Abstract

The dataset of software metrics in general are not balanced (unbalanced).An imbalance distribution of classes and attributes that are not relevant may decrease the performance of the model prediction software defect, because the majority of the class predictions tend to produce than minority class. This research uses a public dataset from NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) MDP (Metrics Data Program) repository. This research aims to reduce the influence of class imbalance in the dataset, so that performance can be improved in the classification of defect prediction software. The model proposed in this research is applying the technique feature selection with particle swarm optimization (PSO), approaches the level of data using Random Under Sampling (RUS) and SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) and (ensemble) Bagging with Naive Bayes Classifier. Research results show that the proposed model can improve the performance of naive bayes of the overall value of the AUC reached > 0.8. Statistical tests indicate that there is a significant difference between a naive bayes model with the model proposed by the p value (0.043) smaller than the alpha values (0.05) which means there is a significant difference between the two models.

Abstract

AbstrakPada era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, suatu perusahaan akan memenangkan sebuah persaingan bila dapat menciptakan nilai yang lebih baik dari saingannya dan memberi kepuasan hasil bagi pelanggan. Perusahaan saling bersaing dan mencari keunggulan dalam perusahaannya dan mencapai tujuannya dengan tepat, baik perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan maupun jasa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, analisa data, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program,  dan pengujian program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan admin dalam proses transaksi, memudahkan karyawan dalam memasukkan data hasil survey, memudahkan pengunjung untuk mencari info perusahaan dan memudahkan client dalam mengajukan permohonan proyek. Seiring berjalannya waktu, maka perlu sistem promosi yang lebih baik untuk menghadapi saingan perusahaan. Dampak positif dari perkembangan teknologi adalah penggunaan metode promosi di bidang web. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba membuat sistem informasi perdagangan barang dan jasa kontraktor pada CV. Mitra Bangun Sejahtera Purwokerto untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi yang memudahkan pengguna maupun admin dalam mencari info dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan memprioritaskan aktifitas bisnis yang terpadu dan terpogram sehingga bisa menjalin hubungan yang lebih baik dengan client.Kata Kunci : jasa kontraktor, perusahaan, sistem informasi AbstractThe era of increasingly intense business competition requires a company to win the competition if it can create better value than its competitors and give satisfaction to customers. The company competes with each other and seeks excellence in its company and achieves its objectives appropriately, both companies engaged in trade and services. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are observation, interviews, literature studies, data analysis, system design, program making, and program testing. The results of this study are a system that can facilitate the admin in the transaction process, making it easier for employees to enter survey data, making it easier for visitors to find company info and make it easier for clients to submit project applications. Over time, a better promotion system is needed to deal with the company's rivals. The positive impact of technological development is the use of promotional methods in the web. Therefore, the author tries to make an information system for trade in goods and services contractor on CV. Mitra Bangun Sejahtera Purwokerto to produce an information system that makes it easy for users and admin to find info and to improve company performance and prioritize integrated and terpogram business activities so that they can establish better relationships with clients.Keywords: companies, contractor services, information systems

Abstract

Banyak jumlah surat masuk dan surat keluar oleh Kantor Desa Karangrau, sehingga saat ini diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu kinerja yang berkaitan dengan surat-menyurat. Maka perlu dibuat sistem informasi arsip surat. Pengarsipan surat adalah catatan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang diterima maupun yang dikirim. Pada saat ini, prosedur yang diterapkan pada manajemen surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Kantor Desa Karangrau mulai dari penerimaan, pembuatan, penyimpanan, pendokumentasian surat semua dilakukan secara konvensional. Dengan adanya sistem informasi arsip surat dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesulitan serta waktu yang dihabiskan untuk proses pencarian data-data surat, dan memperbaiki manajemen dari pengarsipan surat yang sudah ada. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) dan MySQL untuk pengolahan basis datanya. Yang dihasillkan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola surat masuk dan surat keluar sesuai alur yang ditetapkan, dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada saat ini.

Abstract

Discipline is an important factor in educating vocational high school students to achieve life goals. One indication of student discipline is attendance to take part in learning activities at school. To get graduates who have a high discipline attitude so that later they can be applied in the real world of work. In this study, several variables were used, namely the finger print mechanism, finger print procedure, finger print achievement targets and student discipline. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample of 50 people who were taken randomly at 3 vocational high schools. This study aims to determine how much influence the variable finger print mechanism, finger print procedure and attendance achievement targets on student discipline. student discipline. This is evidenced by (t = 3.374, 2.093) > (table = 1.66515) and P Value (Sig) = 0.000 < 0.05 while the finger print mechanism variable has no positive and insignificant effect (t = 0.226 < 1.66515) and (Sig) = 882 > 0.05.

Abstract

AbstrakKarang Taruna Pelita Mas adalah organisasi pemuda sebagai wadah pengembangan generasi muda dalam bermasyarakat pembangunan desa yang kreatif mampu menciptakan karya seni berbentuk kerajinan dari barang bekas untuk dimanfaatkan dan di jual belikan. Namun dalam proses penjualannya Karang Taruna Pelita Mas masih menggunakan sistem manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat sistem penjualan berbasis website pada Karang Taruna Pelita Mas Banjarnegara, sebagai sarana penjualan dan promosi. Melalui website, customer bisa melihat detail barang yang akan dibeli, melakukan pemesanan, melakukan pembayaran secara transfer. Pengelola dapat melakukan pencatatan pemesanan, pencatatan data member dan laporan pembelian. Dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan menggunakan metode model SDLC air terjun (waterfall) sering juga disebut model sekuensial linier atau alur hidup klasik (classic life cycle). Model air terjun menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak seacara sekuensial atau terurut dari analisis, desain, pengodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung (support). Terakhir dalam melakukan Perancangan Sistem Informasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan alat bantu berupa ERD dan LRS.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, V-Model, Website AbstractKarang Taruna Pelita Mas is a youth organization as a forum for young generationdevelopment in a creative village development community that is able to create unique art work in the form of craft of used goods to untilized and traded, but in the process of selling Karang Taruna Pelita Mas still using manual system. Based on these problems then created a website-based sales system on Karang Taruna Pelita Mas Banjarnegara a means of sales an promotion. Throughthe website, customers can see details of goods to be purchased, ordering then make a payment by transfer. Managers can make reservations recording, recording data member, report purchase. In analyzing and designing, the authors use the software development method used by the SDLC model waterfall method (watrfall) is often also called linear sequential model or classic life cycle (classic life cycle). The waterfall model provides a software lifecycle approach sequentially or sequentially from analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. Abstract

Medicinal plants are one of the groups of plants that have enormous benefits for humans because they can help the medical process for healing disease. Herbal plants can be used as ingredients for medicines, medicines produced from herbal plants are also natural. Lack of knowledge of herbal plants causes people to prefer chemical-based medicines to help cure their diseases, even though chemical-based drugs have side effects on human health. This study aims to identify types of herbal plants based on the extraction of contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity features as well as shape recognition based on metric and eccentricity values. The method used in this research is GLCM features and K-means clustering. In this study, the data used consisted of 352 data divided into 320 training data and 32 testing data. This research succeeded in identifying and classifying herbal plant species using GLCM features and K-means clustering segmentation with an average accuracy value of 85.94%.

Abstract

Education is important to prepare quality Human Resources (HR) because quality human resources is an important factor for the nation and state development. Therefore, it is expected that every citizen has the right to get high educational opportunities from the 12-year compulsory education level. This study aims to implement the Decision Tree and K-NN algorithm in the classification of student interest in continuing school. This study proposes combining the Decision Tree and K-NN algorithm methods to improve accuracy with the Gain Ratio, Information Gain and Gini Index approaches for the measurement process. The test results show that the use of the Decision Tree algorithm produces an accuracy value of 97.30% while using the K-NN algorithm produces an accuracy of 89.60%. While the proposed method by combining the Decision Tree and K-NN algorithms produces an accuracy value of 98.07%. The results of evaluation measurements using the Area Under Curve (AUC) on the Decision Tree algorithm are 0.992 and the AUC on K-NN is 0.958 and on the combination of the Decision Tree and K-NN algorithms of 0.979. These results indicate that the proposed algorithm is very significant towards increasing accuracy in the classification of the interests of high school students continuing school

Abstract

Waru Village is one of the villages in the Bogor Regency area. However, the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is still subjective/qualitative so that the process of receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is not accurate and has not been on target. This makes the need for a method that can manage data on recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and produce a ranking from the calculation of weight for the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH). In making decisions about recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH), there is a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can be used in quantitative problem-solving. With the SAW method, each criterion is compared with one another to provide results of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and provide an assessment of each recipient (alternative) of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village. This study aims to determine the recipients of the PKH assistance program so that it can produce a decision on recipients of PKH assistance that the government distributes to the Waru village accurately on target.

Abstract

Abstrak - Permasalahan dalam proses pembuatan kartu tanda penduduk saat ini banyak menemui masalah diantaranya ketersediaan blanko ktp, birokrasi pemerintah hingga pelayanan di dinas terkait yang berimbas pada penumpukan data dan antrian pendafataran yang panjang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap layanan pendaftaran pembuatan e-ktp sehingga proses pendaftaran lebih dipermudah dengan mendaftar melalui web . Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan studi pustaka serta menggunakan metode waterfall model dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Website yang telah di rancang diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan terhadap proses pendafataran pembuatan e-ktp. Kata Kunci : e-Government, sistem informasi Abstracts - Problem Currently, in the process of making identity cards, there are many problems, including the availability of ID cards, government bureaucracy to services at related offices which have an impact on data accumulation and long registration queues. The purpose of the study is to provide an alternative solution to the registration service for making e-ID cards so that the registration process is made easier by registering via the web. The method used in data collection uses observation techniques and literature study and uses the waterfall model method in software development. Abstract

Abstract - Job application files in Pdf format are currently needed to apply for jobs via e-mail. However, not everyone can do it if one only has a Smartphone. Some people tend to look for Job Application Letter Writing Services on the Internet. If it turns out that the job is not accepted, then the job application letter will be made again with a different company name. Of course it will cost money because you often make it. From these problems, it can be concluded that it is necessary to make it easy for prospective workers who will apply for jobs to make job application files in pdf format that can be accessed using a smartphone. Using Website-Based Technology allows applications to be accessed anywhere with a browser and internet connection. This application has been implemented on the lokerbumiayu.id website. Testing of the application has been carried out from June 2021 to December 2021, it can be seen that there are 20.002 users who have written letters using this application. Includes Job Application Letters, Curriculum Vitae, Application Letter for Internship, Permit Not Entering Work, Resignation Letter and Image converter tool to Pdf. Aplikasi ini telah diterapkan di website lokerbumiayu.id, Pengujian aplikasi telah dilakukan sejak bulan juni 2021 sampai desember 2021 dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat 20.002 pengguna telah membuat surat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Meliputi Surat Lamaran Kerja, Daftar Riwayat Hidup, Surat Permohonan Magang, Surat Izin Tidak Masuk Kerja, Surat Pengunduran Diri dan Alat pengubah Gambar ke Pdf.
