Abstract

This research aims to compile the programs for poverty alleviation by community empowerment model and review the determination program as effectiveness evaluation poverty alleviation program which still can’t be worked properly. Stages the compiling program of poverty alleviation is mapping the socioeconomic conditions of the poor, basic infrastructure conditions, socio-cultural issues, and potential issues; identifying the hopes and predicting the economic development opportunities; creating the poverty alleviation program by SWOT analysis and planning implementation program with KPD. Based on the result of SWOT and scoring analysis, the selected programs are training and assistance, the establishment of cooperative saving and loans, clean water for poor households, rural development with the utilization of clean water, household waste management, and package education program A, B, and C.

Abstract

Abstract

Research objective is to determine difference between customer’s expectation towards service quality and management perception on customer expectation. Research advantages (1) to obtain clear information on customers’ expectation and perception as well as to improve its service quality, and (2) to know the problem inside the agency. Methodology Customer Questionnaires consist of 4 parts, Part I: 8 qualitatif question (customer demography), Part II : 17 Customer Perception Questions, Part III : 17 Customer Expectation Questions, Part IV: Open Question for Weighted Importance of 5 SERVQUAL dimension. Management Questionnaires consist of 3 parts, Part I : 4 questions (management demography and working duration), Part II : 17 customer perception questions, management on customer expectation towards service execution, Part III : Open Question for Weighted Importance of 5 SERVQUAL dimension. Data Analysis Methodology: Descriptive, Cluster, Discriminant, and Dependency Analysis, SERVQUAL Analisis on Gap 5 and Gap 1. Results : Gap 1 cluster 1 require improvement on variable 5 (service always free from errors), for cluster 2 on variable 10 (if error occur then agency would fix). Gap 5 cluster 1 needs improvement variable 5 (service always free from errors), variable 8 (service always suit to the promises), variable 9 (customer complaint would be honestly responsed), and variable 11 (hospitality of agency Bank staff), for cluster 2 on variable 17 (sympathy agency staff). Based on Importance-Performance Graph, variable which is need to be fixed on cluster 1 is variable 8 (service always suit to the promises). Cluster 2 variable which is need is variable 8 (service always suit to the promises) and variable 10 ((if error occur then agency would fix).

Abstract

Kemampuan pelanggan dalam menilai barang secara online dan offline berbeda. Informasi barang secara online hanya dapat dilihat melalui gambar dan deskripsi. Sehingga diperlukan kepercayaan pelanggan bahwa informasi yang diberikan adalah benar. Pada situs belanja online Shopee terdapat beberapa fitur yang dapat meyakinkan pelanggan, yaitu fitur customer review, customer rating, dan star seller. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model, hipotesis, indikator, dan mengetahui fitur yang dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan hingga keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian disimpulkan bahwa customer review, customer rating, dan star seller berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Fitur customer review memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan customer rating dan star seller. Kemudian, kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan membeli. Sedangkan, keinginan membeli dan sikap orang lain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli. Variabel faktor situasi tidak terduga tidak mempengaruhi keputusan membeli.

Abstract

Perusahaan X merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan dan penyaluran air. Salah satu bidang usaha yang dikelola Perusahaan X adalah usaha AMDK. Saat ini usaha AMDK Perusahaan X hanya di pasarkan dilingkungan internal perusahaan. Namun dengan adanya peningkatan kapasitas, teknologi baru, dan dokumen perijinan, Perusahaan X ingin memasarkan produk AMDK-nya ke masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itu, Perusahaan X berencana untuk melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak mitra dalam pengelolaannya. Kerja sama yang dilakukan dengan cara Kerjasama Usaha (KSU). Dengan adanya rencana kerja sama diperlukan gambaran yang obyektif terkait dengan kelayakan rencana tersebut sebagai pertimbangan melakukan proyek pengembangan usaha. Dalam menentukan penilaian usaha melalui parameter Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil dari analisis kelayakan kerja sama dianggap layak, karena berdasarkan tiga perspektif penilaian kelayakan, yaitu perspektif Usaha AMDK, Perusahaan X, dan Pihak Mitra memenuhi kriteria kelayakan finansial. Dengan menggunakan WACC 9,45%, berdasarkan 3 perspektif didapatkan nilai NPV>0, IRR>WACC, dan PP tidak melebihi horizon perencanaan. Selain itu, untuk menghindari kegagalan atas rencana kerja sama juga diperlukan analisis risiko ketidakpastian dengan metode NPV-at-Risk berbasis simulasi Monte Carlo sebagai gambaran atas potensi faktor-faktor menyebabkan kegagalan sehingga dapat dilihat kelayakan dari usaha. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis risiko dengan mempertimbangkan ketidakpastian menggunakan simulasi didapatkan hasil bahwa kemungkinan usaha “layak” adalah sangat besar.

Abstract

Sentra Gerabah Pagerjurang is one of the tourism villages in Klaten, which is known for the existence of pottery production using putar-miring techniques and craftswomen culture. The historical of putar-miring techniques and craftswomen make traditional pottery products are unique and high value to market, so that economic income and community welfare have increased. However, it was found that 73% of craftswomen didn’t realize that the historical values had a significant impact on people's welfare. Therefore, if people’s economic income decreases, culture existence will disappear. This research aims to formulate historical and cultural preservation strategies for putar-miring techniques and craftswomen. This research is a type of qualitative research conducted by in-depth interview, determining variables using Content Analysis, formulating strategies with SWOT analysis based on 5M+1E aspect, Community Total Led Sanitation (CLTS), as well as selecting the best preservation strategies using the Multi-Criteria-Decision-Making method. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there are six preservation strategies ranking through putar-miring techniques for women, namely: 1) Utilization of government land grants, 2) Giving historical education, culture, and economics of putar- miring technique, 3) Center of pottery developments as a tourism village, 4) Pottery production system developments, 5) Craftsmen and craftswomen training, and 6) Advocacy and negotiation government regulations
