Abstract

The competencies possessed by teachers have not been as expected, as evidenced by the average value of pedagogic competencies, which are still low compared to the results of professional competence scores on the Teacher Competency Test. This study aimed to develop a model for improving the pedagogic competence of Physical Education teachers which was arranged into a module that contains how to develop a learning implementation plan, how to create and use the learning media, how to create and use the teaching materials, and how to prepare and implement the learning assessments. The development tests that were carried out were: 1) alpha test, 2) beta test, and 3) final product validation. The alpha test is a product validation test by three experts, while the beta test is a load and product suitability test involving 27 teachers and 3 supervisors, followed by a final product validation stage involving 84 teachers who are divided into two groups, namely experimental and control. The research instruments used were a questionnaire and a competency improvement scale. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive data analysis, gain score data analysis, and t-test. Based on the results of the assessment at the alpha test, beta test, and program validation stages, the resulting product was declared suitable for use as a teaching material set. Furthermore, through the process of testing the effectiveness of the product, the model of increasing pedagogic competence based on teaching materials is proven to be effective and can significantly improve the pedagogic competence of Physical Education teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence and analyze the differences between zumba and strong by zumba exercises limited to body fat and body circumference in women aged 20–40 years. This research method is a study using a quasi-experiment with a control group pretest and posttest design. Data analysis techniques are collected, processed, and analyzed statistically by calculating the average deviation and testing of normality requirements from the score distributor using SPSS version 15.00 for window evaluation. The results of the zumba exercise method had a decrease in the thickness of belly fat by -7.60, a decrease in the thickness of biceps fat of -5.60, and a decreased thickness of triceps fat of -5.30, while the strong by zumba exercise method had a decrease in belly fat thickness of -15.90, a decrease in biceps fat thickness of-9.80, and a decreased thickness of triceps fat of -9.20. The zumba exercise method had a decrease in abdominal circumference of -7.80, a decrease in thigh circumference of -4.20, and a decreased arm circumference of -5.50, while the strong by zumba exercise method had an average decrease in abdominal circumference of -11.40, a decrease in thigh circumference of -3.90, and decreased arm circumference of -7.60. Strong by zumba exercises are more effective for reducing body fat thickness as well as decreasing body circumference, and strong by zumba exercises are more effective for reducing body circumference.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan kajian bagaimana sesungguhnya peran perkumpulan atau klub sebagai wadah pembinaan dan sebagai ujung tombak melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan, seperti yang diamanatkan dalam UU RI Nomor : 3 Tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional bahwa Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Olahraga Prestasi pada pasal 27 ayat 4 “Pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga prestasi dilaksanakan dengan memberdayakan perkumpulan olahraga, menumbuh kembangkan sentra pembinaan olahraga yang bersifat nasional dan daerah dan menyelenggarakan kompetisi secara berjenjang dan berkelanjutan”. Mengingat olahraga renang merupakan cabang yang sangat strategis karena memperlombakan 38 nomor,kedua terbanyak setelah atletik dengan 50 nomor perlombaan. Komponen-komponen penting yang diperlukan suatu Klub adalah: pelatih, manajemen, sarana dan prasarana, serta program latihan. Diharapkan dengan adanya komponen-komponen tersebut Klub, dapat lebih optmal dalam membina para atletnya menuju prestasi terbaiknya.

Abstract

FIFA organisasi sepakbola internasional mengembangkan program latihan untuk mengurangi resiko cedera olahraga, serta membantu anak-anak meningkatkan fungsi fisiologis dan kinerja tubuhnya yang disebut dengan latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Kejadian cedera dilapangan tanpa penanganan yang tepat sering terjadi. Untuk itu diperlukannya sosialasi latihan pencegahan cedera olahraga pemanasan FIFA11+ ke pelatih dan pemain olahraga khususnya sepakbola untuk mengurangi resiko cedera pada saat latihan dan meningkatkan performa serta kebugaran. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk mensosialisasi dan meng-edukasi konsep program latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta webinar via zoom meeting tentang pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga, latihan untuk pencegahan cedera dan program latihan pemanasan FIFA 11+. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mensosialisasi program pemanasan FIFA11+ diikuti oleh 320 peserta, yang terdiri dari 81% laki-laki dan 19 % perempuan. Latar belakang pekerjaan didapatkan 44 orang pelatih, hanya 11 orang perempuan. Hasil peningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan dan pencegahan cedera sebanyak 41%, latihan untuk mengurangi cedera 43% dan program FIFA 11+ meningkat sebanyak 50%. Simpulan sosialiasi latihan olahraga untuk mengurangi cedera dan meningkatkan performa menunjukkan 50% peningkatkan pemahaman program FIFA 11+. Sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai model pencegahan cedera olahraga khususnya pada sepak bola.
