Abstract

Milk is nutritious food, but it is easily contaminated with bacteria. Bacteria-contaminated milk if it consumed can cause foodborne disease. One of the functions of foodborne is antibiotic, however, the usage of the antibiotic synthesis needs to focus more to prevent the resistance. Pure honey and propolis are the natural substances that are believed to have an antibiotic effect. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of pure honey and propolis towards milk pollutant bacteria caused by foodborne disease in packaged milk products. Research Method: This research is using an experimental research method. Data obtained descriptively and qualitatively. The result: Pure honey with 100% concentration has an average diameter of obstacles zone 16.75 mm. Propolis with 100% concentration has an average diameter of obstacles zone 20.25 mm. Conclusion: The effectiveness of propolis towards milk pollutant bacteria caused foodborne disease in packaged milk products which has an average diameter of obstacles zone 20.25 mm, the effectiveness of pure honey towards milk pollutant bacteria caused foodborne disease in packaged milk products which has an average diameter of obstacles zone 16.75 mm.

Abstract

Obesity is a disease caused by an imbalance between incoming and outgoing energy so that in the body there is an accumulation of fat tissue. One effort to reduce blood cholesterol can be done through consultation or counseling. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the benefits of education with changes in lifestyle behavior to reduce cholesterol levels in obese patients at Mardi Waluyo Hospital in 2019. Method This study uses an observational analytic approach with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained a total sample of 30 people. Data analysis using the T-Test Dependent test. The results are known to Obesity Patients aged 20-29 years as many as 3 people (10%), aged 30-39 years as many as 5 people (17%), aged 40-49 years as many as 9 people (30%), aged 50-59 as many as 8 people (26%) and aged 60-69 years as many as 5 people (17%) and most of the female sex as many as 22 people (73%). By conducting education on obese patients before and after it is very influential in reducing cholesterol levels

Abstract

Background: Obstructive Ileus is a state where the contents of the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract cannot be transmitted to the distal due to mechanical obstruction or barriers. Causes of obstruction of ileus are related to the affected age group and obstruction location. Objective: To know the incidence of obstructive ileus on the examination of BNO 3 position in the radiology. Method: The research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The samples in this study are all records of the medical record of obstruction ileus patients that were diagnosed through examination of the BNO 3 position. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique of 30 respondents. Data analysis using univariate analysis. Results: unknown age frequency distribution of ileus obstructive patients diagnosed through the examination of BNO 3 most vulnerable positions aged > 65 years as much as 30.0%. The most genders in male female respondents as much as 63.7% and the location of most obstructive ileus in 73.3%. Conclusion: The incidence of ileus obstrusion on most BNO examination at the age of > 65 years with male gender and the location of high-level obstruction ileus

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan keterangan, kecamatan Langkapura merupakan satu dari empat belas Kecamatan yang termasuk dalam kategori zona merah di Bandar Lampung. Pada 14 maret 2020, ditemukan pasien positif COVID-19 pertama di Lampung yaitu warga salah satu kelurahan di wilayah administratif Kecamatan Langkapura. Oleh karena itu peran kader sangat di perlukan dalam pelayanan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meniningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai covid. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibantu oleh FK malahayati pada bulan Desember 2020. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan kader sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan pada kader sangat efektif. Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, kader, covid. ABSTRACT Based on information, Langkapura sub-district is one of fourteen sub-districts included in the red zone category in Bandar Lampung. On March 14, 2020, the first positive COVID- 19 patient was found in Lampung, a resident of a sub-district in the administrative area of Langkapura District. Therefore, the role of cadres is needed in service. One of the efforts that can be done by providing knowledge. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about Covid. The implementation of activities assisted by FK malahayati in December 2020. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam kehidupan era globalisasi saat ini terjadi suatu wabah yaitu pandemi COVID-19 dimana munculnya patogen baru yang berkembang secara  pesat. COVID - 19 dapat menyebar dari orang ke orang terutama ketika orang yang terinfeksi melakukan kontak dekat dengan orang lain. Salah satu upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 adalah dengan melakukan pencegahan COVID-19 yang diperlukan pemahaman dan pengetahuan serta perilaku yang baik dan benar dari seluruh elemen termasuk anggota masyarakat.Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan ini untuk menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan bagi masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan dan perlindungan diri serta menjalankan protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemik COVID-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan memberikan pertanyaan seputar pengetahuan tentang COVID-19. Dilanjutkan dengan memberikan materi menggunakan power point dan memberikan leaflet. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 sebanyak 90%. Kegiatan ini merupakan langkah awal untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guna menjalankan menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, COVID-19, Protokol Kesehatan  ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, an epidemic has occurred, namely the COVID-19 pandemic, in which the emergence of new pathogens is developing rapidly. COVID-19 can spread from person to person especially when an infected person comes into close contact with other people. One of the efforts to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 is to prevent COVID-19 which requires good and correct understanding and knowledge and behavior from all elements including members of the community. The purpose of this outreach activity is to add insight and knowledge for the community and to increase awareness community to make efforts to prevent and protect themselves and to carry out health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity was carried out at the Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung Community Health Center. This activity begins with asking questions about knowledge about COVID-19. Followed by providing material using power points and giving leaflets. The result of this activity was a 90% increase in knowledge about COVID-19. Abstract

ABSTRAK COVID-19 menyebabkan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan pada manusia. Virus ini telah menginfeksi jutaan orang sehingga menyebabkan angka kematian yang tinggi bagi penderitannya di seluruh dunia. Masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar puskesmas kota sangat rentan terhadap penularan COVID-19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat di sekitar puskesmas rawat inap kota karang untuk menerapkan protokol Kesehatan agar terhindar dari penularan COVID-19. Kegiatan ini juga diikuti dengan pemberian poster, masker dan bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan pencegahan penyebaran virus corona. Kegiatan penyeluhan ini dilakukan pada hari jumat tanggal 18 Desember 2020 oleh 10 orang mahasiswa dan 3 kader puskesmas dengan penyuluhan tersebut masyarakat menjadi lebih mengetahui pentingnya menjaga protokol Kesehatan dan mengetahui cara pencegahan penyebaran virus corona. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya protokol Kesehatan dan cara pencegahan penularan virus corona.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Covid-19, Masyarakat ABSTRACT COVID-19 causes diseases that affect the human respiratory system. The coronavirus has infected millions of people around the world causing high death rates among the patients. People living in the vicinity of the Public Health Center (PHC) are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 transmission. This activity aimed to provide education and assistance to the community around the PHC in Tanjung Karang City to implement health protocols that help avoid the transmission of COVID-19. This activity was also followed by distributing posters and masks, and counseling to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This activity was conducted on Friday, December 18, 2020, by 10 students and 3 PHC staff. Through counseling, the community became more aware of the importance of maintaining health protocols and understanding how to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
