Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah yang memberi gejala berlanjut pada suatu organ tubuh sehingga timbul kerusakan lebih berat seperti stroke. Di Sumatra Barat tahun 2013  prevelensi  hipertensi yang didapat melalui pengukuran pada umur >18 tahun adalah sebanyak 22,6 % (Riskesdas, 2013). Berdasarkan observasi awal di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW) Sabai Nan Aluih Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Tahun 2016, setelah dilakukan wawancara lansia yang menderita hipertensi periode November- Desember 2016. Lebih dari separuh (62,5 %) 150 lansia yang menjadi responden di PSTW Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Padang Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus kiwi (Actinida Deliciora) Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada lansia.Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum (Pretest) dan sesudah (Postest) perlakuan yang diberi jus kiwi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2017. Populasi seluruh lansia penderita hipertensi yang ada di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Si Cinci Kabupaten Padang Pariaman di kategorikan hiperetensi yaitu yang memiliki tekanan darah > 140-200 mmhg ttd>90-100mmhg berdasarkan pengukuran tekanan darah di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Si Cincin Kabupaten Padang Pariaman sebanyak 150. sampel 15 subjek. Data yang diperoleh untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian jus kiwi terhadap tekanan darah  pada penderita hipertensi di analisis statistic non parametric Uji Wilconox Signed Rank Test.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa/i merupakan sebagian dari masyarakat Indonesia khususnya sebagai generasi penerus bangsa diharapkan memiliki perilaku hidup sehat sesuai dengan visi Indonesia sehat 2025 dengan status gizi yang baik pula. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan gizi dan asupan zat gizi (karbohidrat, protein, lemak, zat besi, dan vitamin C) dengan status gizi mahasiswi tingkat I dan II Program Studi Gizi di STIKes Perintis Padang. Desain Penelitian ini cross sectional yang dilakukan pada Januari-Mei 2019 dengan jumlah populasi 105 orang. Dengan sampel sebanyak 45 orang menggunakan rumus lemeshow, yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data diolah menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan program SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa mahasiswi yang memiliki status gizi normal (60%), pengetahuan baik (47%), asupan karbohidrat cukup (27%), asupan protein cukup (53%), asupan lemak cukup (44%), asupan zat besi cukup (16%), dan asupan vitamin c cukup (22%). Hubungan pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi (p > 0,05) Hubungan asupan karbohidrat dengan status gizi (p < 0,05) Hubungan asupan protein dengan status gizi (p > 0,05), hubungan asupan protein dengan status gizi (p > 0,05), hubungan asupan lemak dengan status gizi (p > 0,05), hubungan asupan zat besi dengan status gizi (p > 0,05) hubungan asupan vitamin c dengan status gizi (p > 0,05). Kesimpulannya adalah tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan gizi, asupan protein, lemak, zat besi, dan vitamin c dengan status gizi, sedangkan asupan karbohidrat terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan status gizi mahasiswi tingkat I dan II program studi gizi di STIKes Perintis Padang. Oleh karena itu mahasiswi perlu memperhatikan asupan zat gizi terutama karbohidrat dengan cara pola makan yang seimbang agar tercapainya status gizi normal atau baik. Kata kunci : Asupan Zat Gizi, Pengetahuan Gizi,  Pola Makan, dan Status Gizi  ABSTRACT Students / i are part of Indonesian society especially as the next generation of the nation are expected to have healthy living behavior in accordance with the vision of healthy Indonesia in 2025 with good nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional knowledge and nutrient intake (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, iron, and vitamin C) with the nutritional status of female students level I and II of the Nutrition Study Program at STIKES Perintis Padang. The design of this study was cross sectional which was conducted in January-May 2019 with a population of 105 people. With a sample of 45 people using the Lemeshow formula, which was taken with a simple random sampling technique. Data were processed using Chi-square test with SPSS program. From the results of this study note that female students who have normal nutritional status (60%), good knowledge (47%), adequate carbohydrate intake (27%), adequate protein intake (53%), adequate fat intake (44%), substance intake enough iron (16%), and enough vitamin c intake (22%). Relationship of nutritional knowledge with nutritional status (p> 0.05) Relationship of carbohydrate intake with nutritional status (p <0.05) Relationship of protein intake with nutritional status (p> 0.05), relationship of protein intake with nutritional status (p> 0 , 05), the relationship between fat intake and nutritional status (p> 0.05), relationship between iron intake and nutritional status (p> 0.05) relationship between vitamin c intake and nutritional status (p> 0.05). The conclusion is that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge, intake of protein, fat, iron, and vitamin C with nutritional status, while carbohydrate intake has a significant relationship with the nutritional status of female students level I and II of nutrition study programs at STIKES Perintis Padang. Therefore, students need to pay attention to the intake of nutrients, especially carbohydrates by means of a balanced diet in order to achieve normal or good nutritional status. Keywords: Nutrition Intake, Nutrition Knowledge, Diet, and Nutritional Status

Abstract

Prevalence of stunting among school-age children around the world (5-14 years) is about 28% (171 million children), nationally 30.7%, while for West Sumatra 26.6% and Padang City is 37.1%. The prevalence of stunting from the results of screening conducted in grade I elementary school students in Padang was 5.14%, the highest prevalence was in SDN 09 Nanggalo by 30%.The purpose of this study to determine the determinant factors of stunting events in school children and its effect on learning achievement at SDN 09 Nanggalo Padang City in 2017. This research use Cross Sectional Study design, total of 332 children and sample 75 children. The statistical test used is chi- square on p-value <0.05. From the result of research of stunting student prevalence counted 16%, less half of students with low learning achievement (44%), determinant factor of stunting event is mother education, mother knowledge and energy consumption and protein and there is stunting effect to learning achievement. It is recommended to nutrition officers to regularly measure school children's height and weight to monitor the nutritional status of school children and teachers and principals to provide more activities that can improve learning achievement, such as holding additional lessons.
