonesia. This paper intends to study the HOTS implementation trend in the learning process of Islamic religious education in Madrasas and schools. The method in this study is a systematic literature review. Researchers found that this trend began to emerge after implementing the 2013 curriculum by the Indonesian Government, where the curriculum used a scientific approach. Teachers, educators, and experts' efforts in implementing HOTS in Islamic Education learning can be grouped into two categories. The first is that they innovate the HOTS-based learning process, and the second is those who develop HOTS-based assessment instruments. Several innovations in the learning process were carried out by applying various learning methods, models, and strategies. The application of HOTS-based learning in Islamic Education learning can improve learning quality to be more effective, efficient, fun, and meaningful. This improvement, then, has an impact on increasing the quality of learning achievement. This study provides highlights and helps to understand the results of previous studies that discuss HOTS using systematic reviews in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in Madrasas and Schools.

Abstract

University Libraries are sources of electronic resources that are accessible to users. The literature search results show that few studies discuss electronic resource procurement in Indonesian libraries. This article aimed to determine the procurement of electronic resources collections at the Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN) Library. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method conducted at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Library. Data collection techniques used structured interviews with seven informants. The analysis results showed seven main findings in the procurement process for collecting electronic resources: the target, budgeting, user specifications, single sign-on authentication, the right team, content duplication, and communication with vendors. The library analyzed the contents of electronic resources to be purchased. Libraries use Ministry and Institutional Work Plan and Budget (RKAKL) funds in their budgeting. Subscriptions to electronic resources are specially for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The Single Sign-On authentication system used is EZproxy. The Procurement team consists of the head of the library, deputy head of the library, technical service coordinator, and general reference coordinator. The duplication-checking process is carried out based on the subject. In the communication process with vendors, the team has coordinated well. The research findings contribute to Indonesia's electronic resources procurement management practices.

Abstract

Indonesia is the biggest archipelago country in the world, the government has tried to prosper the people by issuing policies on regional autonomy. Regional autonomy in its development is widespread in all fields, one of them in education. Autonomy Education gained much support among the people, thus giving birth to Decentralization of Education, namely to give up government responsibility according to the needs and capabilities of each region. The effort has been regulated in Law Number 20 Year 2003 on National Education System supported by Government Regulation no. 55 of 2007. However, these efforts have not been fully realized, so that sometimes cause gap and prolonged criticism. Therefore we as a policy-bearer must prioritize the principle good governance in Decentralization of Education. The religious and religious education policies contained in Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007 are intended to help realize the goals of education in Indonesia, giving the right of autonomy in the form of decentralization of education to each school in each region to manage the institution. If the school is religious based, it is given the freedom to manage according to the teachings of the religion. But to realize this policy requires strong observers and willing to act, the principle of autonomy, flexibility, participatory and initiative can be used as a basis in realizing these goals as a whole.

Abstract

in the world of education The issue of ideology is interesting because it relates to the values ​​or patterns of ideas that are reflected in human life. College as an important part of life should be able to provide refreshment to human culture. For that reason the pattern of ideas within the educational ideology of the college curriculum is interesting to discuss. From the results of the study showed that: 1) Profile picture in general is to achieve the profile of graduates. There are three profiles of PAI graduates: educators, education counselors, and educational researchers. curriculum objectives in the form of learning achievement. The curriculum materials are courses that are derivatives of the curriculum. The curriculum method uses student centered learning (SCL) principles, and curriculum evaluation using the rubric system. 2) The educational ideology contained in the Curriculum refers to KKNI and SNPT berparadigma Integration-Interconnection applied in PAI Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is an eclectic ideology. This shows that the educational ideology in the curriculum has its own distinctive characteristics. Abstrak dalam dunia pendidikan Persoalan ideologi menarik karena berhubungan dengan nilai atau pola gagasan yang tercermin dalam kehidupan manusia. Perguruan tinggi sebagai salah satu bagian penting dalam kehidupan harus dapat memberikan penyegaran terhadap kebudayaan manusia. Untuk itu maka pola gagasan di dalam ideologi pendidikan dari kurikulum perguruan tinggi menarik untuk dibahas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gambaran profil secara umum adalah untuk mencapai profil lulusan. Terdapat tiga profil lulusan PAI yaitu pendidik, konselor pendidikan, dan peneliti pendidikan. tujuan kurikulum berupa capaian pembelajaran. Materi kurikulum adalah mata kuliah yang merupakan turunan dari kurikulum. Metode kurikulum menggunakan prinsip student centered learning (SCL), dan evaluasi kurikulum menggunakan sistem rubrik. 2) Muatan ideologi pendidikan yang terdapat pada Kurikulum mengacu KKNI dan SNPT berparadigma Integrasi-Interkoneksi yang diterapkan di Program Studi PAI Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah Dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta adalah ideologi yang bersifat eklektik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ideologi pendidikan dalam kurikulum memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang khas. Kata kunci: kurikulum mengacu KKNI dan SNPT Berparadigma Integrasi-Interkoneksi, Ideologi Pendidikan.

Abstract

Measurement in the field of education, especially the teaching and learning process can be done with measuring tools in the form of tests and non-tests. Islamic Religious Education is considered the same as other subjects. to realize student success is also measured through evaluation, which is a systematic process to obtain information about the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. In addition, it can also assist teachers in achieving learning objectives and describe student achievement in accordance with predetermined criteria. This study aims to analyze the Year-End Assessment of MAN 2 Bantul for the 2020/2021 academic year consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. The items analyzed in the report have a total number of responses of 265 students. Item analysis using analysis with modern test theory ( Item Response Theory ). The results showed that the results of the model fit test showed that the instrument fit on the 2 PL model (Logistics parameter) with the lowest AIC value, namely 4874.85. The results of the parameter analysis of the level of difficulty indicate that there are 4 questions that are categorized as very easy, 4 easy questions, 15 moderate questions, 1 difficult question, and 1 very difficult question. This shows that the distribution of the difficulty level parameters is quite balanced. The results of the analysis of the different power parameters show that there are 23 good questions, 1 fairly good question, and 1 bad question. This shows that the different power level parameters are quite good. The results of the estimation of students' abilities with the MLE estimator showed that there were no students who had abilities below -4. There are 15 students with abilities above 2.00. There are 165 students who fall into the good category (ability -2 to 2 and 9 students who have abilities below -2. Based on the plot of the information function, it can be concluded that the optimal test if given to individuals with low abilities is around -1.2. Accurate questions to measure students' abilities with a range of -2.5 to 1.2.

Abstract

Di tengah era disrupsi ini, Keluarga adalah salah satu kunci sukseknya Pendidikan. Keluarga menjadi basis organik Pendidikan bagi perkembangan seorang anak. Dalam keluarga seorang anak dibentuk fisik dan psikisnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor perspektif alquran dalam melihat Pendidikan keluarga secara utuh. Era milenial yang ditandai dengan perkembangan tekhnologi dan informasi yang super cepat menjadikan sosio-kultur dalam keluarga banyak berubah. Revolusi industri 4.0 yang bergulir tidak dapat di tahan ditengah laju globalisasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkan pendekatan baru dalam Pendidikan keluarga ditengah perubahan yang terus terjadi.

Abstract

The issue of low and unsatisfactory service quality has prompted the public sector to carry out reforms in all fields. Various concepts, “ New Public Management,” which has proven its success in the private/business sector, are tried to be adopted and implemented. One of the quality management concepts widely applied in both the business and public sectors is TQM ( Total Quality Management). This study aims to explain the application of TQM-based quality management principles in MI Tahfidz El Muna Q (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tahfidz El Muna Q) Islamic boarding school Al-Munawwir Krapyak Yogyakarta. The type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Methods of collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using thematic analysis. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation test. The results show that MI Tahfidz El Muna Q has implemented the TQM principle with good. TQM-based quality management principles applied are quality assurance Institute, education/training carried out to improve the quality of elementary school M, customer-oriented, communication pattern, empowering educators and education staff, reporting to stakeholders, benchmarking against other institutions, understanding of the institution’s long-term goals, routine evaluation, and happiness. Based on these ten indicators, it can be understood that MI Tahfidz El Muna Q has carried out continuous improvement well.

Abstract

Scholars have widely discussed meta-analysis studies on the theory of multiple intelligences. However, no research explicitly discusses the theory of multiple intelligences in the development of social science. This study determined the effectiveness of multiple intelligences on learning achievement in social studies. For this reason, researchers compiled a study that has been carried out to determine the effectiveness of multiple intelligences in meta-analysis. This study used a meta-analysis method. There are six articles used in the study based on the inclusion-exclusion criteria. The meta-analysis findings revealed that multiple learning intelligence had a modest and optimistic impact on students’ social science performance. This study also revealed the magnitude of the effect of multiple intelligence-based learning based on moderator variables at the level of education, treatment implementation time, and type of subject. The research findings provide suggestions for the development of research on multiple intelligence studies in the future.
