Abstract

This type of study is explanatory research (explanation), where these studies can be evaluated in accordance with the level of depending objects. In theexplanatory level this research includes the study of descriptive, which research conducted to determine the value of independent variable, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connect between variables one with other. This research is using secondary and primary data. Secondary data in this study was obtained from the company documents in the form of written reports that are generated periodically, while the primary data obtained based on observations and interviews with leadership and employees.Testing hypotheses using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a positive impact on consumer credit distribution in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Branch Sungguminasa.Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing with the coefficient of determination (r2), amounting to 1.1025 or 11,025% interest rate changes affect the amount of the consumer credit distribution while the remaining 88,975% is influenced by other indicators that are not included in this study. To the authors suggest that the banks can maintain the stability of interest rates on loans.

Abstract

As for the purpose of this study is 1). To determine how much influence the provision Kupedes PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Unit Toddopuli the income levels of small entrepreneurs in Makassar 2). To determine differences in small business income, before obtaining the loan and after obtaining credit. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect between the independent variables Equity (X ₁), Capital Loans (X ₂) to small businesses whose income (Y). This is evident from the calculated F value is large with a significant level 0.000 92 488 less than the alpha value of 0.05. And independent variables (Equity and Equity Loans) indicated a large effect by R = 0.847 or 84.7% of the dependent variable (income level). While the major contribution of the variable to the level of income (Y), which is indicated by the R Square of 0.717 or 71.7%. In other words 71.7% rate pendapata (Y) is influenced by the independent variables (X1 and X2), while the remaining 28.3% were caused by other factors that are not taken into account in this variable. Partially or individually, there are two independent variables that significantly influence the level of small business income, based on the analysis conducted after a change in income customers receive a credit of 9.98% of previous income. Operating revenues average respondent before receiving loans amounting to Rp 1,554,958. While businesses operating revenues average respondent after receiving loans of Rp 15,614,703. From the calculation of the variable t own capital, from the data obtained indicated that t count> t table or 12.804> 1.992 with a significant level (α) of 0.000 <0.05, as well as lending capital variables, ditujunkkan of the data obtained is t count> t table or 2.097> 1.992 with a significant level (α) of 0.039 <0.05. Thus it can be said that the number of small business income before getting a loan and after getting a loan from BRI indicate a significant difference. With the PT BRI (Persero) Unit Toddopuli considered to have a positive impact on small businesses in improving their business.

Abstract

The success of development characterized by high economic growth. Economic growth is expected to improve factors - factors of production, which stimulates economic development on a large scale. This study aims to determine how much influence these variable exports for economic growth in South Sulawesi using several theories and the results of previous research on economic growth. Variables examined exports using time series data for the period 2010 - 2012 and analyzed using Ordinary Least Square method. The study found that government spending variable exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth.

Abstract

Research executed as a mean to analyse the factors influencing career development applied individually by employees of at PT. XYZ Makassar. Result of research indicate that the internal factor and eksternal of individual career covering the existence of career planning, individual career development activity, performance and interest, related/relevant organizational policy of career, tuition and support of part of officer, and also organizational head support give the very influence of signifikan statistically to individual career development effort. Model the linear equation prove that 63,0% change strive the individual career development of employees of because of existence of variation of internal factor variable change and individual eksternal career, and also 37,0% because of other;dissimilar factor outside analysis of penelitian.Variabel of performance and interest of at internal factor of career and also variable of tuition and support of part of officer statistically more dominant influence the individual career development effort at employees PT. XYZ Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strength (kekuatan), weaknesses (kelemahan), opportunity (peluang), threats (ancaman) yang dihadapi oleh Kafe Infinity dan juga untuk melihat alternatif apa yang pantas untuk digunakan pada Kafe Infinity. Jenis analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari hasil analisis matriks SWOT yang menghasilkan alternative strategi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu ST, WT, SO, dan WO. Melalaui analisis lanjutan maka strategi yang paling tepat diantara empat strategi yang ada adalah strategi SO yaitu yang memanfaatkan strength (kekuatan) untuk memaksimalkan Opportunity (peluang).

Abstract

This research is intended as an academic effort to find out more about the performance of lecturers and the factors that influence it. Personality factor is the best factor used to predict employee performance. Another factor that affects performance is a factor related to the work environment, namely Workplace Spirituality. This study uses a quantitative approach and applies survey research to take samples and distribute online questionnaires as a data collection tool. All returned e-questionnaires were verified, and the number of final respondents used as research data was 178 lecturers. This amount is considered appropriate because it has fulfilled the requirements for the number of research samples. The data analysis technique used SPSS assistance. The results of the study indicate that increasing the capacity of the lecturer's personality in carrying out professional duties as a lecturer will have an impact on improving the performance of the lecturer. Likewise with the improvement of working environment conditions that are able to foster a meaningful feeling at work, a feeling of being connected to the community and the enforcement of institutional values ​​that are in line with the values ​​believed by lecturers will have an impact on improving the performance of lecturers

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of professionalism and work experience on auditors' job satisfaction and its implications for their performance at public accounting firms in Makassar. This research employs a survey method to collect data by distributing questionnaires and reviewing documentation. This study's population consisted of 50 auditors, but only 38 participants were sampled. Utilizing Smart PLS 3.0 Software, multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The results indicated that experience and professionalism had a positive and statistically significant effect on auditors' job satisfaction. The variable work experience has a positive and statistically significant effect on auditor performance. In the meantime, professionalism has a negative and significant impact on auditor performance; and there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and auditor performance.

Abstract

Lower realization than predetermined target values. One example of ineffective work management is the parking mechanism where most parking objects still use the manual system. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Regional Revenue Board either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency Office from September to October 2020. The population in this study was 139 with a sample of 73 people. The sample was obtained because all populations were sampled but only 73 respondents returned it and this number was deemed to have met the requirements based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10 percent, totaling 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and review documentation. Existing data are processed using the SPSS application to carry out an impact test. The results showed that partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Kompetensi, Iklim Organisasi Dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah semua tenaga honorer dan pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene yang berjumlah 93 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh karakteristik individu secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 5) Variabel iklim organisasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Competence, Organizational Climate and Individual Characteristics on Employee Work Performance at the Housing and Land Service Offices of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variables influencing Employee Work Performance at the Residential Areas and Land Affairs Office Majene. The results show that: 1) There is a partially positive and significant influence of competence on the work performance of the employees of the Housing Area and Land Service Office of Majene Regency 2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate partially on the work performance of the employees of the Housing and Land Affairs Office Majene Regency 3) There is no partial influence of individual characteristics on the work performance of the employees of the Housing Area and Land Service Office of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the work performance of the employees of the Regency Housing and Land Affairs Office. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan media pembelajaran, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian di.peroleh melalui survey pada semua guru yang berada di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, yaitu berjumlah 42 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, Sedangkan media pembelajaran dan Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (2) Secara simultan variabel media pembelajaran, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (3) Dari Nilai koefisien beta menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu motivasi kerja. Penulis mengharapkan media pembelajaran berfungsi melancarkan jalannya kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebaiknya guru menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajarnya; lingkungan kerja yaitu sekolah merupakan tempat kedua selain keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter dan pribadi anak. This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of both partially and simultaneously learning media, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 42 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) work motivation has an effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, while learning media and work environment have no effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. . (2) Simultaneously, the variables of learning media, work environment and work motivation affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. (3) The value of the beta coefficient indicates that the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y) is work motivation. The author hopes that the learning media functions to expedite the course of teaching and learning activities, teachers should use learning media in the teaching and learning process; the work environment, namely school is the second place besides the family in the formation of children's character and personality.
