Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of protein supplementation on body composition (body weight, percent body fat and muscle mass). The method used experimental study group pre-post test design. Samples were students in football athletes SMA Terang Bangsa Semarang aged 15-18 years as many as 11 people. Treatment of samples for the provision of as much as 30 grams of protein supplements for 4 weeks. Weighing is done with a digital scale, percent body fat was measured  by bioelectrical impedance analyzer (BIA) Corona brand. Data were analyzed using the Paired t-test / Wilcoxon. The results of the statistical test Paired t-test / Wilcoxon there are differences in the results obtained decrease percent body fat (pre 19,1±1,1%, post 17,9±1,2%, p = 0.003) and an increase in lean body mass (pre 51,4±5,5 kg, post 52,4±5,5 kg, p = 0.013) after administration of a protein supplement. No difference in change in body weight after treatment. Conclusion: protein supplementation for 4 weeks can lower percent body fat and increase lean bodymass.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of body mass index, percent body fat and nutrient intake degan muscle strength. The method used cross-sectional study. Sample were students in high school basketball athletes Light Nations Semarang 15-18 years old .. weighing as much as 11 weight carried by digital scales, percent body fat measured by bioelectrical impedance analyzer (BIA) brand Corona, muscle strength with dynamometer. Data were analyzed using test and Spearman Person Product Momment. Statistical test results with the results obtained by the average normal BMI (21.6 ± 3.57), percent body fat (15.81 ± 3.63%), the level of energy consumption (54.45 ± 6.77%) and protein (63.93 ± 11.43%) less, the percentage of carbohydrate intake (68.97 ± 6.3%) and the percentage of normal fat intake (29.95 ± 4.88%). There is a relationship percent body fat with muscle strength (r = -0.670, p = 0.024) and protein intake relationship with muscle strength (r = 0.624, p = 0.04).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi , tingkat asupan energi (TKE) dan protein (TKP) terhadap VO2 maks. Penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik ini dilakukan secara cross sectional pada 20 sampel yang diambil secara acak sederhana pada 50 orang populasi. Sebagai populasi adalah mahasiswa semester III PKG PGSD Jurusan PJKR UNNES berusia 20-30 tahun, sehat saat penelitian dan bersedia dijadikan sampel penelitian. Status Gizi dinilai berdasarkan IMT (BB/TB2 ), TKE dan TKP dari hasil recall 24 jam sedangkan VO2 Maks diukur dengan tes Balke lari 15 menit. Analisis univariat menggunakan nilai rerata IMT, TKE dan TKP serta distribusi frekuensi. Analisis bivariat dengan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian :  rerata IMT 22,5 ± 2,9 kg/m2, asupan energi 1791,5 ± 428,8 kklal, asupan protein 40,6 ± 14,3 gram, VO2 maks 37,1 ± 6,2 ml/kgBB/menit, 60% mahasiswa mempunyai IMT normal, 90% TKE dan 70% TKP kurang. Hasil analisis korelasi pearson diperoleh hasil tidak terdapat hubungan antara  IMT , tingkat asupan energi, tingkat asupan protein dengan VO2 maks (IMT , p= 0,816 ; r= -0,056 ), (TKE, p= 0,142 ; r= -0,341), (TKP, p= 0,267 ;  r=-0,261. Simpulan: terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh pada VO2 maks selain IMT, TKE dan TKP.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi dengan pemberian teknik dasar futsal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar pada tuna grahita ringan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental dengan one group pretest posttest design. Variabel penelitian yaitu (1) variabel bebas: pemberian latihan teknik dasar futsal. (2) variabel terikat: keterampilan motorik kasar. Populasi berjumlah 12 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh 12 sampel. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan Tes keterampilan gerak dasar. Loncat tanpa Awalan, Dribbling zig-zag Run, zig-zag Run. Penelitian dilakukan pada 10 Maret 2017 sampai 17 April 2017. Teknik analisis data diperoleh dengan peogram SPSS versi 16. Hasil tes keterampilan gerak dasar meloncat tanpa awalan mempunyai nilai p=0.000. Dribbling zig-zag run p=0.000. zig-zag run p=0.002, semua data tersebut mempunyai nilai p<0.05 sehingga data perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil tes keterampilan gerak dasar sebelum dan sesudah di beri perlakuan.aSimpulan penelitian adalah pemberian latihan teknik dasar futsal efektif meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar pada tuna grahita ringan. Saran yang diberikan yaitu inovasi dalam pemberian materi pembelajaran gerak sangat diperlukan agar tujuan pengembangan motorik kasar anak tuna grahita dapat tercapai.The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of therapy with the giving of futsal basic technique to improve the crude motor skills in the lightweight mentality. The research method used pre-experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The research variables are (1) independent variable: giving of futsal basic technique. (2) the dependent variable: rough motor skills. Population amounted to 12 people by using total sampling technique so that obtained 12 samples. Research Instruments using Basic Motion Tests. Skip without Prefix, Dribbling zig-zag Run, zig-zag Run. The study was conducted on March 10, 2017 until April 17, 2017. Data analysis techniques obtained with peogram SPSS version 16. The test results of basic motion skills to jump without prefix has a value of p = 0.000. Dribbling zig-zag run p = 0.000. zig-zag run p = 0.002, all data have p value <0.05 so that data significant difference from result of basic motion skill test before and after given treatment. a conclusion of research is giving technique of futsal basic technique effective to improve motor skill roughness in tuna grahita light. Suggestions given are innovations in the provision of learning materials of motion is necessary for the purpose of motor development rough kid tuna grahita can be achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui tingkat keterampilan motorik siswa kelas III putra SD Aloysius Semarang, 2) Mengetahui tingkat Intelligence Quotient (IQ) siswa kelas III putra SD Aloysius Semarang, 3) Mengetahui seberapa besar sumbangan keterampilan motorik terhadap kecerdasan Intelligence Quotient (IQ) siswa kelas III putra SD Aloysius Semarang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas III putra SD Aloysius berjumlah 15 siswa atau total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk tes keterampilan motorik adalah lari 54 meter, lompat jauh tanpa awalan, lempar bola kasti, dan loncat tegak, sedangkan instrumen untuk intelligence quotient adalah tes IQ CVIT. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif nilai mean, maksimum, minimum, dan standar deviasi. Uji persyaratan analisis dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi linier, uji koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan keterampilan motorik olahraga memberikan sumbangan 53,7% terhadap intelligence quotient.Contribution to the intelligence quotient of motor skills at Aloysius Elementary School third-grade students in Semarang on 2015.Minithesis Department of Sport Science, Semarang State University.DrAniesSetiowati, M.Gizi. The aim of the study presented is 1) Determine the motor skill level of graders III son SD Aloysius Semarang, 2) Determine the level of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), a student of class III son SD Aloysius Semarang, 3) Determine the contribution of motor skills to intelligence Intelligence Quotient (IQ ) students of class III SD son Aloysius Semarang. This research is a quantitative research, with analytic survey method and cross sectional approach. The population in this study is third grade son students of elementary school Aloysius totaling 15 students. The instrument used to test motor skills are run 54 meters, standing broad jump, throwing a baseball, and vertical jump, while the instrument's intelligence quotient is IQ CVIT test. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics mean, maximum, minimum, and standard deviation. Test requirements analysis with performed normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test. These results indicate the motor skills of sport contributed 53.7% to the intelligence quotient.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemberian air beroksigen dengan kadar 120 PPM dibandingkan 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik terhadap penurunan persen lemak tubuh member Seruni Studio. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan two groups with pre-test and post-test design. Populasi berjumlah 405 orang berjenis kelamin wanita. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi menghasilkan 17 sampel penelitian. Sampel dibagi 2 kelompok, perlakuan 1 pemberian air beroksigen kadar 120 PPM dan latihan aerobik (n=9). Perlakuan 2 pemberian air beroksigen kadar 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik (n=8). Latihan aerobik penelitian ini adalah senam aerobik selama 4 minggu. Pemberian air beroksigen 3 tahap, sebelum, interval dan setelah latihan. Pengukuran persen lemak tubuh menggunakan BIA (Bioelectrical Impaldance Analysis). Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired-samples t-test dan one-sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai p kelompok perlakuan 1 = 0,000, artinya nilai p < 0,05. Nilai p kelompok perlakuan 2 = 0,000, artinya nilai p < 0,05. Nilai p uji beda perlakuan 1 dan perlakuan 2 = 0,184, artinya nilai p > 0,05. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian air beroksigen kadar 120 PPM maupun 100 PPM dan latihan aerobik berpengaruh terhadap penurunan persen lemak tubuh member Seruni Studio. Tidak terdapat perbedaan dari kedua kelompok perlakuan.Kata Kunci: Air beroksigen, latihan aerobik, persen lemak tubuh Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of giving 120 PPM oxygenated water compared to 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise towards body fat loss percentage on Seruni Studio members. This research uses quasi-experimental with method of two groups with pre-test and post-test design. The population is 405 women. The technique used to choose the samples is purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria generating 17 samples. The samples are divided into two groups, treatment 1 which is giving 120 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise (n= 9). Treatment 2 which is giving 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise (n= 8). The aerobic exercise in this research is an aerobic dance held for 4 weeks. The giving of oxygenated water consists of three stages, before, interval and after the exercise. The measurement of body fat percentage is done by using BIA (Bioelectrical Impaldance Analysis). The analysis technique uses Paired-samples t-test and One-sample t-test. The results of this research is p score of treatment group 1 = 0.000, it means that the p score < 0.05. The p score of treatment group 2 = 0.000, it means that the p score < 0.05. The p score of different test 1 and treatment 2 = 0.184, meaning that the p score > 0.05. The conclusion of this research is the giving of 120 PPM or 100 PPM oxygenated water and aerobic exercise is influential to body fat loss percentage on Seruni Studio members. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga,daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dan perbedaan daya tahankardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahraga dengan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga. Jenispenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, tes danpengukuran. Populasi berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanteknik purposive sampling diperoleh 30 sampel, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitukelompok perokok aktif berolahraga (n=15) dan kelompok bukan perokok aktif berolahraga(n=15). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes multistage fitnes test (MFT). Analisisdata menggunakan descriptive presentase dan independent sampel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi 39,16ml/kgbb/menit. Bukan perokok aktif berolahraga memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi43,91 ml/kgbb/menit. Hasil uji independen sampel test menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yangsignifikan antara perokok aktif berolahraga dan bukan perokok aktif berolahraga dengan nilaip=0,017 (p<0,05). Simpulan penelitian: 1) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori sedang. 2) Daya tahan kardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahragatermasuk kategori baik. 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan di mana daya tahankardiorespirasi bukan perokok aktif berolahraga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perokok aktifberolahraga. Saran dari peneliti yaitu mengatur pola hidup sehat, berhenti merokok, danberolahraga secara rutin dan teratur.Kata Kunci: Daya tahan kardiorespirasi; perokok; olahragaAbstractThe aim of the study is to know the cardiorespiratory endurance between active smoker and non activesmoker male actively exercising.
