Abstract

The success of the banking world will be fulfilled if it can create customersatisfaction to achieve the goal then the banking company apply RelationshipMarketing. But creating customer satisfaction is not easy then this study aims toanalyze the influence of the implementation of Relationship Marketing to customersatisfaction consisting of three dimensions of the Financial Benefits, Social Benefitsand Confidence Benefits. The method used in this research is quantitativecorrelational. Methods of data analysis of this study using multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously the variables Financial Benefits, ConfidenceBenefits and Social Benefits significantly influence customer satisfaction. PartiallyFinancial Benefits and Confidence Benefits have no significant effect on customersatisfaction, BNI Syariah should pay more attention and improve Financial Benefitsand Confidence Benefits to create optimal customer satisfaction while SocialBenefits partially significantly influence customer satisfaction BNI Sharia Bank canimprove customer satisfaction with more emphasis on Social Benefits variable.

Abstract

The ethics of sharia principles are often ignored by humans, sometimes we still have bad behavior towards others, the values that have been taught according to religion must be applied in our daily lives. Food online motorcycle taxi drivers are like a profession whose job is to provide services to take and deliver orders from online food-selling restaurants to customers who buy the food. Sometimes online food motorcycle taxi drivers are still negligent in their activities to behave honestly at work. The ethical values that must be applied by drivers by being friendly and honest with buyers are the core of the author's problems in writing this journal, so the authors make socialization activities in the salting area which aims to make drivers always apply sharia principles. By prioritizing honesty and not lying. The method used by the author is to make observations and also socialize about the honesty of Online Food Drivers.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to help overcome the problem for MSME actors to use digital applications in developing their business as well as a means to promote through digital marketing. Various digital marketing strategies through digital applications, including Gofood, Grabfood and Shopeefood. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observations and socialization to MSME actors. Data is collected through documents and literature related to digital marketing and digital applications that are widely used today. This study found that digital marketing strategies have a role in promoting products. The entire digital marketing strategy, both in planning, implementing, and evaluating, has its own uniqueness. This shows that the sales strategy through digital media has been going well and provides more benefits to MSME actors in helping develop businesses, especially in the food sector by using the Gofood, Grabfood and Shopeefood applications.

Abstract

The problem of waste is familiar to hear, especially household waste. This can be seen in one of the villages in Karawang Regency, named Kutamukti Village, especially in Poris Village. Poris Village is the second village with the highest population. Surely this results in a lot of waste that will be generated from daily activities including household activities. Waste Management in Poris Village is still very worrying because the majority of people still dispose of household waste in the river or burned. This is due to the lack of public understanding of the management and utilization of household waste. By providing socialization, practice, and counseling related to waste management and utilization, the community will understand and realize that waste greatly affects the health of the environment and the health of the people around it. The existence of these activities, the community will be able to manage household waste by sorting waste 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) and use it to plant from plastic bottles and as a material for making eco-enzyme. That way will make the surrounding environment clean, comfortable, and the quality of the environment is maintained.

Abstract

Idhul Adha is a holiday for Muslims around the world where on that day there is an activity, namely the slaughter of sacrificial animals, but there are issues and focuses that are faced first, the lack of knowledge of the general public about halal slaughter, second, namely the management of packaging and processing Qurbani meat. Community Service at the Faculty of Islamic Religion focuses on Eid al-Adha/qurban governance, especially in the management of sacrificial animals starting from slaughtering to packaging and processing of the meat. Community service activities related to halal slaughter training and qurban meat packaging and processing governance aim to improve skills and knowledge about halal slaughtering and management of qurban meat packaging and processing for the Sukaraja Village Community and the Management of the Al-ikhlas Mushala RT.06/RW.02. The Community Service Team of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University 45 (UNISMA) uses the training method. This activity was carried out offline by providing descriptions and examples indoors for the next stage to be practiced together with the residents of the Al-ikhlas Cibugel Mosque, Sumedang. The results of the implementation of community service activities which were manifested in the form of training on the slaughter and processing of halal and thoyyib sacrificial animals for the management of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque in Cibugel, Sumedang as a whole ran smoothly and were able to increase public understanding. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm, active involvement, contentment in the discussions and practices of most of the management. Another impact that the community received from this activity was in the form of increasing the community's sense of belonging to their religion and nation, dividing some of the qurbani meat, increasing community sensitivity and the spirit of mutual cooperation which in Sundanese terms is known as the concept of sabilulungan.

Abstract

Digital marketing implemented by MSMEs in Pantai Mekar Village is based on market segmentation, target market, and positioning for the lower middle class, upper middle class because the prices given are cheaper than the general market price. The obstacles that occur in MSMEs are the lack of promotion in marketing their products, the lack of effective and efficient promotion and not carrying out digital promotions. The purpose of implementing this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Online Marketing Training to Increase Online Business Sales for MSMEs in Pantai Mekar Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. The method of community service activities begins with the stages of preparation and field surveys. The implementation of community service is divided into three activities, namely digital marketing training for MSMEs, training on how to create digital content through workshops and practices, and evaluation of the training that has been carried out. The result of community service related to digital marketing is to become a forum and means of education and add insight to MSMEs regarding the use and utilization of digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior, namely the influence of motivation and lifestyle on students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts. The research method used in this study is quantitative with primary data sources through several data collections, namely pre-survey, questionnaire, and data archive. The population used in this study were students of the Islamic University 45 Bekasi class of 2018. The data analysis technique used through validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, then multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, as well as hypothesis testing through the F test and T test. This study shows that on the F test motivation and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts. The results of the analysis on the T test, the motivation variable partially has a significant effect on students' interest in transacting using an Islamic bank account, but the lifestyle variable does not have a partial significant effect on students' interest in transacting using an Islamic bank account. Motivation is the variable that has the most influence or is more dominant in influencing students' interest in transacting using Islamic bank accounts.

Abstract

Harapanjaya Beach Village is located close to rivers and beaches which often cause flooding. Floods that often occur are in the form of tidal floods and dispatch floods which cause obstructions to access to and from the village. The water level at some points could reach one meter from the ground, forcing residents to evacuate. To minimize the impact received, a flood warning system is needed by considering the water level in rivers, sea water and also rainfall. This flood warning system works by using simple materials in the form of PVC pipes, flip flops, and alarms which will be installed on the river banks. This system can prevent excessive material and human losses and can save electronic goods. After socialization, residents, especially young people, know how the flood warning system works so they can expand the use of a simple flood warning system. The implementation of community service has an impact, namely increasing the knowledge of young people in making simple flood alarms, reducing material and physical losses due to overflowing floods, and being wary of electronic goods when floods strike.

Abstract

The Covid-19 era had a big impact, especially for the lower middle class, because the economy was declining and there were also many reductions in the number of employees in various companies. So that there is a need for innovation to open your own business, one of the easy and inexpensive businesses is ornamental fish cultivation. The research method used in the study was training for ornamental fish cultivation with the result of increasing the knowledge and understanding of residents about the cultivation and marketing of betta type ornamental fish as a business opportunity to increase income during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

One of the objectives of establishing Islamic banking is to support the implementation of national development and equitable distribution of people’s welfare. Officially, the Indonesian government has supported the existence of Islamic banking in Indonesian based on the law on Islamic banking. Islamic bank is bank that carry out activities based on sharia but there is still many who think Islamic bank are the same as conventional bank. Therefore, this community service aims to introduce Islamic banking systems, service principles and products. The method used in devotion to these students is in the form of counseling or socialization to the students of tunas mulia bantar gebang with the results that students have understood the basics of Islamic banking, through the interaction of questions and answers that the speaker has conveyed, where the questions asked can be answered properly.
