Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of providing a health-related fitness model on the physical improvement and physical activity of SMK students. The method used in this study was experimental with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample used a random cluster sampling technique by selecting the experimental group and the control group, consisting of 33 students aged 16-17 years. The instruments used in this study were physical fitness test instruments, namely the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results showed this study indicates a change in students' understanding of the HRF model before and after treatment; there is an effect of using the HRF model on physical fitness tests and active lifestyles. There is a significant relationship between understanding HRF, physical fitness, and an active lifestyle of 0.457, which is sufficient. There was an effect of Health-related fitness on physical fitness and students' busy lifestyles. A good Health Related Fitness can have a significant impact both on yourself and on fellow friends, relatives, family, and other general public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching style command on learning outcomes of shooting in the soccer game of class IV-C students of SDN 159 Sekejati Bandung. The method used is an experimental method with the type of one-group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples is 20 students from classes IV-C. The data collection uses the technique futsal skill game. The result of this study indicates that there is an effect of the command style on the learning outcomes of the command teaching style on the inner foot passage learning in futsal games at class IV-C students of SDN 159 Sekejati Bandung because the t-count is more significant than t-table (16,580 > 2,093).

Abstract

This experimental research was implemented in two elementary schools, namely SDN Kaduronyo 1 as the experimental class and SDN Palembang 2 as the control class. Before carrying out the research, the conditions must be met: the population and sample must be homogeneous or the same. When the two groups are homogeneous or the same, then normality can be measured by carrying out the normality test. The normality test results showed that the initial questionnaire data for experimental learning outcomes was 0.094> 0.05, the final questionnaire for experimental learning outcomes was 0.088> 5, the significance of the experimental group pretest was 0.034> 0.05, and the post-test experiment was 0.19. Meanwhile, from the results of the normality test for the control class, it was found that the initial questionnaire data for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the initial questionnaire for control learning outcomes was 0.200> 0.05, the post-test for the control group 0.200> 0.05 and post-test 0.200> 0.05. So the data from the experimental group are normally distributed. So, the data from the control group are normally distributed. The results of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on high Physical Fitness can be seen from the calculation of increased student learning outcomes, from 13.3% to 17.8%. There is a significant influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning methods on Physical Fitness; this can be seen from the results of the independent sample t-test calculation on learning outcomes it can be seen that the price is sig = 0.001 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus the probability is smaller than 0.05. This fact shows that the variance of learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes has a significant effect.

Abstract

Tujuan study menginvestigasi pengaruh program pembelajaran renang selama 8 minggu terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dasar renang gaya bebas mahasiswa ilmu keolahragaan tingkat pemula. Pengukuran kemampuan dasar renang mencakup; kemampuan menyelam, mengapung, meluncur, gerakan kaki, gerakan lengan, koordinasi gerakan kaki dan lengan, mengambil nafas, dan kemampuan renang gaya bebas lengkap. Subjek penelitian 30 orang (18 pria dan 12 wanita), rentang usia 19 – 21 tahun. Seluruh kemampuan dasar renang hasil pra-postes menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan p =0.000.01. Artinya program pembelajaran renang gaya bebas selama 8 minggu, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dasar renang gaya bebas mahasiswa untuk pemula.AbstractThe aim of the study was to investigate the effect of an 8-week swimming learning program on the improvement of the basic freestyle swimming abilities of entry-level sports science students. Measurement of basic swimming skills includes; ability to dive, float, glide, leg movements, arm movements, coordinate leg and arm movements, take breaths, and complete freestyle swimming. The research subjects were 30 people (18 men and 12 women), age range 19-21 years. All abilities Baseline swimming pre-post test results showed a significant difference p = 0.00 0.01 This means that the learning program of freestyle swimming for 8 weeks, has a significant effect on the improvement of students' basic freestyle swimming skills for beginners.

Abstract

The Health Related Fitness (HRF) model is a learning model that is still rarely applied in Indonesia. The Health Related Fitness (HRF) model can be an alternative learning model that can be integrated with physical education in an effort to provide knowledge and habituation to practice physical activity for children at school. The Health Related Fitness model assumes that physical activity is the core of a healthy lifestyle, and that the development of such a lifestyle requires knowledge of physical fitness which includes the relationship between activity and health, healthy physical skills, and a commitment to the virtues of exercise. In this HRF model students are required to have self-management as one of the formal activities to make students have habits related to fitness training that are more meaningful for students in physical education settings. Therefore, the purpose of this socialization activity is to introduce the HRF model to Physical Education teachers in elementary schools so that it can be applied in the physical education learning process in order to increase the level of fitness and health status of students

Abstract

Pada permainan sepakbola teknik dasar merupakan hal yang sangat penting guna mempermudah jalannya permainan, salah satu teknik dasar yang harus dikuasai yaitu keterampilan passing dan stopping yang dimana unsur tersebut merupakan kunci serta teknik yang paling dominan digunakan, sebagai aspek keberhasilan berjalannya dalam melakukan permainan. Namun masih banyak permasalahan yang ditemukan dilapangan mengenai kurangnya penguasaan dalam melakukan keterampilan teknik dasar passing dan stopping yang berakibat kurang efektiv pada permainan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing dan stopping pada permainan sepakbola, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latihan menggunakan media bola gantung terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing dan stopping dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari latihan yang telah diberikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif pre eksperiment (one group pretest-posttest) dengan latihan menggunakan media bola gantung. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler sepakbola SDN Tanjungsari 1 Sumedang yang semuanya merupakan laki-laki. Hasil dari pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan antara lain bahwa, hasil dari uji normalitas menggunakan shapiro-wilk dengan melalui tes keterampilan passing-stopping, memiliki nilai pretest dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,215 sedangkan untuk postest sebesar 0,455. Dapat dikatakan bahwa data dari uji normalitas tersebut berdistribusi normal, karena signifikansi melebihi 0,05. Kemudian dari uji t memiliki nilai sebesar 0,00, dapat dikatakan memiliki pengaruh karena nilai 0,05, selain itu pada penelitian ini memiliki besaran pengaruh sebesar 45,4% terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing dan stopping pada permainan sepakbola.Kata Kunci: Media Bola Gantung, Passing Stopping, Sepakbola

Abstract

Dalam permainan bola voli passing bawah merupakan teknik dasar yang penting, karena passing bawah merupakan sentuhan pertama dan kunci sukses dalam melakukan serangan. Namun, masih banyak kesalahan yang dilakukan saat melakukan passing bawah. Hal ini diakibatkan kurangnya latihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah, terlebih lagi pada anak-anak yang merasa bosan Ketika diberikan latihan terus menerus sehingga berdampak pada latihan yang kurang maksimal. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah dengan pendekatan bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one grup pretest and posttest. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampel berjumlah 15 orang dengan usia 9-13 tahun di club family Cimanggung. Brady volley ball test menjadi alat ukur dalam penelitian ini. Setelah didapatkan data pretest dan posttest, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji sample t test, dan uji R Square menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan pendekatan bermain terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah dalam permainan bola voli dan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 71,4%.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Bermain, Keterampilan, Passing bawah, Bola voli.

Abstract

Thelack of learning to pass down is a problem that must be considered because if you are not skilled in passing down, most likely the goal of the volleyball game will not be achieved optimally and maximally. It is a challenge for the school and researchers to discover the factors that cause the lack of bottom-passing learning in the volleyball game. Based on the research hypothesis, this type of research is a quasi-experimental research consisting of two research groups: the group with the reciprocal learning model and the group with the inclusion learning model. This study aimed to obtain an overview of the improvement of volleyball bottom passing learning outcomes. In this study, the reciprocal learning model group (Group A) and the inclusion learning model group (Group B) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results were accepted or proven. The truth of the effects of hypothesis testing is also supported by research data using the t-test, which shows a calculated value greater than t-kritik (2.90 1.71). Thus, the hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that the average increase in mastery of learning with the reciprocal method is higher than the inclusion learning method. The reciprocal method significantly affects the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing. The inclusion method substantially affects the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing. There are differences in reciprocal methods and inclusion methods on volleyball bottom passing learning outcomes, and reciprocal methods are more effectively used in volleyball bottom passing learning games.
