Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coaching on the professionalism of government employees in Riau Province, Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS Version 23 to process data and test hypotheses. It was found that coaching had a significant effect on the professionalism of employees' work. It is known that coaching has an effect of 78.2% on the Professionalism of Government Employees while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline. The sample in this study were all employees, totaling 40 employees as the research sample. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is stated that work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline at PT Tunas Antar Nusa Muda (TAM) Cargo Pekanbaru Branch. The form of the relationship between work motivation and work discipline is positive, as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.627 and it can be interpreted that every increase in work motivation of one unit will increase the work discipline as many as 0.627 units. The value of R-square (Coefficient of Determinants) is 0.373.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Asuransi Allianz Cabang Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 93 nasabah pada tahun 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling, dimana sampel mencakup seluruh populasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif sedangkan model analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dengan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Pada saat yang sama, ditemukan bahwa brand ambassador dan citra produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, nilai F hitung lebih tinggi dari nilai F tabel dan nilai signifikansi lebih rendah dari alpha 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R-squared) sebesar 0,455 dan 45,5%, yang berarti bahwa variabel X1 (brand ambassador) dan X2 (citra merek) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (keputusan pembelian) secara bersamaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. With a case study on a snack food supplier company. the population of this study is all suppliers who shop at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Duri-Riau, totaling 1,080 people, using the slovin formula, obtained 95 samples as respondents in this study. For hypothesis testing and data processing, SPSS version 24 was used. It was found from the determination test that the value of R square was 0.509, which means that service quality affects customer satisfaction, the value is 50.9% while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other independent variables. not observed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify whether the role of a leader enhances employee performance at the Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. This research employs a qualitative method, aiming to unveil occurrences and facts that unfold during the research process and reflect the actual reality. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, with a total of 24 employees at the Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru as the sample size. From the data collected at the Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru, the researcher identifies the phenomenon that the role of a leader is highly essential in improving employee performance. A leader who can provide support, guidance, and effective direction to employees will positively impact their performance. Research observations indicate that the presence of a leader in the workplace enhances employee productivity, whereas the absence of a leader leads to suboptimal work and often results in delaying task completion until the last minute. The current performance assessment is still subjective and is not yet capable of accurately measuring what should be measured. As a result, the monthly performance assessment tends to be consistently positive, even though employee behavior and performance still require improvement. Interview results demonstrate that employees expect a leader to work longer hours than other employees and possess strong communication skills, ensuring that assigned tasks are explained clearly. In conclusion, the role of a leader, such as providing support, guidance, and effective communication, significantly contributes to enhancing employee performance. However, the subjective nature of performance assessment requires improvement to more accurately reflect the quality of employees' work.

Abstract

This community service was carried out at Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This activity was held on Sunday 09 June 2024 with the theme Socialization of Packaging and Label Design for Dish Soap Products at Mompreneur Wisma Anggrek Bulan, Pandau Jaya Village. Packaging and labels are one of the important factors in product marketing. Apart from protecting the product to prevent damage, packaging is also a promotional tool to attract consumer interest. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge of Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan mompreneurs regarding branding. The method of implementing this service is carried out in two ways, namely the lecture method and practice. It is hoped that the results of this community service activity will increase the understanding and ability of mompreneur members of Dasawisma Anggrek Bulan in making product packaging and labels so that they are useful and have a positive impact on the business being developed.

Abstract

By engaging in humanitarian activities through blood donation, campuses can serve as positive agents of social change and make significant contributions to society. In addition to assisting those in need of blood, the involvement of campuses in blood donation activities can also build their reputation as institutions that care and are responsible for the general welfare. Sukma College of Management (STIM) has established partnerships with humanitarian institutions or organizations such as the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) that are involved in blood donation activities. Through this collaboration, campuses can make even greater contributions to helping the community and act as agents of change on a broader scale.
