ABSTRACT: ANALYSIS OF COMPLETENESS OF MEDICAL RECORDING IN THE POLYCLINIC OF SURGICAL AT THE PERTAMINA BINTANG AMIN Backrgound: Medical records contain all information about patients, illness, medications and records in it recording to the order of service / care. There are still some an inadequate medical records. This happens because of the short time factor, the levels of doctor’s knowledge, and human resources.Purpose: this study was to determine the frequency distribution of completing medical record filling in outpatient surgical polyclinics at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in 2019.Method: This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. Regarding the analysis of the completeness of filling in medical records, the research subject was an outpatients surgical polyclinic at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in 2019. The research time was August-October 2020 with a sample of 400 medical records.Result: It was found that 73,5% outpatient surgical medical records were completely filled, 9,5% less complete and 17% incomplete. The frequency distribution of the components of completing medical record filling consisted of 98,75% complete and 1,25% incomplete identify, complete date and time 90% and 1% incomplete, history 94,25% complete and 5,75% incomplete, the result of physical and supporting examinations 87,5% complete and 12,5% incomplete, diagnosis 97,5% complete and 2,5% incomplete, treatment or action 94,74% complete and 5,26% incomplete, other services provided to patients 83,5% are complete and 16,5% incomplete, consent to action if necessary 88,75% complete and 11,25% incomplete. Ant the frequency distribution of components that are considered less complete is the filling of the management plan 76,26%, all anesthesia during pre and post surgery 79,5%, all surgery reports (pathology and postoperative progress notes) 79,75%, all reports of recorvery room 66,75%. The frequency distribution of completing medical record filling in outpatient surgical polyclinics at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital is 73,5% completely filled, 9,5% less complete, and 17% complete.Conslusion: This shows that the result of completingthe filling of medical records at the outpatient surgical clinic at Bintang Amin Hospital are still less complete. Keywords: Completeness, Medical Record, Surgical Polyclinic INTISARI: ANALISIS KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN REKAM MEDIS PADA POLIKLINIK RAWAT JALAN BEDAH DI RUMAH SAKIT PERTAMINA BINTANG AMIN Pendahuluan: Rekam medis berisi semua informasi mengenai pasien, penyakit, pengobatan dan rekaman yang didalamnya sesuai dengan urutan pelayanan/perawatan. Masih ditemukan beberapa rekam medis yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena beberapa faktor waktu yang singkat, tingkat pengetahuan dokter dan sumber daya manusia.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis pada poliklinik rawat jalan bedah di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Tahun 2019.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Mengenai analisis kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis, dengan subjek penelitian adalah poliklinik rawat jalan bedah di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Tahun 2019 dengan jumlah sampel rekam medis sebanyak 400. Hasil: Didapatkan kelengkapan rekam medis poliklinik rawat jalan bedah sebanyak 73,5% terisi lengkap, 9,5% kurang lengkap dan 17% tidak lengkap. Distribusi frekuensi kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis poliklinik rawat jalan bedah di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin tahun 2019 tertinggi terdapat pada komponen tanggal dan waktu yaitu 99% lengkap dan komponen terendah terdapat pada semua laporan ruang pemulihan (recovery room) yaitu 66,75%. Distribusi frekuensi kelengkapan rekam medis poliklinik rawat jalan bedah di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin sebanyak 73,5% terisi lengkap, 9,5% kurang lengkap dan 17% tidak terisi lengkap.Kesimpulan: Hal ini menunjukkan hasil kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis pada poliklinik rawat jalan bedah Rumah Sakit Bintang Amin masih kurang lengkap. ABSTRACT: CORRELATION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FIBER FOOD WITH CONSTIPATION IN MEDICINE FACULTY STUDENTS OF MALAHAYATI UNIVERSITY BANDAR LAMPUNG Background: Constipation can cause severe stress for sufferers because of the discomfort. Constipation is generally considered normal, but if left untreated, constipation can lead to more serious situations such as impaction (hard and dry stools) and obstruction. The average prevalence of constipation in adult patients worldwide is 16%, while in pediatric patients it is 12%. A systematic review reported that the prevalence of constipation increased at the age of 60-110 years, ie 33.5%, and was higher in the female sex.Objective: To find out the relationship between knowledge about the importance of fibrous food and the incidence of constipation in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung in 2020.Methods: This type of research is a quantitative, analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of all 2016 FK students and a sample of 78 people using random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis using Chi-Square statistical test.Results: The distribution of sex frequency is mostly female as many as 96 respondents (53.93%). Constipation frequency distribution, with constipation category as many as 87 respondents (48.9%). The distribution of the frequency of knowledge about the importance of fibrous food is mostly in the unfavorable category as many as 97 respondents (54.5%).Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge about the importance of fiber foods with the incidence of constipation. The results of the analysis obtained a value (p-value 0.000 <0.05). OR: 14,557. Keywords: Knowledge, constipation INTISARI: HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG MAKANAN BERSERAT DENGAN KEJADIAN KONSTIPASI PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS MALAHAYATI BANDAR LAMPUNG Latar Belakang : Konstipasi dapat menimbulkan stres berat bagi penderita akibat ketidaknyamanan. Pada umumnya konstipasi dianggap sebagai hal yang biasa namun jika tidak diatasi konstipasi dapat menimbulkan situasi yang lebih serius seperti impaksi (feses menjadi keras dan kering) dan obstruksi. Prevalensi rata-rata keluhan konstipasi pada pasien dewasa di seluruh dunia adalah 16%, sedangkan pada pasien anak adalah 12%. Suatu systematic review melaporkan prevalensi konstipasi semakin meningkat pada usia 60-110 tahun yaitu 33.5%, dan lebih tinggi pada jenis kelamin perempuan.Tujuan: Diketahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang pentingnya makanan berserat dengan kejadian konstipasi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh mahasiswa FK angkatan 2016 dan sampel 78 orang dengan teknik random Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil: Distribusi frekuensi jenis kelamin, sebagian besar adalah jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 96 responden (53,93%). Distribusi frekuensi kejadian konstipasi, dengan kategori mengalami konstipasi sebanyak 87 responden (48,9%). Distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan tentang pentingnya makanan berserat, sebagian besar kategori kurang baik sebanyak 97 responden (54,5%). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang pentingnya makanan berserat dengan kejadian konstipasi. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai (p-value 0,000< α 0,05). OR: 14,557. ABSTRAK COVID-19 menyebabkan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan pada manusia. Virus ini telah menginfeksi jutaan orang sehingga menyebabkan angka kematian yang tinggi bagi penderitannya di seluruh dunia. Masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar puskesmas kota sangat rentan terhadap penularan COVID-19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat di sekitar puskesmas rawat inap kota karang untuk menerapkan protokol Kesehatan agar terhindar dari penularan COVID-19. Kegiatan ini juga diikuti dengan pemberian poster, masker dan bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan pencegahan penyebaran virus corona. Kegiatan penyeluhan ini dilakukan pada hari jumat tanggal 18 Desember 2020 oleh 10 orang mahasiswa dan 3 kader puskesmas dengan penyuluhan tersebut masyarakat menjadi lebih mengetahui pentingnya menjaga protokol Kesehatan dan mengetahui cara pencegahan penyebaran virus corona. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya protokol Kesehatan dan cara pencegahan penularan virus corona.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Covid-19, Masyarakat ABSTRACT COVID-19 causes diseases that affect the human respiratory system. The coronavirus has infected millions of people around the world causing high death rates among the patients. People living in the vicinity of the Public Health Center (PHC) are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 transmission. This activity aimed to provide education and assistance to the community around the PHC in Tanjung Karang City to implement health protocols that help avoid the transmission of COVID-19. This activity was also followed by distributing posters and masks, and counseling to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This activity was conducted on Friday, December 18, 2020, by 10 students and 3 PHC staff. Through counseling, the community became more aware of the importance of maintaining health protocols and understanding how to prevent the spread of coronavirus. ABSTRAK Masker adalah alat pelindung diri yang dirancang untuk melindungi pengguna dari menghirup partikel udara dan melindungi kesehatan saluran pernafasan. Penggunaan masker mengurangi infeksi influenza dan corona virus pada manusia dengan mencegah penyebaran percikan yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi dari orang yang terinfeksi ke orang lain dan kemungkinan kontaminasi lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap anak-anak di Pondok Pesantren AN-NAHL Susunan Baru tentang pentingnya pencegahan infeksi saluran pernafasan melalui penggunaan masker. Adapun metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kepada sasaran yaitu anak-anak. Adapun lokasi yang dilakukan adalah di pondok pesantren AN-NAHL. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Desember 2020 yang bertempat di Pondok Pesantren AN-NAHL. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah anak –anak sangat antusias dan respon , hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya peserta yang bertanya dan menjawab pada saat penyuluhan. Penyuluhan ini dihadiri langsung oleh Ibu Kepala Puskesmas Susunan Baru sekaligus beliau memberi kata sambutan. Sedangkan anak-anak yang hadir lebih kurang 16 Orang. Diharapkan dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi ini anak-anak semakin sadar dan peduli akan pememakaian masker. Selain itu semua anak-anak apabila keluar rumah memakai masker. Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Masker, Anak-anak, Pelindungan Diri ABSTRACT Masks are personal protective equipment designed to protect the wearer from inhaling air particles and protect the health of the respiratory tract. The use of masks reduces influenza and corona virus infections in humans by preventing the spread of splashes that can cause infection from an infected person to another and possibly environmental contamination. The research objective was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of children at the Pondok Pesantren AN-NAHL Susunan Baru about the importance of preventing respiratory infections through the use of masks. The method used is by means of counseling and socialization to the target, namely children. The location is at the AN-NAHL Islamic boarding school. The counseling was held on December 22, 2020 at the AN-NAHL Islamic Boarding School. The result of community service is that the children are very enthusiastic and respond, this can be seen from the number of participants who asked and answered during counseling. This counseling was attended by the Head of the Puskesmas Susunan Baru and at the same time he gave a greeting. While the children who attended were approximately 16 people. It is hoped that by conducting this counseling and socialization the children will be more aware and concerned about wearing masks. In addition, all children when leaving the house wear masks.
