Abstract

Brand loyalty sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi sebuah perusahan dalam tujuan membangun konsumen yang loyal, sehingga setiap perusahaan selalu berusaha untuk memberikan produk yang terbaik bagi konsumen. Brand loyalty salah satunya dapat dibentuk dengan adanya Green brand image dimana dengan adanya Green brand image yang kuat maka akan terbentuklah Brand loyalty. Pada masa sekarang konsep ramah lingkungan berkembang dan menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat dimana dengan adanya kesadaran masyarakat untuk semakin hidup lebih sehat terbentuklah Green brand image terhadap produk yang digunakan akan mewujudkan Brand loyalty. Penelitian ini akan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Green brand image terhadap Brand loyalty melalui Green satisfaction pada konsumen konsumen produk AC Panasonic pada 100 responden di 5 Kecamatan di Batam. Analisis data menggunakan Path dan hasilnya menyatakan bahwa Green brand image berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Brand loyalty melalui Green satisfaction. Kata kunci: Green brand image, Brand loyalty, dan Green satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, workload and work environment on work effectiveness and organizational commitment as intervening variables at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population of this study was all employees at the Regional Secretariat Office in Bintan Regency, with a total of 133 people. In this study, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with the Saturated Sampling (Census) technique with a total sampling of 133 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using SEM analysis with PLS.The results of the study are as follows: (1) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (2) The effect of workload on work effectiveness is positive and not significant. (3) The influence of the work environment on work effectiveness is positive and significant. (4) The effect of Organizational Commitment on Work Effectiveness is positive and significant. (5) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Organizational Commitment is positive and significant. (6) The effect of workload on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (7) The effect of work environment on organizational commitment is positive and significant. (8) The effect of Interpersonal Communication on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (9) The effect of Workload on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and significant. (10) The effect of Work Environment on Work Effectiveness variable with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable is positive and not significant.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used mixed methods research (Qualitative and Quantitative) with the subject being all ASNs in the Research and Development Planning Agency for the City of Tanjungpinang, totaling 120 people. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to employees who were the research subjects. The discussion in this chapter is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures 5 (five) main variables in this study, namely Quality of Work Life, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement, Performance and Person Organizational Fit. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument tests, normality tests, hypothesis testing and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and path analysis. This study uses path analysis (Path Analysis) to examine the pattern of relationships that reveal the effect of a variable or set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect effects. Calculation of the path coefficient in this study was assisted by Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect effects between variables, it can be seen from the calculation of the path coefficient and to find out the significance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the dependent variable Y (employee performance). While the independent variables are X1 (digital banking), X2 (motivation), X3 (training) and X4 (leadership) at PT. Bank Central Asia Batam Branch. The population is all employees of PT Bank Central Asia Batam Branch as many as 135 employees. The sample was taken using the slovin formula with an e value of 5% so that the sample processed in the study was 100 employees. The data analysis technique is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program application. The results of data analysis resulted in a multiple linear regression equation Y=11.529+0.247X1+0.464X2 - 0.010X3+0.147X4+e. Partial to each independent variable is digital banking of 0.168 > 0.05, motivation of 0.000 < 0.05, training of 0.933 > 0.05 and leadership of 0.181 > 0.05. The results of the partial regression analysis show that the digital variables of banking, training and leadership have a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance while motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The variables X1(digital banking), X2(motivation), X3(training) and X4(leadership) together contribute to a positive and significant influence on Y (employee performance) by a degree of signification (Sig F) 0.000 on employee performance < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh bukti empiris tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berada di Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Batam. Kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 143 responden dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Metode uji yang digunaka adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin secara simultan menggunakan uji F, diperoleh nilai F hitung 60.540 dengan tingkat signifikasi (sig) = 0.000. karena nilai 0.000 < 0,05, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka model regresi adalah signifikan atau dapat dikatakan Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer value, and Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty at JNE Express Plamo Garden. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was JNE Express Plamo Garden customers in January and February 2022 with a total of 49,620 people. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire / questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at JNE Express Plamo Garden with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at JNE Express Plamo Garden with a probability value of 0.002<0.05. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at JNE Express Plamo Garden with a probability value of 0.033<0.05. The coefficient of determination of 49.9% shows the contribution of Service Quality, Customer Value, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Customer Loyalty at JNE Express Plamo Garden and the remaining 50.1% is explained by various other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, financial performance, and environmental performance on the stock price.  This study uses business risk, financial performance proxied by ROA, and environmental performance proxied by PROPER as independent variables. Meanwhile, the stock price is the dependent variable. The research population is a coal mining company listed on the IDX as many as 22 companies. The research sample took 11 companies obtained by using the purposive sampling method. The research sample took 11 companies obtained by using the purposive sampling method. The research method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the business risk variable had no significant effect on stock prices, while the financial performance and environmental performance variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the variables of business risk, financial performance, and environmental performance have a significant effect on the stock price.  Advice for the company is to maintain financial performance and environmental performance in order to maintain investor confidence in the company.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu PKK di wilayah kampung Bagan. Fokus utama pelatihan yang diadakan adalah mengenai pembuatan sosis sehat sebagai alternatif sumber protein masyarakat yang memiliki peluang peningkatan penghasilan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pemaparan materi dan praktik langsung. Pemaparan materi meliputi kandungan sosis yang beredar di pasaran, berbagai metode pembuatan sosis, jenis selongsong yang dapat digunakan serta pengetahuan mengenai berbagai sumber protein lain yang dapat diolah menjadi sosis. Praktik dilakukan menggunakan daging ayam giling, dan selongsong bahan kolagen, yang pada aplikasi dapat dikembangkan untuk berbagai jenis sumber protein lainnya. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan wawasan ibu-ibu PKK mengenai pembuatan sosis dan dapat membuka peluang usaha bagi warga.

Abstract

Pamak is one of the villages in Tebing District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The majority of the population are immigrants from outside the island of Karimun, who work in various fields such as government employees, teachers and employees in private companies. Meanwhile, the majority of mothers are only housewives, whose daily activities are mostly at home. This activity is very useful to increase the knowledge of mothers about the use of household waste that is produced every day from activities in the kitchen. In addition to raw materials that can be obtained easily without having to buy, because they can be obtained from the rest of the mothers' cooking activities every day, the process is also very simple and easy to do. By using these eco enzymes, mothers can save on expenses related to cleaning in their daily household activities. So many benefits that can be obtained from the Eco enzyme. Can be used as a floor cleaner, dishwasher, laundry mix, air freshener, water purifier and plant fertilizer. Those women in Pamak Village were very enthusiastic about participating in the socialization of making the eco enzyme. Mothers now understand that kitchen waste does not have to be thrown away without being used. By not spending additional costs to get raw materials, with an easy process and no special skills required, now mothers can create their own cleaners and fertilizers. And it has economic value if it is practiced because after getting the harvest at the end of the process, eco enzymes can be sold directly to consumers. So that mothers can save on kitchen expenses while also increasing their income with the knowledge about making this eco enzyme.

Abstract

Tabulampot atau tanaman buah dalam pot dapat menjadi salah satu solusi bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai hobi berkebun namun memiliki lahan pekarangan yang sempit. Kondisi ini dialami oleh masyarakat di perkotaan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan perkotaan dengan budidaya tabulampot sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di perumahan Citra Batam, Batam mempunyai tujuan : (1) Menambah minat dan pemahaman warga sasaran mengenai budidaya tabulampot pada pekarangan atau teras rumah, (2) Meningkatkan skill warga sasaran dalam mempraktekan sistem tabulampot pada pekarangan rumah masing-masing dan (3) Mendorong warga sasaran untuk mejadikan budidaya tabulampot sebagai peluang bisnis lokal yang dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga. Kegiatan terdiri dari pemaparan teori dan praktek atau demo atau tabulampot. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan.
