Abstract

This research was conducted because of the influence of competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance in the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province. To know and analyze the competence, communication and organizational culture of employee performance in the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province and for the benefit of all parties bound in this research is expected to develop knowledge in the field of human resource management, especially regarding competence, communication and organizational culture in employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data that is a response to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The sample in this study was 78 employee respondents at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province. The results of this study stated that competence, communication and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 75.7% and the remaining 24.3% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

This research study aims to find out and explain the influence of leadership, human resources quality and job satisfaction in improving employee performance at the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Center. In this study, Slovin was used in calculating the sample number of 110 employees from a total population of 150 employees. Data analysis methods used quantitative descriptive use multiple linear regression to measure the influence of leadership, HR quality, and job satisfaction in improving employee performance. Based on the F test or simultaneously together leadership, HR quality, and job satisfaction in improving employee performance were able to contribute by 76.0 percent. Leadership is the most dominant factor in improving employee performance in leadership, HR quality, and job satisfaction in improving employee performance at the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan media pembelajaran, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Data penelitian di.peroleh melalui survey pada semua guru yang berada di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, yaitu berjumlah 42 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng, Sedangkan media pembelajaran dan Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (2) Secara simultan variabel media pembelajaran, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. (3) Dari Nilai koefisien beta menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu motivasi kerja. Penulis mengharapkan media pembelajaran berfungsi melancarkan jalannya kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebaiknya guru menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajarnya; lingkungan kerja yaitu sekolah merupakan tempat kedua selain keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter dan pribadi anak. This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of both partially and simultaneously learning media, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 42 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) work motivation has an effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, while learning media and work environment have no effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. . (2) Simultaneously, the variables of learning media, work environment and work motivation affect the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. (3) The value of the beta coefficient indicates that the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y) is work motivation. The author hopes that the learning media functions to expedite the course of teaching and learning activities, teachers should use learning media in the teaching and learning process; the work environment, namely school is the second place besides the family in the formation of children's character and personality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the management of village funds in increasing development in the village of Leppangeng, the obstacles that occur in its application, and the efforts that can be made in overcoming various obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and observations and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Fund in Leppangeng Village had been carried out well and effectively in the field of development, but it was still efficient in its use. However, the realization of the use of village funds in 2018 has decreased compared to previous years due to various obstacles. The commitment of the central government, regional government, and village government to jointly succeed in the success of the village fund policy, especially in terms of increasing the competence of the apparatus in the village in terms of knowledge of the application of the village financial system.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Skill and human resource development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The data used questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data collectedusing the list of questions (indicators) submitted as a measuring instrument using modification of the likert scale. The sample of this study was a group of employees at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of 100 respondents. Where all employees have different charateristics from high school education level to magister (S2) and based on work experience. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods. This method is used when conducting analysis on the influence of Skill and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The result show that skill and development of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and, should routinely provide that Skill to its employees and has more attention to the performance of its employees. Employees who are considered to be underperforming, it is best to develop the employee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan, dan teknologi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 4 Makassar sebenyak 61 orang. Metode penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus sampling, sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh para responden. Metode analisis data yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regersi linear berganda, uji t uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan, dan teknologi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of discipline on employee productivity at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang, The research method uses quantitative research and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression methods. The population is 30 employees and the sample obtained uses the saturated sample method with a total sample of 30 people. The results showed that partially discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang. Simultaneously it was found that discipline and the work environment jointly influence the work productivity of employees at PT. Cemerlang Surya Gemilang. Discipline and a good and conducive work environment have a positive effect on increasing employee work productivity and management maintains these conditions by supporting supporting facilities, attention andreward employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors on the income and independence of seaweed farmers in Mamuju Regency. This study was designed using a combination of model research or explanatory sequential design, which is a research design that combines or combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. The population in this study were all seaweed farmers in Mamuju Regency as many as 1,485 people. Determination of the number of samples as much as 10% of the total population, so that a sample of 148 seaweed farmers. Data were analyzed using path analysis.The results showed that (1) Capital was the variable that had the greatest effect on the independence of farmers by 55.6%; (2) Land area is the second variable influencing independence by 45.2%; (3) The number of dependents is the third variable that affects independence by 29.9%; (4) The interaction of education and counseling is the fourth variable that affects independence by 24.4%; (5) Experience is the fifth variable that affects independence by 24.3%; (6) Age is the sixth variable that affects the independence of farmers by 18.5%; (7) The intensity of counseling is the seventh variable that affects the independence of farmers by 14.1%; (8) Education is the eighth variable that affects the independence of farmers by 11.8%. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap terhadap pendapatan dan kemandirian pembudidaya rumput laut di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kombinasi model atau desain sequantial explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembudiyaya rumput laut di Kabupaten Mamuju sebanyak 1.485 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 % dari total populasi, sehingga sampel sebanyak 148 pembudidaya rumput laut. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Modal merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh terbesar terhadap kemandirian pembudidaya sebesar 55,6% ; (2) Luas lahan merupakan variabel kedua yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian sebesar 45,2% ; (3) Jumlah tanggungan merupakan variabel ketiga yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian sebesar 29,9% ; (4) Interaksi pendidikan dan penyuluhan merupakan variabel keempat yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian sebesar 24,4% ; (5) Pengalaman merupakan variabel kelima yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian sebesar 24,3% ; (6) Umur merupakan variabel keenam yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian pembudidaya sebesar 18,5% ; (7) Intensitas penyuluhan merupakan variabel ketujuh yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian pembudidaya sebesar 14,1% ; (8) Pendidikan merupakan variabel kedelapan yang berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian pembudidaya sebesar11,8%.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of human capital and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on the organizational performance at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District, as well as to find out the dominant variable affecting the organizational performance. The type of this research is quantitative using the survey approach. This research was counducted at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District. The population of this research was all employees at the Office for Management of Revenue, Finance, and Assets of Selayar District with the sample of 93 people. The result showed that 1) there was a positive and significant effect of human capital and organizational culture partially on the organizational performance in which t statistics of 3.927 and 3.403 were higher than t table 1.986 ( t statistics > t table); 2) there was a positive and significant effect of human capital and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance in which F statistic was 32,650 higher than F table of 3,098 ( F statistic > F table); 3) the most dominant variable was human capital with the value of determination of 0.648 and the coefficient of 0.243 as well as t statistic of 3,927. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Human Capital dan Organizational Culture secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan human capital dan organizational culture secara parsial terhadap kinerja dengan t hitung 3,927 dan 3,403 lebih besar dari t table 1,986 ( t hitung > t table); 2) terdapat pemgaruh positif dan signifikan human capital dan organizational culture secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan F hitung 32.650 yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel 3.098 (F hitung> F table); 3)variabel yang paling dominan adalah human capital dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,648 dan koefisien 0,243 serta nilai t hitung 3.927.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service Office. This research is a quantitative research with survey method with correlational analysis technique to determine the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Partially indicate that the work culture variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the work culture, the higher the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 2) Partially shows that the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work environment, the better the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 3) Partially shows that the leadership variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the applied leadership will further improve the performance of the state civil apparatus at the Sidrap Regency Environmental Service. 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership affect the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus, which means that the increase in Work Culture, Work Environment and Leadership will affect the increase in the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Environmental Service of Sidrap Regency by 88.9%.
