Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana 5 praktek manajemen kualitas rantai pasokan (SCQM) yang meliputi fokus pelanggan, kepemimpinan kualitas, fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan dan organisasi TI-enable yang merupakan koordinasi formal dan integrasi bisnis. proses yang melibatkan semua organisasi, mitra di saluran SC untuk mengukur, menganalisis, dan terus meningkatkan produk, layanan dan proses untuk menciptakan nilai dan mencapai kepuasan pelanggan menengah dan akhir di pasar dapat mencapai kinerja operasional perusahaan melalui mediasi kinerja kualitas dengan penjelasan empiris. Sebanyak 300 kuesioner disebarkan dengan metode proposive sampling. Hasil analisis terhadap, 4 dari 5 praktik SCQM dapat berdampak pada pencapaian kinerja operasional pada perusahaan di area Agro Selaparang, Lombok Timur melalui mediasi kinerja yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa fokus pemasok memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap pencapaian kinerja operasional, namun di sisi lain tidak ada pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepemimpinan yang berkualitas terhadap pencapaian kinerja operasional perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, manajer harus mengelola hulu dan hilir jaringan SC berdasarkan 4 pendekatan SCQM seperti fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan, fokus pelanggan, dan organisasi yang mendukung TI untuk mendapatkan kinerja operasional yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Lee titled The Triple A Supply Chain. In the article Lee picks up one world-class company that has excelled in designing its supply chain to meet the three points that make supply chains effective according to Lee. Those three are the long and short time flexibility and interest group commitment. The purpose of this research was to find out how the supply chains of Japanese and Finnish retail companies are different or similar to each other, how can Finnish retail companies improve their supply chains, and what kind of electronic tools are used in retail supply chains. The scope of the study was limited to the supply chains of grocery retail business in Finland and Japan and in particular Seven Eleven Japan and Walmart. The current situation of the grocery retail industry in Finland and Japan and the main trends of the grocery retail markets in both countries were described. Seven-Eleven Japan has developed an extensive franchise network and performs a key role in the daily operations of this network.

Abstract

Penelitian ini pada dasarnya dilakukakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan green supply chain management. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Narmada Awet Muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis konten dan analisis deskriptif. PT. Narmada Awet Muda (NAM) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) yang terbesar di Pulau Lombok. Produk yang didistribusikan oleh perusahaan berupa air minum dalam kemasan dan galon. Pada proses pendistibusiannya, NAM memiliki 5 distributor utama. Diantaranya: PT. Distribusi Air Narmada yang mencakup pengiriman ke wilayah kodya Mataram; UD. Bina Harta melakukan pengiriman ke wilayah Lombok Barat dan Bali; UD. Fortuna mencakup pengiriman ke wilayah Lombok Tengah dan Lombok Timur. Batasan penelitian ini hanya mencakup pengiriman ke wilayah kodya Mataram yang masuk ke kategori pelanggan hotel, restaurant dan kafe (HOREKA) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Distribusi Air Narmada. Perusahaan melakukan pendistribusian barang ke pelanggan tersebut menggunakan dua kendaraan dengan jenis colt diesel engkel (CDE) yang berkapasitas maksimum 2,5 ton. Aktivitas dari PT. Narmada Awet Muda dapat menimbulkan dampak bagi lingkungan dan kehidupan sosial disekitar perusahaan seperti polusi, limbah produksi dan deskriminasi. Setiap tahun, unit bisnis PT. Narmada Awet Muda mengembangakan rencana bisnis mereka berdasarkan produksi, jasa kontrak, dengan menggunakan pasokan bahan-bahan dari para pemasok untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Masalah kelestarian lingkungan hidup telah menjadi isu yang paling rumit yang dihadapi makhluk hidup. Dampak lingkungan terbesar sebuah gula dihasilkan oleh proses manufaktur, distribusi serta penggunaan akhir oleh konsumen.

Abstract

The development of small and medium enterprises in Lombok is growing along with the development of industrial technology and tourism in Lombok. Based on data on the number of MSMEs in NTB, the City of Mataram ranks first with the most MSMEs in NTB with a total of 22,473 as of July 2021. However, in general, MSMEs in the city of Mataram still face obstacles such as capital, licensing, raw materials, product marketing, financial management and innovation. Based on observations made by the Community Service Team at Bumigora University, out of a total of 100 MSMEs surveyed, capital was the biggest obstacle for MSMEs in developing their business with a percentage of 37%, financial management 30%, promotion 17%, raw materials 15% , and others 11%. Based on the observational data, an action is needed to overcome the problems of MSMEs and help develop the businesses of MSME actors in the city of Mataram. The Bumigora University Community Service Team tries to facilitate MSMEs in facing challenges, especially those related to financial management and advertising by conducting training for MSME actors. MSME training is packaged in the form of seminars accompanied by practice in making digital financial reports and advertising language as a follow-up to this training.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently developing very rapidly and can be utilized by business people. Using the right technology can improve performance in a company. Processes in the business sector are long, complicated and require a long time to become more efficient and reduce costs. E-commerce is a technology that can be applied to a company. E-commerce as an answer to the demands of globalization. With the number of internet users growing rapidly, this is the reason companies implement e-commerce. The development of e-commerce users in Indonesia is currently increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Omicron has become an alternative for carrying out transactions between buyers and sellers to stabilize the economy.
